I am extremely pleased that my mum who is 89 suffering from Alzheimer and dementia is now safe and well cared for in Hornchurch Care Home. The nurses, carerers and manager are marvelous. They are very friendly and professional. My mum is much more carmer and happier now.
The rooms are lovely and
have a good size. The care home has a lovely warm atmosphere and they make everyone very welcome. Mum loves the activities they also provide.

My mum was only in the care home for a very short period of time before she passed away. The staff were extremely attentive and kind and I could not fault the care that my mum received. Everyone we spoke to went out of their way to help in any way they could. The staff updated me on a daily basis regarding
mum's condition and were very professional. Our family were looked after very well when we visited. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for being there with us and for providing my dear mum with first class care.

Dad has been a resident of Cedar house for more than two years. The level of care and compassion exhibited by the staff has been exceptional.
Dad could be a very awkward person, the staff never stopped trying to find the best solutions to make his stay the best possible.

The staff give first class care to my mum for two and a half years. They made us feel part of their family and they were all part of ours. We couldn't have asked for better care for mum as she lived with Alzheimer's.

On first meeting with the nursing home management team, they were affable, helpful and informative. On arrival with my brother-in-law, he was met with friendly welcoming staff. During his stay which was palliative, he was treated with kindness and care. He was made very comfortable, felt safe and well
looked after, and respected. His medical needs were met to a high standard. My family are very appreciative of all the staff and thankful to The Harefield Care Home.
