My mother chose this care home and we are both extremely pleased with the decision. She has been so well looked after and cared for that her mental and physical health has improved greatly. She has made friends and got back to her 'social' self. She talks about how safe she feels, how caring the staff
are, how many friends she has made and the wonderful activities.

My mum has received excellent care since moving to Oakhill House in July 2024.
Staff are kind and caring, and always have time for Mum.

Oakhill House is a very welcoming, friendly home. There are always staff cleaning and about. All the staff say "Hello, how are you?" etc. The food looks good and smells delicious, they even made a cake for my husband's birthday. The level of care is excellent. The activities in the lounge for residents
are suitable for this kind of care and are always varied. I am kept well informed about my husband's care.

Oakhill took great care of my father during his time there. His end-of-life care was excellent, and they were a great support to our family. He was always well looked after, happy and content. We can't thank them enough.

Our family will forever be grateful to the wonderful staff and nurses at Oakhill House, who were there when we were no longer able to meet my father's needs. These amazing people made sure that my father was treated with respect, dignity and love at all times. They made it their mission to ensure that
his every day was filled with fun activities and chatted to him like an old friend. They became part of our extended family, providing love and support to my mum and at all times making us feel part of the ongoing care process. We cannot thank them enough.
