The staff from the minute you press the door bell are kind and very friendly. What I have witnessed my mum care needs are met. The bedrooms are always clean and tidy my mother is quite content living here and she enjoys the company of the workers when they are working with her. I personally do not have
any problem with the care within the home.

My gran moved into the Claremont in the spring of 2020 during covid times. Generally the staff are pleasant, her room is clean and relatively comfortable. The majority of the nursing staff appear caring and friendly. However there are areas which need improvement. The food quality could be better as
meals often lack variety and flavour. There aint many activities for the residents which can make their days feel long and dull. Another issues is communication. A member of the family stays overseas and at times finds it difficult to get through on the telephone. If these issues were addressed it would make a difference to the overall experience for you residents and their family alike.

My mother's care has been exemplary in all aspects at the Fullarton Care home. After a steep decline in her health, a care home became the only viable option. Not only has Fullarton dealt with her needs, but it's also great to see a marked recovery in her overall health and well-being. The home is a

Claremont C/H have made an excellent choice in the staff they employed, all are so helpful and caring to all the residents. Mum said the food is lovely and lots of it, to eat. She has put weight on. I was impressed with the quality of care and attention provided to my mum. The staff are warm and approachable. The facilities were clean and maintained. The communal space is lovely and offers the opportunity to have a cup of tea with your loved ones.
Overall, the nursing home provides an excellent

Home staff are genuine in their care for father in a very difficult stage of life. Can never be excellent in a lot of categories as you need more staff.
