Couldn't have asked for a better service of care for my Granda who was a resident at Forthbank care home for the last few months. He was cared for by the wonderful staff until he peacefully passed away on the 25/11/25 the staff were so caring and professional the way they treated us in the last few
days will stay with us forever. Nothing was a bother for them they were constantly asking if we needed anything can't thank them enough x

My dad received the kindest care from all staff throughout his short stay. Sadly, he passed away, but I will always be grateful to the staff at Fairview for explaining kindly and supporting us as a family.
You shared humour with Dad and remained professional in your duties.
Staff at Fairview were
top notch, angels in uniforms.

Annfield House offers convalescent and nursing care that is uncomment among care homes. The staff are all caring, competent and encouraging with every resident. Each resident is treated with respect and as an individual. The services are excellent, the food delicious, activities low key but appropriate
and inclusive. I would recommend this care facility for short or long-term stay.

My 10 day respite stay at Annfield House has been a very enjoyable experience. I am paraplegic and my condition requires a lot of physical care, and this has come from a well trained and professional group of staff who are also very kind and friendly. I saw the staff give that same level of kindness
and professionalism to other residents. There were indoor activities every day, and I also went walking and cycling with groups. The food is good and I always had a choice at mealtimes. I hope to come back again in the future. My thanks to you all.

My mum went into respite care for 9 days at Forthbank while I went on holiday the Staff at Forthbank were so nice and so kind to both myself and my mum everyone spoke to you. All the staff were all happy and excellent attending to the residents when I went to collect my mum she was sitting quite happy
with other residents and said all the way home how lovely they all were to her. She got her hair done they had singers in and an entertainer board with loads of things to get residents involved with I can't thank them enough for looking after my mum the staff were all happy a credit to the Manager who was also very nice and helpful thank you all so much.

My mum was a resident of Forthbank Care Home for one and a half years before passing away on 5 June 2025. The staff were all amazing and in her final few hours treated her with love, dignity and compassion. Mum was always well looked after during her time there, and we knew she was always in safe hands
- every resident seemed happy and was always having a laugh and a giggle with staff. I would highly recommend.

My aunt was put on end of life care, and I would like to thank all the staff at Forthbank Care Home for the care throughout my aunts time in the home, which was around 6 years. They really stepped up during her final days, and there care to her and my family was outstanding. Every member of staff couldn't
have done anymore. Even after she passed they gave her a Guard of Honour which was really thoughtful. So thank you for the care and dignity.

My mum was a resident for nearly 6 years, she was welcomed and treated amazingly from the day she entered until she passed away. Every single staff member in the home should be applauded for their dedication and hard work. Before my mum passed, she received end of life care. The staff were kind and
caring and considerate not only to my mum but to our family as well. We will always be grateful to them for the care, support, dignity and respect they gave to us and my mum.

The staff in the care home do an amazing job relevant to their job title, care staff. They cared and looked after my mother in law with dignity, respect, care and often a great deal of patience. They also cared for my sister at one point and I could not have asked for better people to look after my
loved ones. The staff should be rewarded, acknowledging their dedication to their job and their residents. We will be forever thankful.

I visit my uncle with my dad every two weeks. I have only come across one member of staff I didn't like. I can't comment on value for money as I don't deal with that. Fish and porridge are a bit hit-and-miss. Having said that the staff are all lovely, caring, kind, helpful, approachable and nothing
is a problem. All are cheery and chatty. Not a bother getting my uncle into his wheelchair so we can take him out for fresh air and a different view. Loads of activities, he enjoys the music and singers and does enjoy a trip out, went tenpin bowling and loved it! The home is nice and clean too.

She is very happy here. This care home is run extremely well, where the wellbeing of residents is considered
