Before my father's health declined, I visited him on a weekly basis and I always found the staff very friendly and helpful. I could see my father was receiving good care and the staff informed me he was joining in with the many care home activities/outings. It was nice to see evidence that he was joining
in with these activities as the care home produced a monthly news letter with photographs of the residents (including my father) enjoying these activities.
All the staff were very sympathetic when my father was passing away. They sat with my father when me or my siblings were not there and when we were there they spent the time to talk to us about my father. They also cared about me and my siblings, sensitively asking if we were ok, providing sandwiches and drinks for us whilst we sat with our father and always said to let them know if we needed anything. If we had any questions or queries about my father, the staff usually answered them straight away.

I am filling this review in now to let you know how pleased I am with this care home. My mam has been in here for over 2 years. She had been in hospital in November because she fell ill. She returned back in the home and was poorly again just last week. I can't praise the staff at the home enough, all
of them have gone above and beyond to help my mam (Peggy). I can't thank them enough. They show dedication, support and love.

My mum moved into Windsor Court for a period of respite care. I have never known such professionalism with a super team of staff.
From the offest, mum was cared for in such a way it reversed all the anxiety and fear. She loved Windsor Court so much so she was assessed for a full time place. If you
are wanting a place for a loved one, you wont go wrong choosing Windsor Court .
An excellent care home, loving, friendly, honest and open with superb care and wonderful staff.

My father has been with the home for 7 months. The care has been good, and good communication with us by the home and recently with the doctor. Feel relieved Dad is in a safe and friendly home with people to communicate with and care for him.

The Kesteven Grange team provided incredible care and support to my father during the last few weeks of his life and to us, his daughters and his wife, after he returned to Kesteven from hospital on palliative care. This was an awful time for us as a family and we felt very fortunate in the compassion,
kindness and support from everyone we met.
Dad's safety, security and comfort was assured throughout and he was treated with dignity and respect by all.

My brother came into the care home this week. Lovely staff, caring and considerate and go out of their way to help in any way. In the last few days, the activities have been excellent and everyone is encourage to join in. Bingo karaoke, tombol, elvis tribute act. Rooms are a good size and residents
are encouraged to make them homely with perosnal items and rearranging furniture to suit. Overall lovely place.

The care so far given to my mum has been exemplary. I feel she is well looked after and her medical and social needs are well met. The staff have been very receptive to our requests and answered all our questions, and we always come away feeling confident about my mother's care.

My mum moved into Kesteven Grange in March. When she moved in she was anxious, not eating properly, had lost weight and interest in life. She is so happy now. She has made new friends and the staff are all lovely. Really happy with the care she is receiving.

My mother went into Kesteven Care home in August 2023 with dementia. I went to see a few homes first then someone told me about Kesteven. I am so glad I was told about it, it's an excellent care home, everything about it is 100% clean, happy and mum is settled. Thank you.

An excellent home with caring and attentive hard working staff.
Emergency response is very good and skills of carers was evident.
Friendly atmosphere and pleasant environment.
Some rooms are a little too small but plenty of room elsewhere with wide corridors and large dining room and lounge.
Entertainment
is sufficient and could be more frequent eg. Bingo, singers, day trips in minibus, etc.
Parking is adequate but a designated drop-off bay for disabled would be ideal and is planned to be addressed.
Overall, great.

I have been visiting my wife for 4 1/2 years and have found she has been very well cared for all this time. The day staff are all very friendly, but I have more communications with the night staff whom I ring every night. I have been treated with nothing but kindness over the years. Lovely carng people.

I visited my sister-in-law in this care home recently and was pleasantly surprised at this modern-looking building.
Internally it was light, clean, and very nicely decorated.
Her room was pleasant and comfortable, lounge was also relaxing and comfortable.
I have been many times since my first visit.
The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. A pleasure to visit.

I would like to say a great big 'thank you' to all the staff involved in giving my Dad a lovely 90th birthday on 1st November. Staff had arranged a party, decorations, cake and entertainment which all the residents enjoyed and members of the family were also invited. We all loved seeing Dad happy and
enjoying being the centre of attention. Thank you so much!
