In my time visiting, I have found all staff at all levels to be very caring and very professional. They have always given me the time to ask questions and shown good understanding, whilst ensuring that confidentiality is fully respected.

I am now a volunteer at Mossdale so a big massive thank you to everyone.

Caring with Kindness is the motto and this is so true. Not only to residents but as a visitor I am made to feel just as welcome, and take part in many of the activities with my husband who has dementia, but since coming to Mossdale seems so much happier and calmer. I'm sure this is due to the wonderfull staff and caring environment, a real home from home, Many many thanks.

We would like to warmly thank all the Mossdale staff for their wonderful, professional and humane care of our aunt during the last months of her life. Nothing was too much for all the staff who did their very best to make her comfortable and were friendly and helpful all the time. The staff provided outstanding nursing care as well as support to our aunt, her friends and family. The garden is lovely and beautifully looked after by staff and it provided comfort to our aunt and for discussions about gardens and allotments with the staff. We all looked forward to the snacks as well! Thank you for everything.

Our overall experience of Mossdale is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful and very approachable. The bedrooms and decor of Mossdale is very tastful and modern. Its very clean and mum's room looks as though it has been cleaned every day. I have seen my mum engaging, laughing and singing and dancing with staff and other residents. Staff are always happy to tell us how mum is when we visit, which is lovely and following Mossdale on social media alows us to see what she is doing throughout the week.

Moving into a care home is never easy, but everyone at Mossdale Residence made Mum's transition far easier than we expected. Five months on, both Mum and our family have nothing but praise for the home and its exceptional staff. Mossdale is modern, spotless and welcoming, with friendly reception staff. The carers are kind, patient and professional, treating Mum with dignity and genuine compassion. Her spacious en-suite room is comfortable, and she consistently praises the excellent food. The activities team keeps residents engaged with a varied programme, while the on-site salon, chiropodist, weekly GP visits and 24-hour medical support provide added reassurance. Mum is comfortable, happy and even healthier than before. Our sincere thanks go to every member of staff for their dedication and kindness. We wholeheartedly recommend Mossdale Residence to anyone seeking outstanding residential care.

My mother was allocated to Mossdale Care Home for a period of respite care. My mum has dementia and was struggling at home and had a fall. I have been so relieved and reasured that my mum has been getting the best care and has been safe and well cared for at Mossdale. My mum has settled in well and has been entertained with all the various activities. My mum always looks well presented and glamorous when I have visited her. All the staff have been so lovely and heloful and are a credit to the home. Overall, my mum's stay at Mossdale has been excellent in every way. Thank you.

My mother recently passed away peacefully at the care home. On behalf of the family, all of whom were present at mum's passing, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire care team who were in attendance that day. Every one of the team handled this difficult time with sincere compassion and sensitive care for mum, dad and my sisters that went well beyond their professional duties. I have nothing but the greatest admiration for each of them.

I find the management team helpful and responsive to any queries I might have.

Very positive as always. The home staff and overall experience are excellent. I am yet to have a negative interaction with a member of the team. We also took our grandson to visit on this occasion, and all the staff were very engaging. Thank you all.

It is the nicest home I have ever been in.The staff are all amazing Tuesdays Coffee and Cake morning is a lovely experince where you get to meet lovely people who live there.

The longer my mum is in Hambleton Grange, the more grateful I am for the care she is receiving. The home is warm, clean, tidy and generally a happy place to be. The majority of the carers are professional and knowledgeable. Understandably, I have encountered a couple I am less enamoured with, but that doesn't mean they don't carry out their work with care. just not as friendly as others.

This is all due to the great social environment and help offered by the staff at Handley House who are always so welcoming and positive and do everything with a smile.

I have been here now 6 months and am settled. I love the food and find the staff to be very kind and helpful. I do wish that they would get me up earlier on a morning, 10 am is a bit late.

My room is lovely and I have been welcome by everyone ever since I have been here. I enjoy the activities on offer that I can take part in.

I love living in Ebor Court - it gets better and better. (I've lived here 7 years). I find all members of staff so kind and helpful.

Ebor Court care home is a lovely, welcoming and friendly place which has changed my perception on care homes in general, for the better.

Thank you to the staff there for caring for my Granny in her final days. Sadly she didn't get to have much time at Ebor, but for the short time she was there she was kept comfortable and clean and received excellent levels of care. As a family we couldn't have hoped for a better place for granny to spend her last few days.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. I'm so pleased we chose Ebor Court for our mum. It came as a recommendation from someone who was already there. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other people. Actually I'm already doing that!
