Our Dad came for respite & rehab care after breaking his hip. I checked out 4 to 5 homes, Wimbledon Beaumont was my last stop and the minute I walked in I knew it was the right place. The warmth, care & compassion was palpable. Dad was very happy & settled in so well. This place is our go to in the
future.

Having transferred from another Care Home, my relative's whole disposition improved dramatically. She was treated as an individual, and encouraged to 'do' things like move around on her zimmerframe, join communal activities or go to her own room for quiet time. The environment at Peony Court encourages
independence rather than sitting around in a TV lounge with the volume at maximum, as in the previous home. Staff are very welcoming and respectful.

Wilsmere House focuses on the dignity and health of its residents. The staff is very caring and involved, as is the management, The staff (from management, nurses, carers and maintenance staff) turnover is low and there is a lot of comraderie between them and they are always happy to help or answer
questions. Families and friends are equally dealt with dignity when they visit.

Staff are available, 24 hours a day, when I press a bell, staff attends me very quickly. Staff provides all support to me when needed. Menu is offered to me, chef is meeting with me and preparing the meal the way I like. Staff are kind, polite, and check on my wellbeing. They gave me my medication as
I will not be able to take it myself and keeping me informed about any changes in medication. Staff are helpful and dedicated, and if I ask, they will do everything.
When they do laundry, they bring it neat, clean and tidy and put in a hanger in a cupboard. I sincerely hope and wish other people who need the care to be in Wilsmere house as its best care. I recommended 10 out 10 for hospitality and care. The management is so good they listen to every query and make changes.

We visited many care homes on behalf of our Mum. We were lucky enough to secure a place at Park View.
After her transfer from hospital Mum settled well. The staff throughout the home gave us the confidence Mum would be well cared for. The team on Oaks 3 were kind and caring and Mum enjoyed the company
of the residents on the unit. The excellent entertainment team and volunteers supported Mum in many activities including a trip to London to see the Christmas lights which she thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed the use of the coffee lounge and garden every week and appreciated the choice of spaces to take Mum. Everyone at the care home addressed Mum by her name and always found time to have a chat. Thank you for looking after our Mum.

Every time I visit, the staff are very welcoming. Lovely, clean and tidy rooms and corridors. Always offered tea/coffee and cake. Feel it is a lovely, happy place and always enjoy my visits.

My father is receiving excellent care provided by a team of carers who are kind, highly skilled and go out of their way to make every resident's experience the best that it can be. Some of the team even came in on Christmas Day when it was their day off.
The Mgt team are excellent and take the time
to get to know the residents and their families.

My wife went in to the home as her husband was in hospital having had a minor stroke (she has M.S.). The home could not manage her medication (pain killer) as they could not time them into their programme. She had several falls but the staff were unable to deal with these. And she was left on the floor
for a while there was and no one around to let visitors out in the evening (20 minute wait!)

I have to say that my most important experience is that we can all relax in complete happiness that mummy is so well cared for and happy in every way - we have no concerns whatsoever!!

My father is thriving in Southgate Beaumont care community and was a great next solution to provide a home and social life with the extreme levels of care that he needed. All of the nurses practitioners and management are lovely and are very supportive both to my father as well as myself and my mother
from a pastoral element.
My father loves the activities and social experiences that the home provides, he especially loves going to the local diner with the activities coordinator.
The building and facilities are excellent and maintained efficiently, the grounds are lovely and the choice of a former stately home to have this wonderful nursing facility located makes the experience ten times better.

Always a warm welcome and warm atmosphere. Staff are friendly and professional. Barchester Westwood House is clean modern and well maintained by Suresh. Carers provide pesonlized care to a high level. Reception, the main office and Yanique run a tight ship. Not forgetting Liz and Shelia who are always

We were looking for residential care which felt homely, where mum would be surrounded by kindness, Pittsmead Grange delivers this and more. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous and the bedrooms and lounges are beautifully decorated and well equipped. Mum has quickly become part of the community,
benefitting greatly from the social activities and freshly cooked meals. I would highly recommend Pittsmead Grange, it is always a joy for me to visit.

I have just celebrated 2 years living at Lynde House Care Home. I have enjoyed every hour, & every day I have been here. The care I have been given is beyond words. I am privileged to have been appointed Resdient Ambassador which enables me to mingle more closely with other Residents. This interaction

My mum went into this home as we were at crisis point in November 2025, initially as respite but now long term. Fantastic manager, caring staff and plenty of them. We looked at lots of homes and this one by far was the most homely. I feel confident my mum is well cared for.

My mum was discharged to Derham House from Hospital. She had 2 hospital admissions in 7 weeks from suffering TIA's & was unable to safely return home alone. It was a traumatic time for all of us as so much changed in a short period of time. My anxiety about her going into a full time care home was
quickly resolved by the care & compassion shown by all the staff from the minute she arrived there. Everyone is so friendly.
I really feel that each & every member of staff have taken the time to get to know mum & they have made her feel safe & welcome. She has settled so well & has said that she wants to stay there. It's a wonderful feeling to see her so happy. The home is spotlessly clean & extremely well run. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends & family.

The level of care is of good standard and I feel very comfortable and safe here at Hugh Middleton.

Cheverton Lodge is always very warm and welcoming. My mother is well cared for and is treated respectfully. It is not easy for formerly independent, active and creative people to manage this lifestyle change so the thoughtful attention and understanding she receives is welcome. .
