Placing a loved one in a care home is a difficult decision. After 6 months, Mum has settled in well. Mum enjoys her privacy and the comfort of her room, which is comfortable and pleasant. There are lots of different activities on offer, we are encouraging Mum to join in more. Mum enjoys the food and
our afternoon teas have been fabulous. My biggest compliment to the home must be that they listen. Problems do arise, and I have found that I am listened to. However, more importantly, action is taken.

After visiting Windsor court many times throughout the years I was very disappointed the last time I visited as I found management extremely rude and unwelcoming, I didn't see them interact with any staff or residents and the whole time the office door was shut and I found them very unapproachable.
However I must say how spotlessly clean the home was and how fantastic the care staff and the activities staff were. The quality of the food has also gone down hill and the staff are rushed of their feet with what seems like no help or support from above, very disappointed and It seems as through staff need more appreciation.

We visited our relative today who has recently moved into Lydgate lodge. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodation was. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff we saw were friendly and helpful and obviously cared about the residents.
It was a lovely sunny afternoon

Priory gardens care home, cared for our dad for 2 years, they treated my dad so well in his final years, taking lots of stress away from the family. Mum moved, reluctantly, to Greenacres three years ago. Gradually, with the help of all the staff, she settled into a routine which reduced her anxiety and enables her to live comfortably and safely. The food is very good which is important to Mum. Our family feel so fortunate that Mum is well cared
for at Greenacres. The staff are, without exception, kind and welcoming. Management and senior carers are professional and knowledgeable. Any (rare) concerns or questions which we have about Mum's care are always dealt with promptly and thoroughly. Greenacres work hard to maintain links with the local community and this is also something which we really appreciate.

Dad was taken into Acacia Court on January 22nd 2025, although his stay was short, he though he was in a hotel, the staff both day and night were fantastic, on the night of March 15th our father passed away, the staff that night went above and beyond our expectations.
