A close friend was admitted to your Wimbledon Home. The Reception was friendly & very caring & attentive. I then went to floor 1 where I found the staff efficient & courteous.
I am an ex nurse and found the care at this home to be excellent. I felt quite comfortable leaving my friend there as I knew
that the staff would give her excellent care. I give Thank all you staff

I visited my nephew in the home on his birthday & the staff had made such a fuss of him with balloons etc; They all came to wish him a Happy Birthday & it really brightened his day. Everytime I visit the staff are so kind & always have smiling faces plus they really care about their patients. The surroundings
are pleasant & nothing is too much trouble. It's peace of mind for my sister & I & we're very grateful.

My mother required some respite care following a hospital stay, with a view to possibly becoming a permanent resident, we looked at Pittsmead Grange and decided it would suite her. The staff and carers have all been very helpful and supportive, They have helped her settle in, she is encouraged to mix
with others and join in the daily activities on offer where possible, we feel she is being looked after and cared for, the food is very good with varied options in a pleasant setting. It feels very homely, the rooms are very nice, bright, clean and spacious with ensuite facilities.

I am very pleasant with everything. Sometimes the communication is not very quick. I need to know whats happening. I love exercises with Don in activites. Carers are really good. Oksana is the best carer. I feel vaccum cleaner is too loud and its disturbing. I do understand that they do deep cleaning.
I have been out for for 2 trips with Gitana and Fiona is a very good driver. It is very nice talking to Fiona.

My Mother has been in Queens Court now for 10 months.
The staff have been so supportive helping her settle in. They are so kind and understanding to her needs.
The social calendar is amazing, there is always an activity for my Mother to join in or a musical event for her to watch.
The way her day
is structured has had such a positive impact on her, the combination is exactly what helps her feel happier, calmer, and more connected.
I was especially impressed with Christmas at Queens Court, the effort at making the day extra special for all the residents was amazing to watch.
Truly an amazing care home.

The staff at Queens Court are absolutely amazing.
They go above and beyond to care for my Mother. Nothing is too much trouble and they always ensure she is taken to the daily activities.
Every time I visit, she looks so well-presented and cared for, which means a great deal to me and our family.
It's clear that the staff take real pride in making sure residents feel comfortable, dignified, and at their best each day.


Her room is always spotless, tidy, and welcoming. It's lovely to see such high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, as it really creates a pleasant and homely environment.


The staff are kind, attentive, and clearly dedicated to what they do. Knowing that my Mother is not only well looked after but also happy and comfortable gives us real peace of mind. I'm very grateful for the care and effort they put in every single day.

I hope my review of Peony Court care home will help others considering a care home for their loved ones. My Mum Pat moved into Peony Court in June 2024. Sandra and Phoebe were excellent in their kind and supportive way of letting Mum and I visit before she actually moved in. Attending the High Tea afternoons
with professional Singers in the lovely Conservatory dining room and we enjoyed the delicious sandwiches and cakes too. Mum was slightly nervous at first after she moved in, but soon enjoyed all the love and support she received. Mum and I could tell all the carers loved their job very much, and there was a lot of laughter which was always so great to hear and see. The fun activities were always so good and the Friday morning trips in the Minibus was a great bonus. There was singing in the local church, afternoon and evening entertainment with a variety of excellent musicians and artists. Mum was very happy and was always smiling. Thank you so very much.

Lovely staff, excellent care, and beautiful surroundings. Nothing ever seems too much for the team.
My mum has been staying for respite care on and off for over a year, and she has consistently received very good care. The staff are kind, attentive, and always welcoming.
On one occasion I did need
to escalate an issue, but it was addressed immediately with a quick response and clear action taken, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I would highly recommend Barchester Healthcare for the quality of care and the supportive environment they provide.

I coudn't recommend Deidre and her lovely team at Cheverton Lodge enough. My father has lived there for the last 3 years and has been exceptionally well looked after by everyone. We have found that Peony Court is a very welcoming and friendly place where all staff go out of their way to help. This is fully extended to visitors as well as residents and we are always met with a smile and the offer of a drink and a cake. We are very happy that we managed to find Peony Court.

Our Dad came for respite & rehab care after breaking his hip. I checked out 4 to 5 homes, Wimbledon Beaumont was my last stop and the minute I walked in I knew it was the right place. The warmth, care & compassion was palpable. Dad was very happy & settled in so well. This place is our go to in the
future.

Having transferred from another Care Home, my relative's whole disposition improved dramatically. She was treated as an individual, and encouraged to 'do' things like move around on her zimmerframe, join communal activities or go to her own room for quiet time. The environment at Peony Court encourages
independence rather than sitting around in a TV lounge with the volume at maximum, as in the previous home. Staff are very welcoming and respectful.

Wilsmere House focuses on the dignity and health of its residents. The staff is very caring and involved, as is the management, The staff (from management, nurses, carers and maintenance staff) turnover is low and there is a lot of comraderie between them and they are always happy to help or answer
questions. Families and friends are equally dealt with dignity when they visit.

First class service and care for my 2 week stay after a knee replacement. A lovely old well kept home with very attentive staff for my every need. I throughly recommend this care home for anybody who needs respite.

Staff are available, 24 hours a day, when I press a bell, staff attends me very quickly. Staff provides all support to me when needed. Menu is offered to me, chef is meeting with me and preparing the meal the way I like. Staff are kind, polite, and check on my wellbeing. They gave me my medication as
I will not be able to take it myself and keeping me informed about any changes in medication. Staff are helpful and dedicated, and if I ask, they will do everything.
When they do laundry, they bring it neat, clean and tidy and put in a hanger in a cupboard. I sincerely hope and wish other people who need the care to be in Wilsmere house as its best care. I recommended 10 out 10 for hospitality and care. The management is so good they listen to every query and make changes.
