I have only wonderful things to say about Oaklands Care Home and the amazing staff who are currently looking after my mum who can be very challenging. How they handle her is amazing and if it's out of 10 I would give 11 without hesitation. I love visiting they are all very welcoming, and Mum often says she loves it here.

Oaklands is my second home since my wife was omitted. I come to see her 7 days a week. A pleasure coming here.

The occupational therapist gave some really good advice for my mums condition + working together with care staff, nurses & myself Mum's condition of hand will hopefully improve & be less painful for my mum. Also, occupational therapist is visiting a few more times to help manage Mum's condition.

I am very grateful to the team at Admirals reach Mum is well cared for and happy, which is a comfort. The team are always available to update me on mums wellbeing and always have a kind word and a smile.

My Dad has been a resident at Admiral's Reach for approx 18 months. My Dad is settled within his care environment, he receives excellent care, and the staff are caring, professional and fantastic! I know my Dad is well looked after and in a safe environment at Admirals Reach. Highly recommended.

My mother, Ena, was cared for by the best staff ever. I noticed nothing they would not do to keep my mother happy and well looked after. As well as all the other residents in their care. I rate all staff and management 10 out 10 5 star plus. Many thanks Howard

Highly recommend Admirals Reach, everybody is so caring and kind, never a problem to talk to any member of staff if you need advice or help with anything. Meals look lovely, and they are always coming round with drinks and fruit or cake.

Our mum is staying in Drake House Ward. The staff are caring and supportive. They complete regular checks and provide personal care regularly. They handle difficult patients and situations with a calm attitude. The food looks healthy and homemade. The management are polite and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. We appreciate all the hard work they do for our mum. We now know our mum is in safe hands with the staff at the care home.

I have been 100% happy with the care my father has received from day 1. The welcome we got and information given made us feel confident he would be well looked after. The staff have been professional, empathetic, and cheerful. Dad loves them all. The standard of care is outstanding especially the catering. I unreservedly recommend Larchwood.

Very pleased with the care & overall care and attention. Carers are very attentive we feel very content with leaving mum (Doreen). Were offered chairs to sit with mum & so we can chat.

I am very impressed with the kindness of the staff at Admirals Reach - Drake - Dementia Care Unit. They have shown kindness and care to my father, who is 93 years old. They are gentle and calm with the residents, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Drake staff.

We love visiting Dad at Admirals Reach. It's a lovely atmosphere and the staff and other residents are always friendly. Dad is happy here and says the food is good.

The staff are brilliant

My husband spent 10 months at Larchwood and was very well cared for during this time. All of the staff are respectful, friendly and welcoming whilst retaining their professionalism. My husband said he was happy there and had no complaints.

I think my wife would say the say the same, although I did not want to put Wen in a home I could not have asked better people to look after her.

The compassion shown when mum passed away was above and beyond our expectations. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Larchwood to any prospective families.
