In February/March 2026 I spent 3 weeks in Iverley View in Respite Care.
All carers showed a lot of affection and went out of their way to meet my needs. My visitors were all made extremely welcome and commented on the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I would highly recommend Iverley View as a wonderful
place to recuperate.

I was at the Care Home for a week following a hip operation. The overall experience was excellent. I was treated with dignity and kindness, by staff and management. The receptionist was only part time. I took part in one activity which I enjoyed. The food was generally good as was the cleanliness
of the room. I found the laundry service excellent. The room was perfectly adequate for my stay, but it was rather small if used for a long term resident. Also I was next to an access to a staircase and the door was sometimes left to slam shut, especially at night. The spaces open to all residents were excellent. I often used the 'café. The house was in lovely grounds and I could appreciate the sound of the birds and see the beautiful mature trees from my room which all helped my recovery as did the warmth and friendliness of the carers.

My mother, who has dementia, initially stayed at Iverley View for respite care. As it became increasingly challenging for me to care for her at home, I recognized that it would be more beneficial for her to transition to a care home permanently. This was an incredibly difficult decision for our family
to make. Louise and Lisa have provided unwavering support throughout. The staff at Iverley View have been truly wonderful. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with warmth and a welcoming smile. Since becoming a resident, my mother has shown significant improvement; she is more engaged in conversation and has gained greater independence. The rooms are beautifully decorated to a high standard, and the floor known as "Memory Lane" is specifically designed with activities for individuals with dementia. Freshly prepared meals are provided throughout the day, along with numerous treats in between. The gardens are kept impeccable and lovely for mom and I to sit in on a warm sunny

The home is lovely as its only a year old. It's immaculate and well set out. There is a lounge and dining room on each floor, as well as a hairdresser room and cinema space. I have found all the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The meals are good and served the same way they do in
a restaurant. They have planned event's must days to keep everyone active and amused. It would be somewhere I would want to live if it came to that.

The care my dad received was first-class. The manager and assistant manager were very professional and caring. The food was excellent, and the chefs were always flexible. My dad gained weight during his stay. Most importantly, the everyday care and compassion from all the staff were so wonderful to

I am a friend of a resident who recently moved into the home. I have been very impressed with every aspect of my friend's care. Staff are professional and extremely caring & they treat residents with courtesy and dignity.
The only 'downside' is the size of the room and in my view the rather utility
type furniture, e.g wardrobe, chest of drawers. However the communal rooms are excellent.

We have received an exceptional level of care from the team at Harper Fields, particularly on the Epsom ward.
Our family member has been treated with kindness and respect. Within a few short weeks the team there knew her well and are able to judge her care needs based the progression of her illness
alongside the wishes of the family.
There are regular and long-term staff members which means both the residents and the family get to know them well and whenever we have asked for information about sleeping patterns, food intake, medical records, they have been able to provide it quickly and honestly.
After having an awful experience with a previous care home we are thankful that we found Harper Fields and their team, we cannot imagine our family member being anywhere else.
Reply from Hayley Wilkinson, General Manager at Barchester Harper FieldsWe are so pleased to receive your feedback, it is lovely to read that you cannot imagine her being anywhere else. The Epsom team are overwhelmed to hear that they have met the expectations aimed for each and every day.

No words can express how as a family how happy we were with Jeans care over the 4 ½ years she lived at Harper Fields. Jean had an accident in July 2021 and had to move to Harper Fields at short notice. From the first day Jean moved in she was well looked after. The staff there not only looked after
Jean but also us her family and we became part of their family. There were good days and not so good days with Jean and I am sure everyone knows there what we mean. We would like to thank each and every one of the staff at Harper Field for everything they did for Jean and us as a family as a whole up to the end, you are all worth your weight in gold..
