Mam has been in Eden House for 2 months. The staff and management have made what could have been a difficult transition from independent living so much easier. I rarely tick excellent to any survey but in the care of Eden House it is well deserved.

My mam has been in the home since September 2025. Firstly she was in two different areas and we felt she needed more stimulation. The staff fully supported our 3 moves and couldn't thank them enough for their support and advice when trying to settle mam and have her love where she lives. Only today
she bought an ornament that mentions home for her room which is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful and when I've had any worries I have no problem approaching who I need to.

The most important aspect of Grampian Court ar the staff. From the cleaners, catering staff, carers, activity coordinators, admin and management. Everyone knows all the residents. My mother is treated not only with respect (at all times) but with genuine care and friendship. The place feels like home
- not a care home - a home. And also mum feels safe and feels 'at home'. Thank you.

Mum has settled here very quickly. I believe this has been helped by the fantastic staff who she gets along with very well. They have picked up on her foibles, such as no gracy on her food and have developed a friendship with her. She loves her weekly trip to the hairdresser. Tea could be a little more
varied but other than that no complaints.

My mum came to Beaconsfield in December '25, a very difficult decision for us all.
The staff are very respectful and caring which has made the transition easier, knowing she's safe 24hrs a day with people who genuinely care.
Her room is spacious allowing us to make it more homely with own furniture
& belongings.
Great hairdresser on site which mum likes to attend weekly.
There is a number of activities arranged weekly but mum chooses not to participate, she enjoys knitting & crosswords in her room.
The staff/management are approachable making it easy raise concerns.
Only negative would be the food, mum was an excellent cook/baker so home cooked food is greatly missed.

St Clare's Court is truly outstanding - all of the staff go above and beyond to ensure that the residents receive high quality care. Words that spring to mind include - kind, caring, nurturing, respectful, trustworthy, honest and supportive.

My Gran has been a resident for just over 18 months and

her care has been faultless from the day that she moved in. Everyone took time to get to know her, engaged her in many activities where she found herself a new lease and renewed love for life and supported her, and us as a family, through hard times of illness.

When visiting, we are always made to feel welcome and part of the St Clare's family. It is always a pleasure.

Thank you all for being caring superstars - it is very true that not all heroes wear capes but you all deserve one!

My mum has lived here for two years and has dementia. A few nights ago she had a fall and the staff were wonderful. Erin, the senior on duty, phoned me straight away to explain what had happened and that 111 had been contacted and paramedics were on their way. I drove to the home at about 10pm and although
it was a busy time with residents settling for the night, the staff were calm, organised and very kind.

They explained everything clearly, asked if Mum or I would like a cup of tea, and one of the team brought me a chair so I could sit beside her while we waited. Watching how they treated every resident with patience, dignity and care was lovely to see.

My mum has very poor eyesight, so the staff wearing their uniforms even on night shift really helps her recognise who is caring for her. Seeing their professionalism and kindness day and night gives our family great comfort. We are very grateful to them all.

From her initial visit our mam felt welcome, relaxed and safe at st Clares. Over the following months her care has been exceptional and all the staff have been genuinely caring, thoughtful and professional. The variety of activities and opportunities mam has enjoyed and have helped her rediscover her
fun side and enthusiasm for life. Her room is comfortable and she looks forward to meal times and the wide selection of menu. Our family feel reassured that our precious mam is in the right place and receiving the best standard of care.
