My mam has been in this care home since September 2025. The staff and management have been fabulous with my mam. The services have been amazing, she has settled well, and when asked, says she likes it. If I have any concerns can speak to management.

My dad is well cared for here. The staff are lovely. The home is always clean and doesn't smell at all. The food is home cooked. The staff make sure there's something going on weekly and often take residents out if they wish. I feel really happy with my dad living here.

when she had to stay at OM for emergency respite care after a flood at her property, we had no concerns about asking if there was availability as her sister is currently a resident there, The whole team were so lovely

I have my parents in this care home. I can not speak highly enough of any member of staff. The care my parents are receiving is amazing. I am blown away by it, if its house keeping or management they "just care" my dad is currently on end of care life, not only do they make sure he is comfortable, they
make sure I am looked after. I am humbled to be here and I wish I could be as caring as they are, amazing people with amazing souls - thank you!

Redesdale Court is a wonderful care, supporting many elderly individuals. The level of care us excellent, providing individuals a high level of personal care. I feel over the last year management and the level of activities have increased/improved - not that poor, but so many extras now available. Rooms
are well kept, clean and vert spacious, keeping the rooms clean, can be a big task, given needs of individuals. There is always options for meals, and specifics of catered for. Food is well presented, and there are special events often held to celebrate specific events. Absolutely no concerns regarding safety of individuals. Given the nature of tasks, there can be a turnover of staff but staff are good.

Mum has just moved into Hawthorn Court. The transition, although difficult for Mum, has been made very easy.
Staff are all very friendly and courteous. Mum is very engaged as lots of activities going on.

Had experience of Hawthorn Court with a previous relative and was always and still am very impressed with the cleanliness, nice atmosphere and very pleasant and caring staff. There always seems to be some activity when we come to visit, great ideas to stimulate the residents (great pictures and videos
on social media). My sister in law settled in straight away when she came in and always tells us how happy she is here. PS, her room is lovely.

My mother has recently moved into this care home and has been welcomed by all the staff and other residents.
The staff are all so kind and caring and have helped my mam settle with lots of reassurance and kindness.
The staff have also reassured myself that she is doing well as I was very anxious.

Cannot fault Ashton Grange. My mother has only been a resident for just under 2 weeks, and she already says she cannot fault the staff, food and care she receives. She is homesick, understandably, but the staff are being patient and kind, spending time to make her feel so welcome. It is such a stressful
time for all of us, but to their credit, Ashton Grange is making mothers' transition much more comfortable.
