Overall Experience

The care provided to my mother by the entire team at Field House has been exceptional. Since moving in, she's been settled, well cared for, and all her needs fully met. She's become very sociable and enjoys a wide range of engaging activities that always give us plenty to talk about when we visit. The

food is excellent, with great choice and quality, and staff happily accommodate individual requests. My mother mentioned to the chef that she hadn't had a Queen of Puddings in years - he made one the next day, and she said it was delicious. Those thoughtful touches mean so much. All staff are friendly, polite, and attentive, and the home is immaculate and welcoming with lovely communal areas, especially the upstairs lounge. Communication is excellent, with staff keeping families fully informed. Paula and Stephanie lead the team superbly - they are a credit to Barchester.

Overall Experience

Very good care and support for my mother over the last 12 months. Most impressed with the staff ratios including weekends, range of activities and quality of food and personal care. My mother has had some health challenges in this period which can be expected given her age but the staff have communicated

Overall Experience

Mum needed to be urgently moved from another home to Hagley Place and this was done fast and with care. Hagley Place very good, as I have highlighted, we (the visitors) are treated like a family and are kept informed/updated of any change to Mums condition. I would just mention though, that in my opinion,

another member of staff is needed at certain times, especially at meal times.

Overall Experience

I have only been here a few days but my initial impression is highly favourable. The staff are kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is good, tasty and well presented. The room is comfortable and for the first time in many months I have slept peacefully. I have no complaints

and would recommend Ottley House to anyone looking for R&R.

I have been visiting the Wheatlands, Much Wenlock for over a year and each time I have found, for over a year and time I have found everything wonderful ... lots of helpers, all of whom have been so caring and friendly, and the whole building has been so welcoming. I couldn't recommend it enough.

The staff have worked hard and built up my mothers confidence so that she feels calm here now. They really have the residents best interests at heart...and work hard to understand how best to help residents on an individual basis. Its been a long road so far this year but lovely to see my mother calmer

The staff at the Mount House are superb. They are all so kind and caring and I couldn't ask for more looking after my father. He was at the Mount on respite and improved considerably. My wife is a resident at Mount House. Last week on 22nd June was her birthday. The chef organised a wonderful birthday party for my wife. She made my wife's favourite chocolate cake and made sure that the guests which were family an friends were provided with drinks and the cake. The day staff also

helped to prepare the room for my wife's birthday. The chef helped to make it a special day and my wife and all the family and friends really enjoyed the tea party. Thank you so much.

An older building - more a home than a barracks with visible staff accepting & interacting with mobile patients in residential zone. Good dementia care with good food & activities. All staff are friendly with patients and visitors whilst remaining professional & helpful. It is encouraging to see a home

that was good over 20 years ago with improved facilities & still a high standard

Overall Experience

The bed not particularly comfy suggest senior management be required to spend at least a week sleeping in one of these beds.
The shower needs a small shelf on which to place shampoo etc. My experience with shower grab handle was hilarious, this already reported to management.
The TV was no use to

me as teletext was unavailable reported twice bit not resolved.
Bed pillow pathetic, quilt barely adequate.
Staff excellent, always a kindly word and friendly smile with exception.

My mother is very happy living at the Wheatlands Care Home. She says she feels very fortunate to be here. The staff are amazing and so well trained. Mum loves sitting out in the garden which is lovely. The food is very good and I know that she is safe, so I don't worry as much.
