We are truly delighted to hear how well your mother has settled in and how much you and your family appreciate the support she receives. Our team takes great pride in creating a warm, caring environment where every resident feels valued and respected, so it means a lot to know that this is reflected in your experience. Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We're really pleased to hear that your mum feels settled and happy here at Handsworth, and it's lovely to know she speaks so highly of the staff. We'll make sure to pass those comments on to the team, as it will mean a lot to them.It gives us a different perspective having feedback from families, as you have a history and relationship that can sometimes bring out different thoughts than those your mum shares with us. We do regularly ask her about her meal preferences, but we'll continue to check in and take on board anything she raises with you as well. It's wonderful to know that the jacket potatoes are a particular favourite - what a compliment that they've even overtaken your dad's. I understand that she doesn't take part in group activities, but it's good to hear she enjoys her one-to-one sessions with our activities coordinator, as well as the outside musical entertainment we host.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience. We are delighted to hear that your dad has settled in well over the past six months and that you feel his care has been exemplary. It's wonderful to know that our team's kindness and responsiveness are making such a difference, and that the food and activities are meeting his needs and helping him feel included. Your feedback will mean a great deal to the staff, who always strive to provide the very best care and support for our residents. We truly value your comments and will continue to do all we can to ensure your dad feels safe, happy, and at home here.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We are delighted to hear that your brother has felt so well cared for over the past five years, and that you continue to feel confident in the support he receives. We are proud of the welcoming atmosphere here at Handsworth and it means a lot to us that you feel this too. I'm so pleased you noticed the photo display from the recent residents' trip - we love celebrating these special moments and making sure residents can enjoy them again and again. Thank you once again for your kind words. We're delighted your brother feels at home here, and we will continue to do all we can to make sure he feels safe, happy, and supported.
