As my mum's life came to an end, caring staff were with her in her final moments. Even when the end came, the staff were there for us to answer any questions and help us with a reassuring smile.

I feel they treat her with respect and love and it makes me feel happy that she is looked after well.
I always feel at home when I visit and the carers are all happy to chat or answer any concerns/questions
The home is continually improving and the cleanliness has improved a lot in the last few months. All in all, a good experience for both myself and mum.

With a history of oral thrush infections, reliant on regular & good mouth care, mum was admitted to hospital in the autumn of 24. There seems to be confusion between local GP & care home as to how to treat
Missing clothes still seems to be an issue.
I would like to see plans on renovations of the rooms - mum's could do with a freshen up, including new window curtains, light fittings as well as better ventilation, it is often far too warm.
