My mother was a resident at St Peter's Court for 3 years before her passing. The home environment, staff and residents gave her a new lease of life and she enjoyed every minute towards the end of her life. My husband and I received amazing support and kindness from the staff whilst sitting with my mother

My mam is well treated by all staff. They understand and apply care with dignity and respect at all times. Recently, my mam was poorly, and the staff provided additional support, including assisted feeding, which helped to build her back up.

My mum has been a resident for four months and has settled in well. Her room is comfortable and well maintained. The staff are friendly and approachable, and her care is excellent. The food is varied, well cooked and suited to her needs. The activities at the home are many and varied to provide opportunities
for residents to mix with other residents and visitors. The overall feeling is positive, cheerful, with friendly and willing staff.

Highfield is the fourth care home Mum has stayed in the last five years. It is the home I was most comfortable with, as I really believed she was loved and cared for properly. Sheraton Court is an amazing care home. My mam has recently spent just under a year here and we have found the manager amazing and so helpful. All the staff have been outstanding and have made my mam's stay feel like she is part of a family. They all genuinely care for residents, it's clear it's not
just a job to them. Whilst my mam was on end of life care, staff looked after us too. I have recommended SC to everyone I know thinking of going into care or for their family.

What a wonderful care home this place is. My mother has had a fall and needs care, and has been taken care of by all the staff. The carers are all friendly and caring. The rest of the staff are also and all desereve a medal. The accommodation is clear and does not have a 'smell', so five stars should
be awarded. My hope is that mam gets to stay. Mam enjoys the food and is going to do some activities once she feels better.

I found the care in the home to be satisfactory, the staff mostly very obliging and courteous. The catering was good quality mainly home type cooking. My main complaint was with the NHS not the care home itself, I was told by the hospital I would get daily physiotherapy this did not happen which in
turn prolonged my stay.
One must be bear in mind that this home was mainly for dementia patients and from what I observed the care assistants did an excellent job in very difficult and tedious circumstances, a credit to your company .

Mam has been in Sheraton Court Care Home for nearly 8 months, she has moved from her first room as to isolated and away frpm carers station.

Think all the staff members are really nice and good at their jobs, some go the extra mile, and I know my mam is in good hands.
