I don't have exact comparison but I think the care home is as good as it gets.

My mum has been a resident for several months. From being semi-independent in her own home, we needed to find a care home quickly and one that would meet her new needs. I instantly knew on entering Prestbury Beaumont that this was somewhere that both my mum and I would like. That first impression was proved right. The staff are extremely professional, conscientious and efficient, combined with kindness and friendliness. They go out of their way to listen to any concerns and try to make it as much of a home as possible. There is plenty of company and activities depending upon the individual (my mum in particular enjoys her daily walk around the gardens). The facilities are very comfortable with lovely dining room/lounge areas and gorgeous gardens. It's not an easy decision to make choosing a care home but I feel that Prestbury Beaumont have been very supportive and caring (and continue to be so).

Mum loves it here! She always says she wants for nothing and she loves the staff. Personally I find the staff very friendly and approachable. The home is clean and tidy, with excellent facilities. It is always a hive of activity with things going on for residents all week. I feel the home is well run and it is never a chore to visit. Mum is very happy and feels at home here. 10/10 from me.

Everything we (my wife who was there for Respite Care + I) encountered was excellent. On entry, the welcome was immediate + warm. The staff took trouble in ensuring that the room was arranged to suit my wife's needs. During her week's stay, staff were caring, pleasant + attentive to her. The Care Home itself was spotless, and well designed, giving a feeling of spaciousness, If one has to stay in a Care Home, this is the one to choose!

Overall I do not think we could have wished for a better place for Mum to be.

The staff are so lovely and always ready to listen and assist where they can. I am very relieved that my brother can remain at Crabwall and must thank Michelle, finance manager, for all her endeavours supporting me to making this possible. CS

My mum visited for a short period of respite and had a lovely time. She had been very nervous about respite but her stay was as good as a top end hotel! She loved the daily activities, beautiful environment and caring staff. She will definitely look forward to her next stay.

Even though distressing I can say that her stay in the Beaumont over the last two years made her as happy as her circumstance would allow. On visiting one did feel that you were visiting a well run upmarket country hotel with very attentive staff

The speed and professionalism in which my mother was admitted to Westvale was impeccable. Your manager ensured that the process was explained clearly so all concerned were fully aware of the next steps. She went above and beyond to ensure a swift assessment of my mother and that the accommodation was ready for my mother to move from another care home at very short notice - at a time of great stress, she was amazing, calm & reassuring. The facilities and rooms are good quality and very clean, and the food is excellent and plentiful and there is always choice. We are delighted and reassured Mum is receiving such good care.

Mum receives excellent care here at the Cheshire Grange. The carers are attentive and kind. There is super nursing care on hand when required. There is a lovely atmosphere in the home with the entertainment staff bringing the residents together with fun and friendliness. The home is always clean and fresh.

The home itself is always very clean and tidy.

The person I visit has been in your care for 12 months. I visit at different times so have come across lots of staff. All have a smile and a hello. I would particularly like to thank Denise and Jane - they are the front face and are so patient. But, it is obvious that there is a real effort from all the staff of Westvale to look out for and care for the Residents. Thank you.

My father-in-law has settled into this home extremely well over the last month. This is mainly down to the wonderfully caring and personal staff and the safe, relaxed atmosphere they create. He often likens his new home to a nice hotel, with lovely people!

My Grandad has dementia and was moved to Oak Grange about a month ago. He's settled in so well and couldn't be happier! The staff are all so lovely and caring for him and we all have a good laugh whenever I visit. There's plenty of activities that take place and the overall atmosphere is nice and relaxing - perfect for my Grandad and for visitors like myself - especially when there's cake on offer! A massive thanks to all the wonderful staff who take such good care of my Grandad - it is much appreciated!

My mum has been a resident for 2 years. She enjoys all the activities when she is able to. She has been very happy at Westvale. She has had excellent care and has made great friends with the residents and staff, who have now become part of our family.

Our relative has been a full time resident at Prestbury Beaumont since February. Since moving in, she has improved hugely, both physically and mentally. All the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble either for mum or for us as relatives. The care and attention given is second to none. The facilities, food and grounds are more like a hotel. Great thought is given to daily entertainment and life enrichment, she is never bored. All the care staff, nursing staff, management, in house chef and Chris the gardener genuinely seem to have the residents best interests at heart. We are always kept informed of mum's wellbeing and all our queries enswered honestly. When she moved in we were told that this is her house now and what she needs she will always get and that is exactly what we have found. If it could be summed up in a few words it would be "this is a kind, safe place"

My mum Elaine has bin here only 3 weeks but what we have seen as a family everyone has bin amazing with her very friendly indeed, staff amazing in everythink they do , so as family we are soooo happy for mum plus mum loves it that's main thing , so thanks to everyone that cares for my wonderful mum xx
