My Nan lives here and we've been really pleased with the care she receives. The staff are kind, patient and genuinely seem to care about the residents' wellbeing. Communication with family has been good and it's reassuring knowing she's somewhere safe, supported and treated with dignity. Thank you to everyone for everything you do

Overall the care and especially most of the staff are very good. They do seem understaffed and the staff are suffering. My main concern with the current climate changes is that there is no air conditioning, and today staff and residents were suffering. With how the future will get extreme weather I would have to consider using a home with air conditioning with resident and staffs safety and well being put first before profit.

Mum was in Overslade House Rugby for approximately 2 years 8 months. The care from the staff was always excellent, kind, compasionate and Mum always kept her dignity.

At the end her care (and ours) was exemplary. Thank you so much.

My late father received superb care during his year in Cherry Trees. All the staff were deeply professional and clearly had his best interests at heart. He was comfortable and comforted throughout by a really great team who were highly skilled in looking after him especially as his cognitive capacity declined. The Home itself is modern and in a rural setting, rooms are en suite and facilities excellent. Recommended

Occasionally the staff or the equipment (a hoist) are not available when required for my friend's special needs - but generally he can receive the help he needs in good time.

The activities leader, Rachel, is a daily ray of sunshine encouraging residents with varied opportunities out of their rooms, plenty of challenges, fun, sociability & normality. It became a highlight of my day and is an underrated, vitally important part of the day.

However good a building, it is the staff who make Cherry Trees what it is. They aren't so much staff as family. From the cleaner who gives my mom a kiss and tells her that she loves her, to the carer who cracks jokes and banter with her during 'personal care' changes along with giving her hugs when they meet. Although Mum's stay with you was short, the professional and caring service she received was exceptional. The cleanliness was kept to a very high standard and staff were always available to help. The dignity and compassion Mum was given far exceeded our expectations

The room is lovely overlooking well kept gardens. I am delighted that my Mom is there.

Almost all members of staff, nurses, carers, helpers are 'excellent' - Just one or two members occasionally need more training in 'attitude' and levels of compassionate service - but not a big problem.

I honestly didnt want mum to go into a carehome to start with as I was unsure what to expect, when I could visit etc - now Ive been here most days, I, like mum love it! Its home from home! Mum is so happy here, and safe! She loves the activities, other residents and especially the food! Being able to join her for lunch in the dining room is incredible! I have nothing to worry about! Shes safe, happy and very well settled in (after only 3 weeks) staff are like family and I can come and go as I like, I would 100% reccomend to anyone! Thankyou Cubbington Mill! :)

Most importantly she is happy and content the staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond.

Any issues that are passed onto me from my parents are received, listened to and dealt with by the management and carers.
