Lisa (bank carer) specially is brilliant with Eddie - dressed and dignified always.

I never even knew about this care home until my friends mum was here. We decided to pay a visit together. I was really impressed with how welcoming and friendly it was, all the residents looked calm and content, but most of all they were happy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my 2nd mom feel valued, loved and appreciated.

My only hope is that activities stay in top of priorities as this is what to many of the residents look forward to.

Wheatlands in Much Wenlock looked after my mother for almost 7 years we found the care home staff wonderful everyone from the manager to the cleaners I would recommend this care home to all family, friends, and indeed strangers the staff are caring and patient with everyone also the food was enjoyable it is just a very caring care home

She is not always easy to deal with but the staff handle her with care & good humour.

Overall my mum has been happy at the Wheatlands. Mum was a very active person before she had a medical condition which made her unable to look after herself. The staff have been very kind and looked after mum with a good level of care. Mum has become friends with the staff, as have the rest of the family

There's always activities going on and the residents enjoy them. The food is excellent and is varied with individual needs taken care of.

My husband was transferred to Hagley Place from hospital. The arrangements were handled so quickly and smoothly. He was made to feel so welcome and cared for. I felt reassured by the nurses team and supported by everyone working there. Sadly my husband's stay was very short, he died in very safe hands and had all medical care he needed. There was a lovely atmosphere in the home, very caring and calm. The food was excellent. I was looked after so well, I was even able to stay for the last two nights in the room with my husband which meant the world to us. Thanks to all of you for making his last days as good as they could possibly have been and for all the hugs!

My Mum has been in for some respite care. She has been well looked after. She has appreciated the kindness and support from the staff members. The level of care has been very good and they have all endeavoured to support Mum in her recovery

I was only in Field House for 2 weeks respite care. The staff are very friendly, caring & excellent in their duties. Nothing is too much trouble. Any special requests for food are always taken care of.

I would recommend this home to everybody.

Staff are very helpful and kind. Everyone is lovely the activities are very good we join in as well food is also good and cake is so nice. Very clean. Rooms are a nice size as well.

Both parents were in the Mount. Mom passed away February & Dad 10th July. We can't thank all the Staff & manager enough. They looked after them both so well, nothing was too much. Also, they were so kind too us, which we will always remember. Thank you all again for everything you did.

The Wheatlands is a lovely place and the staff are caring and respectful The refurbishment is really lovely. However I'm not sure how you can justify the price you charge

Very good experience. Happy home, visitors always welcome, it feels like a proper home. There are some safety issues which hopefully will be solved. Not sure about value for money, staff efficient and friendly.
