Just wanted to say thank you to all the wonderful team at Needham court . While we have been out of the country they have looked after my mother in law so well . She has unfortunately been admitted to hospital while we were away and as always the staff stepped in and took care of things for us . Some
staff went above & beyond to help make sure she had everything she needed and made a stressful situation for us so much easier . Thank you Needham court for your continued care & love x

After a previous nightmare journey through adult social care system, I can't praise this home enough. Claire, the manager, is kind, welcoming and incredibly quick to respond to any issues and very understanding that strong emotions can be involved in these incidents, all of which have been resolved.
I see my dad sustained weight, stay more cognitive and because of this, I get a few more moments to make him laugh, and I will always be grateful to them. I look forward to my day to see Claire, Gillian, who creates moments out of nothing - like my own job and she i's an incredible driver of fun and amusement for residents, which she continuously tries to include everyone. Lyn and I forgot a cleaning lady's name, they are both a joy and so thorough. Barry is just kind and great at his job, and Dorcas, of course. All of this adds up to me looking forward to seeing my dad, and I can rest knowing he is cared for.

The care home is always tidy, cosy and well presented. Staff always appear friendly and attentive, and I'm always impressed on my visits. Recently, I visited my grandmother, who was very confused and a little unsettled. While I was there, the deputy head of the care home popped in and said he was in
to check on her. He had a good conversation with me and explained they were testing for a water infection and pushing fluids, which was very reassuring. He had a lovely manner with my grandmother and even offered to show me round the care home, as my mother is in a different facility, and I wanted to compare.

Reception/front of house - brilliant communication skills and customer service. They have such a welcoming attitude, always smiling, always helpful, just fantastic. They go over and beyond, and I often arrive to them sitting chatting to mam on their breaks.
