My husband stayed at Victoria Mews for 9 days respite, and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay. All of the staff there were very friendly and helpful and he integrated well with the staff and residents.
When we went to view homes walking through the doors of this wonderful home was a feeling of warmth,
caring and a very welcoming place for all who worked and resided there.
Nothing is too much trouble and they go above an beyond to ensure the care and the needs of the patient is 100% + Excellent.
I felt very happy and comfortable to leave my husband in there care and on collecting him he did not want to leave, he loved it at the home, which meant so much to me as when you leave your beloved in someone else's care it is very hard as you think no one can care for your beloved more than you do, but they do.
Overall a very loving care home rum by the Management, Carers and all of the staff and I just want to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart x :-)

My mum has been at Victoria mews since mid September and I cannot rate them enough them enough. I am so happy that we chose this home as we as a family couldn't wish for a better place for my mum. They go out of their way to look after her. Highly recommend this care home.

My Nan has been in the home for sometime now. She loves her room and really enjoys her meals. The activity team is fantastic and the care team are always so kind. The home is always spotless and smells clean. Office staff and management are always approachable. I would highly recommend the home to anyone

The staff at Victoria Manor made my mother's wish come true. They had identified that she loved to watch The Trooping of the Colour on TV. They asked her if she would like to go? So, they arranged for her to go to London to see this event outside Buckingham Palace. Kind, caring, organised trip to London
by train and all sites visited by Taxi. Even went on a boat trip down the Thames. Outstanding care and memories my mum will treasure.

The home has such a welcoming environment, there's smiles as soon as you walk through the door, everyone is so happy to help. The staff on the floor are always on the ball with ensuring each individual is well looked after. Definitely feels like one big family. Would definitely recommend this home for
a loved one.
