I found Cedar House staff, facilities and overall experience to be extremely supportive, it was so reassuring to have my family member cared for so well. I would highly recommend this facility. the facility felt like home for my aunt.

When I was first informed that my husband had been found a place in Aston House, my heart sank. I was a community nurse, and I had heard uncomplimentary remarks made about care home. Plus, it would be a long bus journey for me to visit. However as time went on, I looked forward to visiting times. The staff were great, husband well cared for, and it was a pleasure to be there. I made many friends amongst both staff and other residents, also I met carers from other 'local' homes and on my way to and from Aston House, I felt glad that my husband was in Aston House.

My father came to Cedar House on end of life care. He was treated with the kindness and consideration at all times. The staff were amazing, kind to me and my family, always happy to update us and go through everything whenever we had a worry or concern.

The staff at Harefield Care Home were caring with dignity and supportive. The Centre's ambience was positive and just like a family. My mother enjoyed her stay at the home.

My experience has always been very good. The carers are all so very good and caring and always answer every question with care. The management always keep me informed if there is a problem. Everyone excellent. Thank you.

The staff are almost all wonderful. The place is clean and the care is very heartfelt. I would recommend this home to anybody.

To all nurses, carers, manager, the care and love shown to my brother, especially during his last months, was excellent and made this difficult time so more bearable not only for Colin but also for the whole family. You were all so kind and patient and I cannot thank you enough for the unfaltering care and support given us all. The team have been fantastic with my dad, they are very caring. He has improved significantly since being released from hospital. We are very happy with dad's care.

Treated very well and respectfully by all staff. However on occasion sleep is disturbed by residents with dementia in nearby rooms making a lot of noise at night.

I was very upset that my brother was sent to the hospital with no coat or blanket on him, after just coming out of hospital with pneumonia back in February this year.

My father was in Hornchurch Care Home and now my mother is here. This is where I wanted my mother to be. The care here is very good and I know my mother will be taken care of.

My nan has been hear for 3 years excellent service, room is always spotless. Nan is always cared for well, staff especially Dawn is outstanding so caring.

The rooms are lovely and have a good size. The care home has a lovely warm atmosphere and they make everyone very welcome. Mum loves the activities they also provide.

Pleased with the care she is getting. Communication is clear with the staff. Just hoping she settles. Enjoys the activities. I am interested in having profession salon treatment.
