Overall Experience

I was so pleased I put dad into this care home. At first he wasn't too happy but eventually he settled in and for most enjoyed the peace. The company of carers looking after him. The nurses keeping an eye on him. He enjoyed watching the TV in his room. The food and drink was excellent He always looked

so clean shaven and tidy, right up till the end.

Overall Experience

Ashchurch View is simply amazing
My father recieves the best care that we could ask for.
The staff are so kind and gentle.
The best thing is the garden he loves sitting outside in the sunshine enjoying the birds and plants. We are so grateful.

Overall Experience

My husband has been in the Red Rose Suite for dementia care since 4/1/25 and I chose Ashchurch View care homebecause my dad had been a resident there 7 years ago and I was so impressed with the level of care and ambience of the home. I am of the same opinion now with the care my husband has received

this year. All my impressions have convinced me that the carers are second to none are always cheerful, supportive and they provide the best quality of life possible - plenty of lively activities catering for all tastes. The food is excellent and very tasty and everyone works as a team to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and they are supportive to residents and relatives alike in what can be a traumatic time when decisions have to be made to leave your own home. I feel very reassured that my husband is receiving the best possible care.

Mum has now been a permanent resident for over 1 year. Is now really setting in. Thanks to the hardwork and dedication of the staff. As a family, we are greatly comforted with the care that Mum has received.

Overall Experience

All staff go out of their way to be helpful, accommodating as well as flexible. They make a point of thinking about the individual's needs and do their best to accommodate them. Nothing seems like too much trouble and the friendship demonstrated by the staff looking after my father is so important to

him and makes his life more rewarding and enjoyable. Definitely home from home!

The Badgeworth Care Home staff showed a high level of compassion and attentiveness to my father in his last few months. We were very appreciative of the kindness that all the care staff displayed and for all their efforts to ensure my father was comfortable and able to pass with dignity, while losing

him has been incredibly difficult, we are grateful for the support we received during a very emotional time.

From the moment we visited Tewkesbury Fields, we knew it was the perfect place for our mum. The home is beautiful, always clean and welcoming. The staff go above and beyond, their compassion and kindness is evident. The range of activities and local outings is impressive and has played a key part in

The care/support Mum received when she was sick the out of hours Doctor contacted me with his support Mum was better in no time also carer called next day to put my mind at rest. The food is excellent Mum really enjoys her food, cakes in the cafe my Husband enjoys them!!

Overall Experience

All the staff are very supportive & are always willing to assist Dad & the family.
Dad enjoys the nutritious meals & choices he has on a daily basis, he is also loving the interaction they have with the chef.
There are many activities available for residents with a weekly planner where they can plan

their week.
We all had a fab time at the bonfire display followed by a BBQ & Dad also enjoyed the Veteran afternoon tea & Reminiscing session followed by 1 minute silence that they could show their respect & remember together. Thank Badgeworth for your continued support.

Overall Experience

I can highly recommend Tewkesbury Fields Care home as all the staff in all departments are so friendly and wonderfully caring,
the environment is beautiful and kept spotlessly clean, the activities varied and interesting.
From my initial contact with the home to my mother moving in from outside of

the area was made so easy and my appreciation goes to Katrina for ensuring a challenging situation went very smoothly.
My mother has benefitted significantly from being in such a lovely caring environment and has settled in very well and made new friends.
The care she receives is excellent, she is eating well, has enjoyed the regular activities and outings. Having great carers and company particularly has made her so much happier.
I am always met with a smile and a warm welcome from the reception team and kept well informed and included in all updates.
The difference in my mother has been amazing and provided me with so much peace of mind knowing that she is safe and secure.

Overall Experience

We first visited Tewkesbury Fields o an open day before we actually needed to find a care home for Mum. Following hospitilisation after a fall, we opted for respite care on her release. This is now residential and for the most part and following a room change, Mum has been settled into this new environment

and experience.

My mother has been a resident at Badgeworth Court for nearly 3 years . The level of care is very good. My mother is so well cared for. I am a regular visitor probably 5 times a week & consistently see good levels of care . I feel happy to see how the staff deal with other residents to know when I am

not there my mother will be well cared for. All the staff are friendly & helpful . Any concern I have I can raise with staff & it is actioned.
I don't think you can ask more than this. A new chef has started recently & the food has stepped up a level.

My husband spent his last 3 years at Moreton Hill, suffering from Alzheimers dementia. At all times his care was excellent, with no effort being spared to ensure his comfort and well being. I was also treated with great kindness and respect, especially at the end when he was in end of life care. The

results of the recent refurbishment of Moreton Hill are lovely.

Overall Experience

I was shown around by the receptionist, without haste and plenty of time to ask questions. The home was clean & tidy, everyone staff and residents spoke to us, residents appear happy and content. The home has a good layout, a nice courtyard, garden in the centre. Everyone was welcoming. We spoke with

the manager again, no haste and our questions answered. We were very happy with what we saw and Dad has moved in.

All staff were equally helpful, pleasant, and very patience. Felt safe during times of not feeling well. Including checking in overnight when needed.
Nothing was too much trouble from, kitchen, domestic, admin and nurses.
This I'm sure is being led by management who makes all new residents are welcomed

and introduced.

We are very pleased with Hunters Care home, my mother has settled in very well. The staff are very attentive and learn the likes and dislikes of their patients very quickly. The home is light and airy and very clean. Mum says the food is delicious.

Barchester Care Homes should be proud of what is achieved at Tewkesbury Fields. Setting - excellent, presentation -attractive, fresh and welcoming, but their gems are the members of staff at every level who go the extra mile, night and day, with quick response, and care when needed. Wonderful laundry

service!
The rooms, though well presented, are in practice challenging - particularly service of power points, arrangement of bathroom and over-complicated TV controls! A small negative amongst all the positives. Thank you. X
