When visiting my mother she was always quick to tell me how well she was being looked after. Always found the staff very friendly/helpful. I would gladly recommend Finavon Court to other families looking for a care home

We are very happy with the care my mum receives at Ballumbie. The staff are extremely friendly & very attentative and nothing seems like a problem. They all seem very genuine with their caring way and communication is excellent. After moving to Ballumbie, I now feel comfortable & happy that my Mum is being well looked after & safe. They create a good environment & nice atmosphere for all.

My husband has been resident for 2 1/2 years and during this time until his passing I have nothing but praise for the way he was looked after from the Management down to the cleaners, The staff were very caring and respectful and if there was anything I needed to speak to them about they listened and sorted it out. The Home is very friendly and you always feel welcome when you visit. During this time they made me feel good knowing my husband was being well looked after.

Since my mother was admitted to the home she has been we recieved and cared for. The activities keep her busy and enjoyment. The staff are kind welcoming and are happy to help in any way. They are supportive and open and friendly, I am so pleased and can now visit as just a daughter and not a carer.

Mum loved it, raved about the staff, the food, the activities and her new friends. Within weeks, she is completely settled, happy and content. We can't thank the staff enough.

There are lots of activities, entertainment and outings that my aunt enjoys.

I have been living at Riverside for a few years now and really enjoy it. The activities are good and give me purpose each day. I enjoy the different variety of meals. Riverside is home to me.

My husband went to Finavon Court from December 23 until Dec 25. In these two years at Finavon Court, he got exceptional care, love and understanding from all staff. He had extreme behavioural problems from day one. I was very impressed with Finavon Court's understanding and encouragement with there dealinh with his extreme dementia, their care was exceptional to him and my family, we will be forever grateful to the Finavon Court team for all their help and support at their very difficult times. I would recommend Finavon Court Care Home for your loved ones cannot thank them enough.

Anytime I visit along with my wife the team at Ballumbie Court have always been welcoming. They are attentive to residents and always able to update us on how Bill has been and advise us of anything he may require or needs. As his guardian my wife is always consulted on any decisions regarding his care. It is a great, well run care facility, keep up the excellent work!

My friend of many years moved into balcarres which has been an amazing experience for her, she only has great things to share about balcarres, when visiting the staff are all so lovely and always make me feel welcome, offering tea and delicious cakes. My friend has been going on outings which she said she really enjoys.
