She, initially, had reservations about not having an en suite, which is the only downside, but that was increasingly irrelevant as her stay progressed. When mum had a medical incident requiring an ambulance, it was reassuring to have such a compassionate and efficient carer stay with her all the way through. Our experience has been entirely positive and I wish I could name the individuals who made it so.

Sadly she passed suddenly and didn't get to experience the leisure activities at the home which were also excellent. A special thank you also to the Managers who went above and beyond helping in the battle to get mum discharged from an out of county hospital and the support that they offered us as a family.
