Overall Experience

Dennis has settled in very well after a difficult start. The support staff (both carers & admin) went above & beyond to help us all as a family to adjust to Dennis moving into full-time care. We feel Dennis is extremely well looked after with all his needs being met. Staff are always very friendly and

happy to help with any queries we may have. We wouldn't want Dennis to be anywhere else.

Fabulous home from home, staff are lovely and very caring. Food is excellent. They took great care of my Father. I would not hesitate to recommend Priorslee House to anyone looking for a residential care home. Five stars

Overall Experience

I was only at Lime Trees for 2 weeks respite care but it was everything I had hoped for. A well designed and decorated building, clean and well kept. Nice food (and more than enough) and activities but where Lime Trees shines is in the quality of its staff they are so kind, thoughtful and helpful. It

was a pleasure to be there.

Overall Experience

My mother moved to Priorslee House in July 2025, initially for a short period of respite care. In September 2025 she was diagnosed with a pre-existing condition that was not known at the time of her move and she has subsequently been very poorly. Throughout her stay at Priorslee House she has received

excellent care and consideration from the staff who have looked after her. All of the staff have also been very kind and supportive to my wife and I during this difficult period. Access to NHS care, including Stirchley Medical Practice and district nurses, has been first class.

Overall Experience

I was here in May 2025 so a repeat visit 5 months later should tell you how satisfied I have been and how I have enjoyed my stay. If I needed to be here on a permanent basis I wouldn't mind at all.

Lovely staff ,comfortable and friendly place for my mother to be in .
I know that she's safe and well cared for.
Mum has a lovely room,with outdoor access,her own newspaper delivered to her room daily.
Perfect.

Such a lovely care home that actually has the feel of a hotel.
The level of care my Auntie has there is second to none and the carers really do care.
During a really difficult few weeks the staff there have made it so much easier with their advice, care and support. Special mention to Hayley, Sarah,

Gemma, Maria and Demi who have all been wonderful. I would definitely recommend!

Overall Experience

Having chosen Bluebell View Care Home for respite care felt a little trepidition on entering but the staff were very welcoming and throughout the stay were only too willing to do all they could to help. The food was good and plentiful although the gap between meals could hae been longer but this was

probably due to the need for staff to carry out their care duties to the satisfaction of patients. Tea/coffee and biscuits were available day and night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and all in all very acceptable. Would go again if care needed, Bluebell View would be my first choice.

Overall Experience

From the moment we went to look at care homes for my auntie, it was a relief to find this place, we had been round quite a few homes. On the day my auntie came to home we felt like she was one of the family, residents are very friendly, coming and chatting to her in her room. I have to say the staff

are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, and all are so kind and friendly. I would and have recommended this home to a couple of people looking.

Overall Experience

Lime Trees is an excellent care home. The standard of care is high and the care staff are professional, ensuring that the residents always keep their dignity. The quality of the food sometimes leaves room for improvement but this always depends on the chef on the day.
I have no hesitation in recommending

this care home to anyone seeking a placement.

Since March 2025 my husband has been resident at Lime Trees. The overall experience, although difficult time for my husband has been excellent. He is treated with dignity, kindness and care by all staff whatever their roll. The manager has an open door policy and is readily available. The facilities

Overall Experience

First excellent doesn't quite cover how happy I am with the care and facilities. Mum receives the greatest care, compassion, dignity and I'm so grateful. The home is kept immaculate, the events they put on for the residents are outstanding. I appreciate I can come and eat with Mum, nothing is ever too

much trouble. All members of staff are exceptional and I thank them so very much for taking care of Mum. It doesn't seem fair to call out individual, but Paul Chef, Fran, Paige and Petra always go above and beyond.
