Overall Experience

My Aunt has been a resident for approx 2 years. She has recieved a great level of care from the staff. She is well cared for and very comfortable here. Family very much appreciate the care that the staff give to her.
All round excellent service.

Overall Experience

Overall we were very happy for Mum to be here as it had a homely feeling and the staff were jolly and caring. We were welcome to visit at any time and if we had an issue, the staff were mainly quick to respond. The light airy rooms and common areas made Memory Lane feel open and bright and it was

great to be able to walk in the grounds for some fresh air.

Overall Experience

I found the care home to be very accomodating and helpful. With my daughter we were shown round the home prior to my husbands admission. We found all staff extremely pleasant and willing to explain and answer our questions and concerns.

having had a negative experience of entering the care environment at another home mum had lost her confidence and become withdrawn, from the moment of meeting staff at Badgeworth Court she began to shine again. I was moved by the kindness and compassion shown to her and as a family we have not looked

Overall Experience

Mum (aged 94) moved into Badgeworth Court at the end of November 2024 following a stint in hospital as a result of a minor stroke and fall. Whilst the move-in all happened quite quickly, we had previously sensed that Mum would soon need a care home and accordingly had visited c. 10 local residential

and nursing homes. Badgeworth very much stood out as the best fit for Mum.
We haven't been disappointed. Mum has now been at Badgeworth for over six months. We can't fault the care she has received. Her en-suite room opens out onto the garden and is light and airy. She is far more confident walking (albeit with a zimmer frame) than she was when she moved in and enjoys heading out into the garden. Mum remains very switched on and enjoys the daily activities and the social nature of lunch in the dining room. The staff are caring and excellent.
We would not hesitate to recommend Badgeworth.

Overall Experience

Dad recently stayed at Badgeworth Court and we were really pleased with the care he received. All the nursing staff were genuinely lovely - kind, patient, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and it was clear they really cared about the residents. We always felt that

Dad was treated with respect and dignity, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
The home itself is bright, modern, and clean, the bedrooms a really good standard, the lounges, communal areas and food all more like a hotel than care home!
It's never easy making decisions around care, but we're really grateful to the team at Badgeworth Court for the support they gave Dad and us as a family. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for good quality, compassionate care.

Overall Experience

The staff are friendly and genuinely caring and everyone I have come into contact with are enthusiastic and always very helpful.
The facilities are well presented clean and tidy and give a warm feeling of home to the residents. There are always plenty of activities planned that cater for all with a

very relaxed atmosphere. This is a safe compassionate environment that makes me feel at ease that residents are being extremely well cared for.

Overall Experience

Moreton Hill is a beautiful old building which has been lovingly restored and the views are awesome. Mum now needs 24-hour care and we couldn't wish for a better place for her to be. Every member of staff smiles and acknowledges us and the kindness they all show to mum is wonderful. She is confused

but the carers spend time explaining what they are doing and are so gentle with her. Her meals are superb and plentiful. Mum has not socialised for a while and is being encouraged to join in activities which are varied by more kind members of the team. The maintenance team are always ready with a smile as are the domestic staff.
Management is superb; we have had everything explained to us in great detail and the team keeps in touch with us by phone or when we visit.
I cannot praise this Care Home highly enough.

Overall Experience

I was only resident at Hunters for 2 weeks' respite whilst family were away on holiday. I was made very welcome by staff and residents. The food was good although a big meal again at 5:30 pm was too close to lunch, all the sandwiches were available. I enjoyed walking around the grounds (needing a bit

of TLC). All the staff- day and night - attentive and helpful.

Overall Experience

Moreton Hill is an absolutely wonderful care home and the best choice for our mum's dementia care. Right from the deputy manager, the nurses/carers, caterers, domestic, office staff and hairdresser I cannot think of a better team. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

The food is brilliant and there are plenty of activities throughout the day for my mum to take part in. I especially love the reception area because I know I can enjoy refreshments and of course the fabulous cakes on offer. Well done to all the staff.

My experience of Ashchurch has been amazing. The care given to my mum is first class. I have never has any reason to complain. I know that she is well looked after and was the best care for which I am truly grateful. Standards in the home, care, cleanliness, food are all first class.

I spent a week in Hunters Care Home from 10.4.25. It is my second visit to Hunters and I can recommend it 100% The management and staff are all kind, caring and courteous. Hunters is kept spotless and the food is very good.

Overall Experience

I have been visiting Ashchurch View for over 5 years with my Pets as Therapy dog. That says a lot about the home and the quality of care I've personally seen over that time
We always receive a very warm welcome from staff and residents alike.
The rooms are lovely and spacious and clean and well maintained.
There

is always an excellent display of flowers and plants as you approach the home. You can tell that a lot of work and pride goes into the gardens
Ashchurch View are very fortunate to have their activities coordinator as their activities coordinator. The range of events and outings she has introduced is brilliant. She is very caring and tries to make a difference to every resident.
I've also been told by a number of the residents that the food is delicious too.

Overall Experience

My husband was reticent about accepting the need for respite care and took some time to settle in. Throughout his stay he was treated with respect and care by exceptionally kind a.d cheerful staff, at every level.
On returning home he has agreed that when he needs further respite care he will be more

positive and less intimated at the prospect.
One star lost for quality of food and initially quantity - the latter remedied on request.

The staff at Moreton Hill are wonderful they go above and beyond what is required. My father was treated with love, care & respect. In his confusion he thought he was staying in an expensive hotel! I would recommend this care facility to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.
