On my regular visits to see my mum, I have only positive experiences to report. Always a friendly reception and all of the staff seem to be. Very caring to the residents, the facilities are always warm and inviting for residents and visitors alike. Keep up the good work!

The home takes great care of my 95 year old mum. she is treated with lots of dignity by all the staff. Staff are regular so they get to build rapport with residents. This place is well run very clean and tasty and nutritious food with varied menus. Lots of activities and some trips out. Very assured.
Not cheap but worth it for the care provided great levels of communication with relatives.

Following a respite stay, I returned for a further stay and was greeted like an old friend by all the friendly and caring staff. It felt like coming home. My room on the 2nd floor was light, airy and quiet, which suited me. Good chefs with enough choice on the menu or alternatives to suit needs, and
served hot on time.
The activities coordinators enthusiastically arranged a range of events, quizzes, crafts, chats and made sure residents were active.
My care needs were promptly met, and I felt relaxed and secure with a 24hr call button, and went home after 2 weeks better than I went in. Thank you for your care.

I do like it here. The staff are friendly, cheerful & helpful. The food is excellent & cooked with care. The facilities are 1st class. It is comfortable, clean & warm (bit warm for me).
You only have to ask & it appears.
Being constructive, some assistance to leg exercises would be nice.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that my mother Mary is a resident at Coplands. She is so loved by all the staff. They have literally saved her life. She was dying at the care home in Cyprus. She wasn't eating while she was there.

Mum has been at Highfield for some time now and enjoys being there. She is bedridden and so requires considerable assistance with even the most simple of tasks. The team at Highfield, led by Aaron, are kind, considerate, thoughtful and professional. She enjoys her food and the selection at Highfield
is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for people there and everyone makes an effort to get Mum engaged and motivated. She enjoys the little trips out to local places and loves the fact she has a garden right next to her to enjoy, she watches the squirrels and birds and it's lovely to have the sun on her face occasionally. I'd highly recommend Highfield, if you are looking for a caring home, with excellent staff and good facilities, this is for you.

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to you all for the outstanding care you gave to our wonderful Partner/Mum/Nan during her time with you.
Your kindness, compassion, and professionalism meant so much to us, especially during such a difficult time. The respect and dignity you showed her throughout
her care will never be forgotten. You supported not only her, but our whole family through the end-of-life process with such warmth and understanding.
Although this is an incredibly sad time for us, you made us feel so welcome and gave us the precious gift of being able to stay by her side and say goodbye without ever feeling rushed or alone. That meant more to us than words can truly express.
We are truly and forever grateful for everything you did for her and for us. We know she would have felt the same.

I cannot praise Croft House Care Home management, carers & domestic staff enough for the continuing care of my husband for the last 16 months of his life. He passed peacefully on the 17th Feb with all the love, care and compassion from nurses & care staff on duty. I honestly believe they gave him an
extra 6 months of really good quality of life.

Our mother is in Bentley grange Biddenham after having a stroke,she needs 24/7 nursing care.All the staff from hospitality to carers and management are wonderful.Nothing is too much trouble,just ask and they'll sort whatever they can.Mum has settled in very well,she has the company of staff popping
in to say hello,then carers for her personal care.I cannot recommend Bentley enough! The food is wonderful too,so mum said! Lots of choices it's like a 5* hotel.
There is a lovely friendly atmosphere about the place,often something going on in the reception area,from flower arranging to afternoon teas for all the residents to enjoy and take part if they wish.
My family and I were given a choice of five care homes to view,Bentley was the first,we didn't get any further,we were that impressed, and looking at reviews we knew we'd picked the right one!
Well done to all,your a credit to Bentley Grange, and thank you again for all you do.
