We'll make sure to pass those comments on to the team, as it will mean a lot to them.It gives us a different perspective having feedback from families, as you have a history and relationship that can sometimes bring out different thoughts than those your mum shares with us. We do regularly ask her about her meal preferences, but we'll continue to check in and take on board anything she raises with you as well. It's wonderful to know that the jacket potatoes are a particular favourite - what a compliment that they've even overtaken your dad's. I understand that she doesn't take part in group activities, but it's good to hear she enjoys her one-to-one sessions with our activities coordinator, as well as the outside musical entertainment we host.
