What can I say it was home from home for my brother; he was there for 9 days while I was on holiday, he loved it there. Staff friendly & helpful, Food great variety and my brother is fussy but no complaints from him. Will use again if possible.

To see the service users smiling faces, and staff interaction is amazing

My father recently spent two weeks in respite care here and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The care received was excellent. Every member of staff was kind, caring and professional and it was clear they genuinely wanted to provide the best support. It is a lovely environment. Thank you to everyone for your kind support. You are making a meaningful difference to the lives of the people in your care. I would happily recommend this care home to anyone needing respite or long term care.

I have attended the last few events at Brandon house. The care level the staff & management provide is second to none absolutely Fantastic.

Victoria Manor Care Home arranged a seaside trip to Weston-Super-Mare this week for residents. The entire trip was arranged with precision, care, thoughtfulness and kindness to ensure everyone had a safe and thoroughly wonderful day. I was invited to accompany my mother for the day and to say I was impressed by every aspect of the trip is an understatement. I continue to be impressed by the care and kindness shown by all staff at Victoria Manor and in everything they do and their obvious aim to make every moment of the resident lives enjoyable is to be highly commended. Ash Grange is a lovely care home and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere for a loved one.

There are not enough fans on my mums unit also due to the extreme heat in the kitchen and laundry room, it set the fire alarms off and the fire brigade attended.

Wow! What a heartwarming experience I had today. Attended an outdoor event with two artists as guests of Suky & Scott (resident).was delightfull to watch the staff interact with ALL the residents and keep the fluids and snacks coming. A caregiver in an orange top stands out for me along with the lovely manager for the upbeat and enthusiastic attitude to the care and attention given to the residents. Another caregiver called Simon (I think) was also instrumental in making everyone feel included. Thank you Brandon house care home for a wonderful afternoon and hopefully I will be back for your next event

Mum has been at Perrylocks for almost 18 mths, she enjoys her room & has her patio door open with a lovely view of trees & garden, with lots of passing wildlife. The staff have been very kind eversince she arrived.

My husband has been a permanent resident at Brandon House for the past 10 months. Although an older building presents some restrictions and disadvantages, best use has been made of its assets and welcome improvements have been made in the gardens and parts of the house.

Through incredibly difficult times for our family what I have most appreciated is the welcome and the care provided by the management team and staff. This June we particularly appreciated the effort made to make it possible to be at our granddaughter's wedding - no mean feat, but it made all the difference to my husband's mental well-being.

Whilst it is always possible to see room for improvement, I appreciate all the hard work.

Overall I am happy with the care provided and know that my dad is safe and being looked after.

From the moment I walked into the home, I could 'feel' the care. My Mom spent the last week of her life being cared and comforted by the wonderful staff on 'Sunflowers' wing. Everyone was so thoughtful and always had time to stop and talk and happy to help in any way possible. Debbie a wonderful home manager who I feel I've known for years not just over a week. If you can please pass on my thanks to everyone at this very difficult time. Knowing they care means the world to me.

Fabulous celebration of Mum's birthday, you're not 90 everyday and everyone on the staff made a special effort to make her day- from balloons and a cake down to the little touches that a family does, she was made to feel like a Queen for the day- thankyou so very much

I came to Brandon House Care Home from hospital for respite care for six weeks, I thought I don't need this. But I can honestly say the manager and staff have been so good looking after me and including me in all their activities, it has felt like home from home. I have made some friends here, and when I am fully fit, I want to come back and see everybody as a volunteer. I will miss everyone next week. It has been a privilege to be part of Brandon House Care Home.

After a long time of caring for my relative and worrying about their welfare I can finally relax knowing that they are safe and secure at Hodge Hill Grange. The staff are welcoming, caring and professional. The communication is fantastic from staff and I am always up to date with what is happening with my relative. I really appreciate the high standards of care that they provide.

Dovedale Court is a very friendly residence. All staff are excellent. Always obliging and helpful. My sister-in-law has been here 6 months and seems settled now.
