The meals look and are very good I would not anyone say anything against the home.

Mum has been a resident at Four Hills for 8 months now. Some days are different from others. I like that staff get to know residents their little quirks, likes and dislikes. They also go out of their way to get to know extended family. Staff are very welcoming as is the reception area. Areas are kept clean and tidy and the decor of the Home is very modern. I like that you're not restricted to visiting times and are free to walk about inside and out. The garden area is lovely especially on nice days. There is ample parking and local bus service close by. Residents are offered various entertainment opportunities, singing, dancing, arts and crafts, gardening and much more. They celebrate special days like Mothers/Fathers Day, Easter Sunday etc where family members are invited in for Afternoon Tea and Christmas Day to have Christmas Dinner with your loved ones. I appreciate what the staff do for my Mum looking after her and keeping her safe

Home from home.

My mum has resided at Four Hills care home, Glasgow for 5 years now. I cannot fault the care she has been given. Extremley helpful staff, and I feel I have built up a good relationship with them. I'm pleased to say, thelatest upgrade of the care home is great, and I'm very happy with the care my mum receive.

The activity team, "pink ladies", are absolutely fantastic with the residents, they always have them doing something fun or days out. There's nothing these four ladies won't do for the residents. 100% my favourites. I am concerned about the security.

As a family, we are fairly happy but upset that my relative's clothing is missing. Her appearance is, therefore, poor at times. Be helpful if a member of staff would take responsibility for her clothes.

Activities - could be more of them and to keep to the calendar. (Mostly cancelled - changes or my mother-in-law isn't involved). Yes, she has vascular dementia but she loves company! Feel the staff in the lounge should involve themselves more with the residents. Most of the time they are sitting watching rubbish TV whereas they could get involved in wee games/chats/talks.

We are happy with my aunt's care at Barchester Four Hills Care Home. The only problem we have is that her clothes have gone missing in the laundry and we have spent a lot of money replacing them.

Overall, very happy. What makes this place great is the kindness, care and humour of their staff.

My husband has been in Barchester Four Hills Care Home just over two years. The care he receives in Firhill unit has been great. Also, the staff throughout the care home are very pleasant, they go out of their way to acknowledge my husband when they pass by and I love the smile it brings to his face.

My mother is happy and safe and well looked after by everyone at Barchester Four Hills Care Home.

Barchester Four Hills Care Home is a great care home. Staff go above and beyond. Always great activities on, thought and care put into these to involve all no matter their needs. Medical updates are great, always kept in touch about my gran's health.

My father has been in Barchester Four Hills Care Home for a few months now. Within the unit, he has established great relationships with most workers, especially four members of staff, in particular, who are led by the unit lead. These members of staff seem to go the 'extra mile' to ensure the needs of my father are met. Such dedication gives my brother and I peace of mind concerning my father's well-being.

Barchester Four Hills Care Home provide excellent care. The entertainment team go above and beyond to provide the residents with daily activities which makes a huge difference. Housekeeping staff are exceptional. Highly recommend this care home.

Overall, very happy with the care and facilities. Kind staff who treat my mother-in-law with kindness, understanding and patience.

Our only complaint relates to the laundry. Dozens and dozens of items of clothing are missing. We cannot afford to keep replacing these missing items. We regularly see her wearing ill-fitting clothes that are not hers. This is unacceptable as she has always taken pride in her appearance and has lots of lovely clothes that are now missing.

Staff at Barchester Four Hills Care Home are fantastic. Entertainment for residents is first-class, lifts everyone's spirits and wee bar is a nice touch. Would recommend this care home.

My dad's been in a few weeks and just settling in at the moment. He said, no complaints. All good, he says. All staff and nurses are very friendly and I would back that up too.
