Staff are very caring. Often they seem to be extremely busyand so it can take some time to satisfactorily address requests.
Care home is kept to a good standard and facilities are clean and tidy, health and safety is always a high priority.
Food is satisfactory - frozen mixed veg on several occaisions.

My father was a dementia resident in another private care home. He was extremely anxious and agitated and in poor health. We moved him to Rivermead to be closer to us in Malton. Barchester were excellent in arranging a fast assessment of our father who was in Evesham. Sarah and the team sourced an ideal
room that met his needs and we were able to move him quickly. The care has been fantastic and my father's mental and physical health has improved incredibly. He is no longer anxious and has his sense of humour back and is beautifully settled.

We are so grateful to all the staff at Mount Vale for taking our learning disabled sister after she suffered trauma and was bed-bound after hospital visit that lasted 5 weeks.
She hadn't washed/showered had her hair done or got out of bed for 4 years.
After arriving at Mount Vale she has been showered,
dressed each day, and goes to the dining room to ear
We are delighted with the care she has received

My mum is happy loved and cared for like a family member and I can never repay the whole team for what they do.
From administration, catering, cleaners, hairdressers
and all carers they always there to help with my mums needs and are prepared to adapt and be flexible with what they can offer to support their residents.

us peace of mind that he was being looked after and respected there. The staff are very conscientious in their duties towards him and the other residents providing caring support and a lots of stimulation. We see this all the time as we or other family visit him about 3 to 4 times a week.

Mulberry Court an excellent Care Home. Home to my husband for 12 days Respite Care. Provided us both with a wonderful experience smiling, lovely, caring and very kind and willing staff.
We arrived tired and weary and both went home uplifted by the generous care experience we shared. Exceptional.

My husband has been in the care home for one year. I see him twice a week and he is always fine and settled he never makes a fuss when I leave so I can tell he's fine.
