My gran has been in the care home for 18 years and loved her time here. She has always been involved in the activities and alway spoke about the staff as looking after her as well as the joy they brought to her.
She loved the gardens and spending time with the other residents. From me and my family

My husband went to Finavon Court from December 23 until Dec 25. In these two years at Finavon Court, he got exceptional care, love and understanding from all staff. He had extreme behavioural problems from day one. I was very impressed with Finavon Court's understanding and encouragement with there
dealinh with his extreme dementia, their care was exceptional to him and my family, we will be forever grateful to the Finavon Court team for all their help and support at their very difficult times. I would recommend Finavon Court Care Home for your loved ones cannot thank them enough.

Anytime I visit along with my wife the team at Ballumbie Court have always been welcoming. They are attentive to residents and always able to update us on how Bill has been and advise us of anything he may require or needs. As his guardian my wife is always consulted on any decisions regarding his care.

Both my parents have been in Balcarres since January 2023.
They are very well looked after by all the staff members.
The staff are very understanding to both my parents who have dementia.
We are kept fully informed of any issues my parents have by the staff in a timely manner.
All in all, Balcarres
is an excellent care home for my mum and dad.

I am incredibly grateful to the staff at Balcarres Care Home for the care and kindness they show my gran on a daily basis. She is treated with dignity, warmth, and genuine compassion, which gives our family great peace of mind.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Balcarres. From day one the staff have been absolutely amazing with my gran. They care for her with such kindness, patience, and respect, and it is so clear that they genuinely love what they do.
The staff bring real warmth and humour into her days, alongside
their care duties. They are always happy to have a laugh with her, which means the world to us as a family.
I am also kept well informed about how she is doing, and the staff are so compassionate and professional in their approach when talking about sensitive topics, which is appreciated.
Knowing my gran is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who treat her like family gives me complete peace of mind. I am so grateful to every single member of staff at Balcarres for the compassion, dedication, and positivity they show every day. I couldn't recommend Balcarres highly enough.

The care has been exceptional. I have had to speak for my Dad & his usual routine & requirements have been put into action. As a P1 Teacher I feel you are meeting all ther success criteria. Our grandmother was in Balcarres for nearly 3 years & recieved the upmost care & respect. Staff were considerate to her needs & personality. When she felt upset or emotional staff were very supportive. All staff took time to get to know her & her family. When needs change staff were quick to rectify

My husband moved into Lunan Court in May of this year. The staff have been excellent and the care they give my husband is superb, nothing is too much trouble. It is a very happy environment. The staff are very welcoming when family and friends visit. There are plenty of activities residents can join
in and there's regular entertainment. The food consists of nice homemade meals. The rooms are spotless and the laundry is done to a high standard. I am happy that my husband is getting well looked after.
