Yvonne is extremely happy living at Fieldway.
She has never given any indications of unhappiness, being hungry or not being listened to.
The fact that many of your lovely staff knew her husband Brian is something she cherishes.

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful treatment and care given to my sister Rita in the 10 months at Cedar House before she passed away. From the moment she arrived on New Years Eve 2024 all the staff were helpful and kind. Thank you all so very much, the family and myself will be eternally grateful
for her stay at Cedar House.

My wife was in the home for 2 1/4 years. I am so pleased that she was in this home. It has been excellent in all respects. All the staff are marvellous. My wife could not have been looked after any better. I've always said this must be the best care home in London (or anywhere). Well done everybody.

My dad was transferred to Ashgrove from hospital for end of life care. He was only here for 6 days before he passed away, but in that time, Sandra, Sunshine and the team could not have been more wonderful. They cared for me, and my two sisters, as well as my dad. They treated us with huge love, compassion
and kindness, and we will be forever grateful.

We as a family did not want to put our Mum into a care home, but must say Mum has settled in well and appears happy at Feildway. Mum has her bad days, and there are staff that go that extra mile and make Mum smile. It is also nice to see mum eating, and they encourage mum to try and eat herself before
stepping in to support her.
We are now more than happy for our mum to be living at Fieldways, and we also feel part of the Fieldway family. Thank you for taking care of our mum.

Mom spent five weeks at Fieldway Care Home, Mitcham, before passing away. In that time, she was well cared for by all the staff. Each of them knew their roles by providing a high professional standard. Her bedroom, social room, and dining room were well maintained and comfortable. During Mom's final
hours, the care team were very co-ordinated by calling her family and paramedics. It was a great comfort to us that she died in a peaceful, dignified manner, surrounded by members of her family.

My father was a resident at the home for 3 years until his recent passing. I was very pleased with the care he received and it made a difficult time (because of my father's health problems) much easier. It is a lovely community and being there made my father very happy. Everything is as it should be.
The staff (the manager, nurses, carers, activities co-ordinators, support staff) are all very good at what they do. I am grateful.

My mother-in-law suffers from dementia and has been a resident at Cedar House since February 2025. We are delighted with the care received, especially considering the severity of her illness. As a family, we are at peace because she is receiving the best possible care. The staff are kind and friendly,
always aware of visitors and offering beverages and a seat when visiting. The home is always clean and the food is varied and nutritious. Overall, we consider that we have been lucky to find Cedar House and would recommend their care.

From our first impression of viewing and now being 6 months on from our aunt living at Alexander Care Home, I feel it is a genuinely welcoming and caring atmosphere. She has settled in better than we could have ever hoped. We are regularly updated on how she is and any concerns or issues. The staff
have got to know her well to pick up on any problems quickly. She enjoys the activities and entertainment, and also her privacy, whilst still being in a safe environment. She seems content, which gives us peace of mind.
