Overall Experience
Highfield in Yarm is an extremely friendly residential home where every staff member regardless of their specific duties provides outstanding care and support.

Our mum is treated with dignity and respect and even though she is not keen to engage with other residents or be involved in social and group activities, her wishes are always considered.

My mother was discharges from hospital so St Peters Care Home in June this year for recuperative care. Redcar was her home town and she was pleased to be leaving hospital to be getting nearer home. But she had reservations about going into a care home. Those fears were put aside immediately because as a family we were all made to feel so welcome and cared for. Sadly my mother passed away but the staff were so kind and compassionate, the care and help they gave was truly amazing. A beautiful care home with professional, caring and compassionate staff.

My loved one (mother) has been a resident since 2019. Ive always been impressed by the care and support both Mam and I have recieved. These last few months have been extra hard as my L.O. has declined quickly to the late stages of her dementia. Both staff & management have my upmost respect especially the carers who have looked after her for many years and lately have gone above and beyond for us both, not to mention the fantastic work the nurses do. I feel like were part of a large loving family. Nothing is a trouble and any questions or requests from me are always answered with polite respect and explained fully. Great work Brierton Lodge.

I would like to thank management and all the staff with the care they gave my mother when she lived in the care home before passing away. I would like to thank Rikki, the night staff, for their help, care and attention when Mum passed away. My mother loved living at Roseberry Court and loved all the staff. Keep up the good work.

Overall Experience
Our Mam was transferred from Hospital care to St Peter's Court care home with a short term care plan for an initial 2 week stay for rest and recuperation and regaining her strength before going on to a rehabilitation unit and home.
Whilst at the care home she was treated with such dignity and respect and the care she received from every member of staff was exemplary. The team looked after our family when we visited offering us refreshments support and keeping us informed at all stages of her care. We were so impressed the care home operated like a big family home with activities going on regularly and happy faces all around decided that should Mam need longer than 2 weeks or future care needs we would not hesitate to call upon them.

The rooms and social spaces were clean bright and comfortable with wide screen tv lovely seating and a candy cart for residents to access a snack or a drink. The dining room set up like a cafe/restaurant with white tablecloths and cutlery -fabulous

This care home and the associated carers, chefs, cleaners and laundry ladies have ensured that my dad continues to feel happy and loved. Everyone is really attentive and does their best to make sure that he is comfortable, clean, well fed and entertained. He's been here 4 years now and I can say hand on heart that this care home has helped to keep him here on this earth allowing me to spend more precious and valued time with him. Great job all!

I couldn't praise staff enough for their care/support when Mum was gravely ill. With their determination, Mum slowly pulled round. Roseberry Court staff - very caring, friendly and professional, management very attentive and willing to work through family's suggestions. So many fabulous activities on offer, from individual and large groups - well done ladies! Catering and laundry - top notch. Thank you Roseberry Court for your care and compassion, and making Mum's home a home.

My Mum has been a resident for just over a week on respite care. From the moment I went to have a look around and then take my Mum we were so impressed. The staff are fabulous! So friendly, approachable and extremely caring. Nothing is too much trouble.. They've treat us both with kindness and dignity at all times.
Roseberry Court is superb. Both Manager and Deputy Manager are outstanding. They don't just support my Mum , they also support myself.
Mum's room is bright, comfortable and extremely clean. Everything seems to run like clockwork.
Mum said the food is delicious and there's a good choice.

I highly recommend this home. Thanks go to all of the staff.

There is always a lovely welcome by staff on arriving to visit. The first impression on arriving is pleasant, organised (signing in the book and locked door).

More importantly, the person I visit is happy and tells me how lovely the staff are and how they look after her well. When I visit, the staff are genuine, respectful, and professional.
