My brother was admitted following a steady decline in health. (86 years)
Following admission earlier this year, both his physical and mental health has improved considerably.
Whenever I visit at various times of day, I have always been met with a welcoming approach. Home never has any unpleasant
aromas, and staff interact exceptionally well with residents. The home is highly recommended.

I visit regularly to visit my auntie and the home is amazing, the staff are always happy, laughing and making a joke, management always speak when I come in and always ask if we are okay. The thing I love the most is that the staff in Roseberry care refer to it as home and not just a job, they are one
family and care for the residents like family. I could not recommend this home enough it is such a loving kind environment and they do not get enough credit, each and everyone of them deserve a medal.

Both of my parents have been cared for by the team at Highfield House, My mother has been a resident for 7 years and my father was there for a few months before settling into a nursing home. Each person who cares for my mother has a compassion and consideration for her needs that make it easy for us
as a family to rest knowing she is in a loving and safe place. The management team are always helpful and have guided us on a number of occasions to insure the best care possible. Would highly recommend Highfield House.

From stepping in to Sheraton Court we were all made to feel very welcome - we did plan on a short stay but due to circumstances my friend stayed till she gained her wings. From the ladies on reception to every single member of staff we met they were all fab. They took the time to not ony care but listen
and talk and we became part of one amazing family. From stepping foot in the door to our fairwell I couldn't of asked for better people looking after my friend. Thank you all.

The staff at Sheraton Court are amazing. They provided amazing care to my Nana & the care & support they offered the family helped us to cope at a very difficult time. The care and dedication of the staff here is second to none! The building, the facilities, the rooms are all excellent. The residents are treated with the utmost care and dignity - I don't know how they do it! I don't know what they get paid but it isn't enough so consider that where possible. If I

Overall, ok, although I can see it is short staffed! And the amount of money charged, I am wondering why?
More staff = better care!

The staff at Highfield are always pleasant, and if there is anything you require, they are always accommodating. My mam became a resident of Park House approx 2 months ago, the day she moved in we were all anxious and apprehensive after a previous home treated mam horrendously with unsafe procedures and sub standard care but from day 1 in Park House mam has flourished the staff are unbelievable with their caring
attitude and willingness to do what it takes and go the extra mile to ensure all residents have the best care possible, it has been a godsend for mam, and us as a family.

Staff are approachable to ask questions.
The manager has helped with any concerns my family have had.
Garden area is getting improved, able to sit outside to enjoy sun.
Need activities to be done in Victoria Part.
