My uncle came into the home for six weeks respite as he hasn't been feeling well. The home has been very welcoming towards him and myself. The staff are very friendly caring and helpful in meeting his care needs. He has settled from day one and in my opinion is enjoying relaxing, watching his TV in
bed. I think this care home was definitely the right choice.

The home is clean and comfortable, and all the staff are excellent. The level of care is apparent throughout the home. Residents are encouraged to participate in events which help to keep them interested and motivated. Meals provided are appropriate, and a good variety is offered. My friend, who is
a resident, seems happy and content, and other residents seem the same from what I have observed. The staff are friendly and approachable and are easy to talk with. Residents also talk with me, and they are happy to join in with our conversations. I would say that Jack Dormand Care Home must the highly rated in all areas.

My friend is a resident, and this care home has an excellent level of care shown to residents. All the staff are brilliant and provide everything the residents need. My friend is happy living there, and when we visit, we are made welcome by everyone. The home is very clean, and what makes it special
is the care that all the staff provide.

Thank you so much for the kind care that Grandad was given at Greenways Court. He very much appreciated the caring staff and the warm, loving environment that made him feel safe. He often talked of the range of activities that were available to him. During his last days I spent long hours at Greenway
Court and I only heard and saw kindness, good humour and thoughtfulness from the whole team.

I have been in Lothian House since June 2025 following admission to hospital on March 2025. I found staff and management to show me kindness, encouragement and a lot of support. Although going home today I will miss the staff and having company each day. I would definitely come back here if necessary
and would always show my respect for everything they have done for me.

My mum spent 15 months at St Clare's from December 2023 to February 2025. Her care within that time was excellent. The facilities and rooms were lovely, but above all what makes St Clare's very special are the warm and welcoming staff who cared for my mum as if she was family. Nothing was too much trouble,
and for a year we were able to enjoy a family and watch her blossom as she regained her love for dancing and socialising instead of being her full time carers. It was so reassuring to walk away each day knowing she was so well cared for. I can never thank St Clare's enough for making her last years so special for us all.
