I cannot thank the team enough for making such a difficult time easier for us and Mum's final days as peaceful and gentle as possible. We will always be grateful for their kindness, compassion and outstanding care.

Now he has sadly passed away the staff have still asked us to call in because over the 3 years he was in there we made lovely friendships with the staff, residents and Ziggy the cat.

P.S. The black flies are a concern.

A well managed home with cheerful and friendly staff.

The care and consideration given to my mother was first class. It was as if she was part of their family and it was clear that the staff really cared and went over and above to make sure she was comfortable. The team also ensured that our family was kept informed and looked after during a difficult time. I cannot over emphasise how supported we felt. The atmosphere was always calm and peaceful.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very professional and very kind to my mother. She had a lovely restful stay and complimented the chefs as the food was excellent.

The home was immaculately clean and there were always fresh flowers in reception. We particularly noticed how peaceful it was, especially after the noisy and fraught atmosphere in hospital. The whole setting was calm & peaceful, set in beautiful grounds and dogs are welcome. We would highly recommend this care home.

The home is spotlessly clean and kept to a very high standard.

My mother arrived at the Beaumont for quickly-arranged respite care and she was immediately given a warm welcome. As a family, we have a long-association with the Beaumont as both my mother's mother and mother-in-law had spent the last years of their lives there. We were thrilled to find two members of staff who remembered them. My mother made excellent progress in the four weeks she was resident, and built good relationships with the staff teams. Compared to her stay in hospital, the difference in her care, the friendly atmosphere, and the homely ambience of the Beaumont was such a relief for her, and for her visitors. It felt personal and not institutional.

The staff at Adlington Manor also welcomed family and friends with open arms and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adlington Manor to anyone who is looking for great temporary or permanent care.

After spending several months in hospital I was delighted that my auntie was transfered to Oak Grange. She was made to feel extremely welcome by everyone from the minute she arrived. The care & compassion shown by staff was exceptional. One senior nurse went over and beyond ensuring my auntie received the best of care - something as a family we won't forget. Sadly my auntie passed away at the home but we will be forever grateful she spent her last few days in a place that felt so like home.

My husband developed Alzheimer's after getting shingles in 2019. By 2024 we were not coping well and our neice & nephew helped us review the situation. We visited one home and then called here as we were passing. We (I) was impressed by the friendliness and helpfullness here and we were admitted soon afterwards, I have not regretted it at all, the relief from responsibility is enormous, and we have been so lucky to have found somewhere where our needs and worries are efficiently cared for in a very friendly relaxed atmosphere.

We visit all residents that are happy to see us, and George is a big hit with the staff who love a cuddle too. I love to see a big smile on everyone's face when they get to cuddle my dog George. George loves everyone at Cheshire Grange ( and getting treats at reception, and the odd bit of toast is especially nice)!!

My mum was resident at Cheshire Grange until she sadley passed away very recently in the 14 months she was there all staff looked after her amazingly. We found dawn and all her staff to go above and behond. everyone was so kind friendly polite and most of all very proffesional in there roles. As mum approahed end of life we could not of asked for better care for her she was treated with dignity and respect we was kept up to date with mums condition all the time and everything was explained to us. staff cared about us as well and how we was coping etc. Staff really do care about the residents and we could see that each and every one of them are very passioate about the work they do and we couldnt have wished for a better place or people for mum to have spent her last days with. We will never forget the wonderful dedicated staff at Cheshire Grange for all they have done and would like to say a very big thank you to you all

If I had to go into a care home. This is the one I would choose. Clean, careing friendly.

Very welcoming atmosphere, staff seem happy to be working there and always have a smile on their faces.

It's difficult to entrust a loved one in the hands of others, but I can see that she is so well looked after 24/7 that she is in the best place for her to get the care she needs.
