My Sister has lived at Meadowbeck Care Home for 5 months and the care and Attention to detail is exemplary and is highly recommended to be suitable for your relatives when needed. The staff are kind and considerate and always work hard to provide entertainment and anything else that is required by the resident. Families and friends are always made to feel welcome and to get involved.

On visiting the care home I could not believe beautiful situation where the home is. The staff are so pleasant and polite when inside its absolutely beautiful. Very clean and the rooms are spot on. Its a perfect place for my son. The meals are prepared very nice

All staff are pleasant and approachable and happy to help. Over the Summer holiday period it felt there was a shortage of staff in that, sometimes staff weren't present in the dining/lounge area. One meal time staff didn't seem to have time to cut food up for residents, one resident required help feeding, the carer kept going to him but then was called to help others. The residents family arrived + they took over feeding. I appreciate residents have challenges on the Dementia unit but in terms of furnishings it does feel a bit neglected and staff seem busier.

All things considered I have really enjoyed my eleven day stay & will certainly come again when my family have their skiing break.

I'm so grateful for the incredible care given to my aunt, who's been at Mount Vale for the past few months. Nothing beats being in your own home and we were unsure how she'd do with the change but she feels settled and at home there and has been made to feel welcome by everyone. Care staff are warm and attentive with her and she says they listen to her. Whenever there's been a concern or a request from our family, there's always been someone to talk to and deal with most things quickly. There were some changes recently that we felt a bit uncertain about, but Sue and the other new staff have done so much to enhance the home and care for residents and support to families. Thank you to everyone there for giving my aunt a safe and pleasant pleasant place to live!

I booked myself into Rivermead for respite care following a knee replacement operation. As I live on my own and no family nearby I was concerned how I would manage to start with. The care I got was excellent and helped me through that first difficult week.

I have just had a month of respite care in Threshfield Court following a minor stroke; I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I felt so well cared for and found everything to be of a very high standard. I was in a beautiful clean room and every member of staff were so kind and attentive. The food was wonderful and there was a great choice and I enjoyed taking part in some of the wide range of activities available during my stay. Thank you to everyone, I would not hesitate to return.

Just returned home from attending a lovely dog show for residents, families and local community. This was the 2nd event we have attended, the first being a 60s fete - both events were entertaining and well organised. Well done to all involved - you can tell all the staff really care about the residents and make sure each day is special for them all.

What a lovely home. Katherine and the staff are great, they are so helpful and caring. It took a while for him to settle but is now happy and enjoying all the activities they put on. I always feel welcome and able to approach staff with any concerns.

My uncle has been at Threshfield Court for almost three weeks now and from the start of his stay has been welcomed into the Home by each & every member of staff. Attention to detail, inclusion and friendliness are key factors in his care and I, plus other family members, are truly grateful that he is being so well looked after away from his own home. We thank you all!

Ouse View is always a pleasure to visit. Very Welcoming. Staff pleasant + helpful. Plenty of places to sit + chat in a very friendly and comfortable environment. Love everybody's smiles and Hello's.

My wife sadly is unlikely to return home but I can relax in the knowledge she is looked after like family

Chef was on holiday for 3 days and food was poor but once he came back the food was excellent for the next 5 days I was ill for the last 2 days and suffered a bang to my head I was so well treated and everyone was lovely. Staff 5 STAR

The rooms are a little bit on the small side not giving much room for personal furniture but very clean. Bathrooms are wet rooms and very functional and clean but again quite impersonal. I am sure we can add things if we asked.
