My sister's quality of life overall has been transformed positively by the care and professionalism of all the staff here. She is, at all times, treated with affection, dignity and respect, which has led to her having a great sense of belonging to the home and strong connection with the staff.

Maurice's care is excellent. The staff are kind and caring and treat Maurice with care and dignity and respect. The team leader is amazing and the staff work together very efficiently to provide a comprehensive care pattern. The new manager is "very-hands" on and visible. The new care plan has been implemented and we are happy that there is a continuity of familiar staff in place.

Excellent care, very friendly, nice food. My father is treated with dignity and respect he is very happy with the care he recives. The homs is very clean and well maintained. Care staff are amazing.

Over-all the care providing staff were very good. They were able to laugh with those cared for without laughing at. Only one care giver though it was funny to assist me by pulling my boxers up so tight it was painful - he laughed but none of his colleagues though it was amusing. I am sad that the quality of care did not always reach as far as the kitchen, sometimes the menu was unappealing and it was hard to think we were paying for it.

Her room is always clean, and I can see huge improvements over the last 2 months since Christina took over as general manager. Just want to say a big thank you to everyone.

Beaufort Grange is a very nice place, wellcoming and staff are always willing to help and provide assurance to residents and family members. They go out of their way to make the home a home.

I can see the residents are happy here. Staff are very friendly, feels like a big family here. My mum settled very well in here. I love how the place doesn't look clinical and that we can personalise the bedroom. Love to come and enjoy the coffee and cakes in bistro. Me and my sisters we are happy to bring mum here, is the right choice.

The staff are doing a great job. Malcolm receives the best care. Recently we have a new managers seem very welcoming door is always open.

I have only given 3 stars for value for money as care home fees are so expensive in general.

Lovely reception when we first arrived and staff are always so acomodating and smiling. First impression is very good indeed. Fact's like have setto this new GM looks very friendly and approchabell. So far after 2 weeks of mom being here, things have been amazing. She feel home and settle, very impressed indeed. x

Plenty of good facilities e.g. Hairdresser & Podiatrist.

My husband has been treated with kindness & compassion. The standard of care is excellent & nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The home is spotless & his room is spacious & well equipped. Everything about the home is above our expectations of a nursing home - it is more like a four star hotel!

Found Staff & Carers, welcoming and friendly to myself and patients. at all times. Nothing too much trouble when asked to do something.

The family have found the admission of our Uncle to be excellent. It was a complicated admission but everything we asked for was adhered to. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are always very polite and willing. One of the best residential homes in our area. I speak from experience as I have managed many residential homes and had 33 years service before I retired.
