My Mum has been a resident for just over a week on respite care. From the moment I went to have a look around and then take my Mum we were so impressed. The staff are fabulous! So friendly, approachable and extremely caring. Nothing is too much trouble.. They've treat us both with kindness and dignity
at all times.
Roseberry Court is superb. Both Manager and Deputy Manager are outstanding. They don't just support my Mum , they also support myself.
Mum's room is bright, comfortable and extremely clean. Everything seems to run like clockwork.
Mum said the food is delicious and there's a good choice.
I highly recommend this home. Thanks go to all of the staff.

I visit my friend in the Highfield Care Home most days, and I find it a very good experience. She can no longer has a conversation with me, but she is always smiling and happy. The staff are wonderful with her, and she always looks clean and fresh, even tho she doesn't always cooperate with staff due
to her dementia, they are always kind and respectful. She loves the food, and all staff are so kind, from housekeepers to management.

Finding the right place for a loved one with dementia is never easy, but Shearton Court has truly become a home for my mother-in-law. Although she struggles with long-term memories, she clearly knows where she belongs and has accepted Shearton Court as her home. That reassurance means everything to
s as a family.


She often tells us how safe she feels, how well she is cared for, and how much she enjoys the food. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate, and she regularly speaks about how much she likes them. Their support has made a real difference to her quality of life.


What stands out most is that even when we take her out, she asks to be brought "home" for tea because she enjoys it there so much. That simple request says more than anything else-we know she is happy, comfortable, and truly cared for.

Just want to comment on what I saw on Wednesday on the dementia floor at Park House Care Home Guisborough .
Sheila & Sally were the preforming singing and playing instruments.
They had a lovely way with the audience lots of songs the guests knew the words too and the switch would turn on and they
were awake and present in the moment x
Quite emotional to watch a few tears were shed with the guests .
Tracy & Michelle were the staff in the room encouraging the guests to sing and be involved no one was ignored they showed care and professionalism a credit to the care home .
A big thank you for caring for my dad .

Mum receives excellent care throughout the care home. The nurses are so caring and go above and beyond their duties to make sure my mum is happy and comfortable. The room is cleaned to a very high standard, and her clothes are washed and returned very quickly. There is lots of regular entertainment
