Marjorie has been a resident now since September 2024 and I believe she's been well looked after. The staff appear to be attentive and always phone me if there's any problem with mum - so communication is good! She does however complain about the food (she enjoys good food) so perhaps there is some
room for improvement here? One or two of the lady carers, according to mum, and whom I have witnessed in looking after her, 'really know their stuff' - and are also kind! They know who they are but I'm not allowed to mention names (lol). Service and care therefore overall Good/Excellent! Thank you.

Since my mother and father arrived at Woodthorpe Lodge all, of the staff have made a big effort to welcome them both, and help them into their new surroundings. The staff and management are always helpful and respond to requests. They always smile and are cheerful, happy and relaxed which helps with
the resident's well being and comfort. Knowing that mum and dad were safe, warm and comfortable being fed regularly, and given medication on time has taken a massive weight off me. Thank you and well done to everyone at Woodthorpe Lodge.

Bradley Hall care home is very clean, tidy and up to date.
My Mum has been cared for in a professional, caring manner. She is happy there and is well cared for.
The manager, Sarah, is very supportive of family members, staff and residents and treats everyone with the same care and respect equally.
The staff are lovely, caring and often go above and beyond for the residents.
We as a family have been made to feel welcome every time we visit my Mum by all staff.
I would like to say a big 'thank you' to all staff for making the transition from living at home to living in a care home easier than we expected it to be, for my Mum and the family.

A wonderful home, with kind and caring staff who treat residents with dignity and respect.
Mum settled in very well and truly enjoys the company, food, and activities on offer.
There is a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the home.
The food both looks and tastes delicious - I've
