The level of cleanliness of both Mam, her room and the home in general is exemplary

The place is clean and smart and I believe it is most unlikely that I'd ever find a care home better suited to my wife's needs.

Lothian House Care Home is 100% excellent overall, from walk in to walk out the carers work amazingly for the men and ladies who need taking care of and totally update you on your dad's information too re his health. The staff and carers here totally deserve a fab review. The personal rooms that each lady or man stay in is highly maintained and the Lothian House Care Home is set up clean and beautiful inside and outside. 100% recommend Lothian House to you all.

I have no complaints about how my mum is looked after in Lothian House. All the staff are wonderful with her. She sometimes just wants to stay in her room which is fine but I do know that the staff still continue to pop in and check on her which is reassuring

It's a pleasure to walk through the door. Bright, cheerful, and staff are so pleasant, and nothing is a bother to them. They go above and beyond not just for the residents but also for the visitors.

The staff were amazing with mam, very caring and friendly. Always rang with any information. Her 90th cake and present were lovely and was really appreciated.

The home is clean and comfortable and the meals look lovely. My friend is looked after with dignity and all the staff are lovely. My friend is very happy with her care and there is always an activity going on for the residents, along with outings in the minibus. All in all, top notch.

My mother lived in Greenways for 7yrs until she passed away in May this year. I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness, dedication and hard work. They were attentive and carried out their role with dignity + respect. They also made the last hours of her life dignified + peaceful. Staff in care homes do not get paid enough they care for people with multiple co-morbidities often without the recognition they deserve. Keep up the excellent work team Greenways.

I could not speak more highly of Eden House Care Home and all members of staff. My Grandmother was a resident for just over one year before sadly passing and our experience was nothing short of exceptional, making her last year comfortable, caring and safe for her. Not only was her care fantastic, but the little acts of kindness went a long way- lots of caring, conversation, laughter and love. Eden House treated her like family, always going above and beyond, she was treated with dignity, grace and love by all. We could never say thankyou enough. This is the best care home you will find.

After mum's passing last week, I have reflected on how much love and support mum and the wider family received from the staff at Eden House. They treated mum with utmost dignity and respect, ensuring her needs were met and acting proactively to ensure her pain was minimised. We will never find the words to fully express our gratitude, but we can rest easily knowing our decision to move mum to Eden House was the right one. Heartfelt thanks.

My Grandma was a resident at Eden House before sadly passing away, and I cannot praise the team highly enough. The care she received was exceptional. From the moment she arrived the staff treated her with immense dignity, care, kindness and patience! Knowing my grandma was safe, happy and genuinely loved gave us so much peace. The staff at Eden House didnt just provide support to my grandma, but supported our whole family and for that I will be forever grateful.

Prior to my mother in law moving into Eden House I visited numerous others. This was by far the cleanest and most welcoming. The staff were excellent treating her with kindness and humour. Knowing she was there made our lives a lot easier and the contact with the staff was always first class. I can not recommend the home highly enough.

Since my mother moved into care three years ago, things have been a little up and down. At first Mam was upstairs, we waited for a downstairs room which never came. I believe she would have settled better if this had happened. However, her dementia progressed to the latter stages where we are now. We cannot fault the care, kindness and compassion the staff are showing. We are glad she will end her days with these lovely people.

My Uncle is very well cared for in the home. His room is spacious with a good quality en suite bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful and provide a wide range of activities for the residents. The manager is always available for conversations if needed.

Fantastic service over the last 7 years. Staff are friendly and compassionate. The home has a mix of activities and quieter spaces so accommodates for everyone. The home is clean, comfortable and provides an excellent setting for caring for residents.

Melbury Court is well run - rooms are clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and friendly. My father is very content here, which is great to see.
