I have nothing but praise and gratitude for all the staff at Woodthorpe. They are truly kind, caring, compassionate and make sure all residents have a positive experience every day. My nan has struggled to settle, but everyone has been so patient, kind and encouraging. It is comforting to know she is understood, safe and cared for.

I can confidently say that I have no regrets at all in moving mum into The Willows - it was the right choice.

In the 2 weeks spent here we received nothing but the very best care and attention from the staff to management who were ably supported by the manager (Rachel)

My father came to Woodthorpe Lodge when he was 90, with quite advanced dementia. He quickly settled in, no doubt due to the care and re-assurance of all the staff. I have visited on many occasions, and have never heard anyone, resident, carer or associated professional, say anything bad about the home. Other residents have told me 'its the best home in the world' and a district nurse, visiting my dad said 'if I need to go into care I want to come here'.

The Willows is the perfect home for my mum. The staff are always on the go caring for its residents but will always find the time to talk to you about how your family member are doing Always welcomed with a smile from staff and they will contact you by phone promptly if any issues occur. A lovely friendly and homely atmosphere.

Mum seems very happy at The Willows Care Home when we visit and place is clean and tidy and modern. Staff very friendly and help with any questions family have.

Bradley Hall provides a safe and comfortable environment for residents. The staff, although stretched at times, provide a very good quality of care, they are professional, attentive and committed to their roles.

My mum as been in Bradley Hall for nearly a year she is very happy there the care is 100% and the carers are amazing they make us as a family very welcome. If anything is wrong we get a phone call straight the way. The activitys are really good to Mum enjoys them. The home is spotless and is so homely its lovely Mum also loves the food especially puddings

My mum is so happy at The Willows and us as a family have found everyone there to be absolutely wonderful. The care she receives goes above and beyond. She retains her dignity and the staff treat her in a compassionate and respectful way, ensuring she has everything she needs. She loves to see the hairdresser and if for any reason she doesn't attend the carers have done her hair for her when she is showered. There are a range of activities at the home and I am trying alongside the carers to convince her to participate, and she is going to try. This is very special place and all who work there do an amazing job.

The team at Woodthorpe Lodge could not have been better with my dad. From the housekeeping team who keep the home spotless, to the chefs who cater for every need, to the care team who are dedicated to ensuring residents are well cared for, and families supported - every part of the home has been great. We have been truly grateful for the care and kindness shown towards Dad; it has brought us comfort knowing he is in safe and compassionate hands.

I am so pleased we chose The Rowans as the place Mum could try to fight dementia - aided by the care and expertise of The Rowans 'family' around her. The family was always made to feel welcome at the home and an integral part of the team around my mum. Although Mum inevitably lost her fight, her final days were full of dignity and love. A massive THANK YOU to all of the fantastic staff - I will never forget what you did for us all.
