Friendly welcoming caring staff. Clean and spacious room with delicious food and never a problem to adjust the menu to personal needs. Can't praise the staff enough from the enthusiastic entertainment manager to the efficient nurses and dedicated caring staff, day and night they have a smile for you.

My Mum has been in the home since September 2023. Was very tough for her and me at the beginning but slowly it became easier. I visit my Mum nearly every day and help make sure she eats dinner etc. I feel the staff also need to make sure she drinks plenty as I usually get there to find the same drinks

I feel confident that my husband is well cared for. He is bedridden, but always kept clean. The food is very good. The staff are friendly and mostly helpful. I have had a quite outstanding time here. The staff on all shifts have been so friendly and helpful and the kitchen staff will try to make what you ask for.
I could nit pick about storage/electric plug ins etc, but you cannot tailor make rooms.
