Perrywell House is where my mother resided for 19 months. Leaving my mom in the care of the wonderful staff was the best decision I ever made. We visit her on Wednesdays and engage with the staff. One member of staff is lovely, very friendly and personable, he puts 100% into entertaining the residents and visitors. he always has a very cheerful disposition and treats everyone with respect and enthusiasm. He is multi talented, doing quizzes,
hair styling and painting nails, at all times making sure the residents feel included and valued. He is an absolute credit to Perry Locks.

Well, what can I say, absolutely amazing staff that have catered for all mums' needs where needed. Also, always offer my mum plenty of activities, which have made my mum smile again since losing Dad a year ago. It appears this carehome is overstretched. Not enough staff to handle residents. Not enough equipment to handle residents. Equipment which should be kept in a safe place lying anywhere. Residents being left alone in places where carers should be looking after them, not visitors who are not related.
Equipment just lying around in rooms for weeks awaiting repair. I could go on.

We have been through 3 care homes, and by far the experience at Ash Grange was the best. The staff were caring and considerate of my husband's needs. The kitchen staff made sure my husband had religiously and culturally appropriate meals, and they made it to his taste. The housekeeping staff were equally
friendly and supportive. Not to forget the maintenance staff who were ever so helpful and always smiling. Finally, the management and nursing staff were always responding to my requests with regard to my husband's care. I would trust them 100%.

This is a wonderful care home. Our whole experience from start to finish has been nothing but positive. All the staff are very good and in particular the care staff who treat our loved ones with empathy, dignity and respect. The food and choices are excellent, the interaction of staff with residents
and the organised activities are fantastic. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay here and was sad to leave. I cannot speak highly enough of this home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home either for themselves or a loved one.

Gold Stars all round for this care home! All managers, nursing staff, care staff, kitchen staff, activity staff, laundry staff, cleaning staff and DIY staff are excellent! My dad has really improved with his health since being cared for here during the last three months! All the staff are welcoming,
caring, thoughtful and responsive to any questions I have asked. I would highly recommend your loved ones to be a resident here!
