Home setting at Hillside Care Home has beautiful views and tranquil settings. This resonated with our sister in seeing familiar landscape on her arrival. Wonderful views of the braes. Staff are very welcoming, engaging, polite, hardworking and visually accessible. Our sister arrived at Hillside a few
weeks ago, although it's early days, we as a family are full of hope! Since her arrival on day one, all staff have been outstanding, their assistance, care and attention to detail has not gone unnoticed. Thank you for seeing beyond her complex needs. Your willingness to see the person and understand the condition speaks volumes. In the past few weeks our sister has thrived in your care.

Mum is so well looked after by all staff, all staff make you so welcome when you come on visits. I'm kept up to date with all or any issues on mum.
She is doing so well since coming to Hillside View 2 years ago this July.

Kyle court have supported my mum since August 2024, the staff and team have been supportive and caring. The care home itself is operated to a high standard with good communication between the care staff and family. The housekeeping staff are approachable and professional in their role and ensure my
mums room and other areas are regularly clean and tidy. All staff are friendly and overall this has helped with the transition for my mum and also for us as a family. We feel safe in the knowledge that my mum is cared for and looked after how she would want to be.

My mum transferred to Kyle Court from hospital 7 weeks ago, and the transformation in her has been fantastic. She is much brighter and more willing to engage in conversation. She is always well presented and is enjoying the food, which was unexpected, as she usually was quite fussy. Overall the family
are really pleased how she has settled in to life and Kyle Court.

Since my uncle came here from hospital, the difference in him has been wonderful - from being bed ridden with help to feed him; even a beaker for liquids - he can now move around with support and feed himself using cutlery + a mug. Although still in need of a great deal of support, he managed very well.
The staff are excellent: always there when they are needed and nothing is a both to them. He is always clear and well cared for. Personally, I also have to say that the staff are always helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly to me.

We regrettably had the harrowing experience of having to move our mother from a care home where she was happy but the decision was taken to close its doors for good. The dread of finding a new home for our mother seemed a daunting task. However, we chose to visit Kyle Court and our walk around with
a member of staff made us feel relaxed and our mother moved into her new home. The care and attention she has received is outstanding. There is always someone on hand to answer questions and no task is left undone. The minute you step into Kyle Court you'll feel welcomed. Office staff, carers, everyone at the home, nurses, and management all work together to succeed in making this a happy and safe place for your loved one.

My mum has been here since 6/4/2024 and she has her good days and bad days and always asks to get home. She is getting very well looked after by staff who are exceptional and very kind towards my mum. We are hoping she settles in well. This place is lovely for my mum and so close for my dad to visit.

My parents were taken into care together at short notice. The staff were so helpful, supportive, and understanding at what was a difficult time.
This commitment was displayed further when my dad passed away. Their support and help with Mum and the wider family was wonderful. Mum is receiving fantastic

As a family, we are very happy with the level of care given to our mum. She is happy there and we have peace of mind knowing she is safe and being looked after.
