The home is clean and tidy,
The food could do with being more interesting, its a roast everyday, and sandwiches for tea, although you can make your own drinks, drinks should be offered more, as a lot of people get water infections,
The entertainment needs a boost, look on line to get ideas, as its
very boring and same all the time, bingo and reading from a paper. Wish residents would get taken out more, or at all!
Care is different with different cares

In my opinion the care home is excellent in all areas. The staff are caring, thoughtful and professional. The home provides a friendly but secure environment wtih lots of stimulas for the residents. The staff are friendly and approachable and happy. They have a wide range of issues to cope with, but
do so in a calm and caring manner. We have every confidence in the home and that it is providing my relative with the best environment.

My mum came to Bowbridge Court after a few hospital stays and a few months of home care. She was lonely and frail. We chose Bowbridge because of the 'good' rating, it looked nice after visiting, and the closeness to my home. We've been delighted with her care, the helpfulness of all the team - from
reception, to the entertainment team, but especially the care team and supervisors. So glad we chose Bowbridge Court.

My mother has been at the home for 3 1/2 years. Her level of engagement has been declining. I am able to alter my visits to best suit my mother as I recieve a newsletter with diary for the week.
I now like to meet my mother for the coffe and cake on a Friday. It is a good opportunity to see other resident
families and staff.
I like the initiative of staff sharing their training regarding dementia

Dad's been here for 4 months. He has lovely private accommodation, and there's plenty of things to do here, if you want to join in.
The staff here can't do enough to help you and they're all very friendly. Took my mum in today and we all 3 sat in a smashing room and had a lovely roast dinner together
with home made rice pudding. It was a delight seeing dad enjoy his food.
It's such a weight lifted to know what kind, helpful people are looking after our dad.
