Excellent service ar Appletree Grange, I love how they take care of my sister in law, we are happy she is here, I follow them on Facebook and see the activities they do, thanks to the staff and management here at Appletree

Excellect service at Appletree Grange, they take care of my sister very well, the environment is lovely and clean and spotless, they prepare great meals here at Appletree, we like the activities that goes on at Appletree Grange, the staff and management are all friendly

Looked after very well even in very difficult circumstances and I'm very happy about his care here, the staff does a wonderful job, The environment is very clean and tidy, I'm happy about the food here as he eats better here at Appletree Grange. I love Naomi the Manager here and can talk to her anytime about anything.

My father has lived here for over two years and sadly passed away a couple of days ago. The care he had over that time was outstanding, especially in his last few days and hours. He always felt safe, secured and cared for. The staff were not only his carers but his friends too and I also regard all the staff as my friends. I am really happy that he spent the final years of his life in such a warm and happy environment.

We thank everyone at the care home for their support.

A very good all round care and attention for my father , I am very comfortable with his situation in that he is in very good hands , the staff are attentive and I find the environment kept to a very good and clean standard

Since my mother has been living at the care home the staff have looked after her so well. I know from information staff provide they have taken time talking to her about her life and interests and encourage her to interact. They are always friendly, informative and polite to me and keep us updated. The rooms are well cleaned and lovely food provided daily

Appletree Grange is very clean, the staff are lovely and supportive with my mum, She loves the trips planned by the home out. The food is very lovely at Appletree Grange as there. She gets her haircut regularly and it's always beautiful. Thank you Appletree

Caring attentive staff, food is really good quality and has a great varied theme to it. management are very approachable and visible, special mention to Shab for his happy nothing is a problem demeanour.

I am writing this review after almost a year since my mum was admitted to their care so I have almost seen a full cycle. I can honestly say that Harton Grange is really exceptional and a home from home. The staff are patient, warm and friendly and the bedrooms and communal areas and dining rooms very well kept and comfortable. There is always something going on and entertainment and activities are frequent, well thought out and fun. The food menus are excellent and dining rooms beautifully laid out and maintained. A beautiful garden too. I am immensely grateful and frankly very relieved that my mum is here. True confirmation that she is happy and has settled was overheard by us on our last visit when she was telling a new resident that it was a great place and she would enjoy being there. Enormous thanks to all of the staff and a thorough recommendation of Harton Grange.

I would definitely recommend springvale 1000 %, its so homely and every member of staff are always cheery and very helpful. They treat the residents like they were their own family .

My mother is very happy and well looked after, she really does enjoy being here. I can relax and know all her needs are met and I have no worries at all.

Came to live here with my wife shortly before she passed away. Shirley was poorly when she came to Appletree is amazing place and the staff are amazing they took care of my wife amazingly and gave her final days care with dignity and respect. My 100 years birthday was my dream come true and Appletree Grange manager and staff ensured it was amazing. My family and I believe the home is the best.

Wife was in for three week and overall experience was very good me & my sons were made very welcome at all time

Mam is happy and content at Appletree Grange, all the staff are caring friendly and helpful. They have kept the activities going until they can recruit an activities co ordinator so the residents have had stimulation and participated in some lovely events. The home looks lovely following the refurbishment and its very clean. Mam said everyone in the the home is 5 star.
