I'd say 90% of the staff are fabulous and the care my FAther in law is getting it second to none. Unfortunately I feel 1 or 2 members of staff give you the impression that they don't want to be there. They make you feel as if they are doing you a favour and don't really care about the service user. Just my opinion, I spoke to a male member of staff, he completely ignored me and spoke to my husband as if I was beneath him. As I say 90% probably 95% of the staff are amazing.Sharon is fantastic with the service users and so are some of the young girls . Overall we are happy with the care, cleanliness and respect given

Since my mum arrived at your care home the kindness, patience and professionalism received by my mum + the family has made such a difference. It's wonderful to see how well she has settled in and how comfortable she is in her new surroundings. Over the past few weeks we have noticed a real improvement in her mood and confidence. She is more relaxed and willing to interact with residents and staff. This has been very reassuring for us as a family, and we are grateful for the care and encouragement that has helped her reach this point. It is clear that she is being looked after with genuine warmth + respect, along with ourselves and that means a great deal to us. My mum is safe and well cared for in Ailsa Craig. The staff are kind and caring. They regularly ask for feedback and do take this onboard. It is lovely that they have family events which the whole family can attend

I find my mum's care excellent. She is always clean and well cared for. She always has a drink in front of her when we visit, and meals always look appetising. Staff are always visible and ensure that her needs are met. Whatever time of day, when family visit, my mum is always looked after and given good standard of care.

My mom is receiving excellent care with nursing & dementia needs. Caring staff providing care in a safe environment and friendly setting.

Was a very good day for everyone get to gether to have some fun un the sun with a little ice-cream. Bouncy castle was great for the children to have a little play. The Tomboler was a bit expensive though.

In general, the staff are all lovely.

Staff are great with all residents. My Gran is very settled and seems happy! Care is great and staff communicate well.

My granda has settled in well & has had lots of support in the process.

I have a good relationship with carers and not have any concerns about the care my husband receives and everybody is very welcoming.

Mum is a resident at Eastbank care home in Shettleston, Glasgow. She's very poorly with dementia. The staff at simply great. She needs lots of care and help with all tasks, they are so diligent, keep me updated and take a pride in what they do. Today, despite mum's condition, the staff had lots of the residents in the lounge, singing and dancing (those that could). Mum was enjoying herself and she had a big smile on her face. It was heart warming. They are great with the residents. I admire what they do. It's a hard job I think. Thank you!
