The care he receives here is what any family could hope & wish for. And maybe more so.

From arrival, any issues/concerns were dealt with promptly to my satisfaction.
My room had an outlook over the gardens so I could see out.
All the staff go above and beyond. They are friendly and fully supportive to my needs.
I would not hesitate to reccomend.

Fantastic care as always. Everyone but especially the team in Sunningdale unit are so fabulous. Each care assistant is attentive to the individuals needs. My mother loves it here!

As a family we have found the nursing care and personal care of my mother to be excellent. We cannot fault the dedication and compassion of the nursing and care staff at Chalfont Lodge. The activities arranged are first class and my mother has benefitted greatly from the varied programme which has been
provided for her during her stay here. The food is tasty and nutritious and my mother has always been happy with it. We very much appreciate the very good care given to my mother.

The standard of care she has received has been excellent. All members of staff achieve an excellent level of care and service provision which is brilliant
As my mother enters the termal stages of her life this excellent care is now

Diana, member of staff, so friendly and always has time for both residents & their relatives. She had a lovely relationship with my mother and could gently persuade her to take her tablets when she was being grumpy. She always has time to have a joke and a laugh with my step-dad as well. She is an asset

My mum has been a resident of Chalfont Lodge and she has recieved nothing but the utmost care & respect for her whole stay, until her passing.
I cannot fault a single thing, from the nursing staff, to the admin, to the carers. Thank you Chalfont Lodge for the very respectful care that my mother recieved
