The accommodation is excellent and there are many enjoyable activities, well organised. I would not hesitate to recommend the home.

I stayed at Rivendell View for a couple of weeks following an accident at home. The care there was excellent and the environment very clean and welcoming. The staff were very kind and patient to all residents and I felt safe and secure. Of course I hope I never have another accident but if I needed to I would have no concerns about going to Rivendell View again. If you are looking for a care home for yourself or a loved one I have no hesitation in recommending Rivendell View.

Our Mother has been a resident at Silverwood since February 2026. Our Mother was very ill in hospital so needed care in a home until she returns home. The staff are friendly, supportive, kind, compassionate and gentle with our Mum and my brother and I when we didn't want to leave our Mum, she has settled in nicely and her cognition is returning amazingly. The staff including everyone has played an integral part to our Mum's care, she is back to her funny self and we Thank you!

Have visited family and friends in other care homes, etc., and this one compares very favourably. Very clean and comfortable, and great rapport between staff and residents. Staff very welcoming to visitors.

My wife is care for with professionalism and treated with dignity. Her room is clean and welcoming, also comfortable. She really enjoys the food that is given to her, she has a good appitite. Although she does not coment she seems to have settled in well and gets on with everything to the best of her ability.

My mum has been in the home since end of October 2024. I find the home to be a warm, caring and friendly environment, with both staff and residents being happy and content alike. I enjoy my visits which are random times and days and always welcoming, not just seeing my mum but I engage with other residents is really marvellous, a credit to the staff and managers. Great feel is had by all including visitors. I am very happy as it is a hard decision to make but really pleased with Springwater Lodge.

So my sister Ann has been a resident here since January 2025, really can't explain Ann's condition? Dementia/Alzimers is a hideous illness and you don't know what to expect from one visit to the next? Ann can be extremely nasty and really can longer comprehend normality. We visit at different times and different days.but have found no fault with the care Ann recieves. All the staff are pleasant helpful and kind, given what they deal with each and every day. So thsnkyou a trillion times over. Sandy

My mother is very happy here. The staff are amazing, very professional and kind. I do think the daily activities could be advertised more in advance. As well as what a typical day looks like. The residents' meeting was cancelled this week and we were not notified in advance. Occasionally communication is lacking. Though the care is excellent and the chef is amazing.

I always find all the staff as very friendly and helpful. They care about the residents and their welfare even when things are difficult.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the gentle and dignified care they are currently providing my dad, who is on palliative care. The staff make me feel supported at this difficult time and keep me fully informed, answering all of my questions. I have complete peace of mind, knowing my dad is safe and comfortable and am grateful to the team for everything they do!

Fairway View Care Home Nottingham is an outstanding care home who totally deserves their five star rating. For the last three years of her life, they gave our mother the highest standard of care in all aspects, kind, compassionate, interested, professional and reliable.
