We viewed a couple of care homes and M.S. was the most impressive by some margin, not only the actual residence itself but also the staff we met, the welcome we received and the information provided; we felt very reassured and Dad has settled in nicely. Dad does have early dementia but he is in general residence which we were also reassured with and happy for him to be here,

Longueville Court Care Home is 'SIMPLY THE BEST' & highly recommended.

The manager and deputy could not have been more helpful to my husband and myself in responding swiftly to review my husband who was in hospital and arrange for his transfer to the home in 24 hours, which got my husband out of a depressing hospital situation and gave me time look for a permanent place for my husband nearer to our home.

I would like to praise every single nurse carers and entertainment and housekeeping staff my dad is so happy since arriving in march he has been very settled and happy in himself he feels safe wanted part of a very large family within the home everyone looks out for him and takes time out from there busy day to make his day brighter I will be eternally grateful

I can't fault the care Peter has received during his time in the care home and we look upon the whole team as our extended family and it is his home now.

Grove with Mum being there, is down to the staff who take care and kindness every day to make Mum as happy as she can be.

Staff in both the dementia care and respite care areas are excellent. Both parents use the home, my father is a resident and my mother as respite. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and caring. The garden is lovely and mum enjoys many of the activities.

I cannot speak highly enough of the people and facilities at Oaklands. Our family was bowled over by the kindness, compassion, friendliness and sheer humanity of everyone we met. Remarkable. The care they provided for Dad was exemplary. The NHS placed Dad here. We couldn't have chosen better ourselves.Genuine congratulations and thanks to the team

Since February 2026 we have always found The Care Home - Dementia Unit - totally professional and always manage patients - who are not always easy - in a very caring and patient manner. I consider we are fortunate to have This Home in our area and hope that the new parent company will not change the approach

My husband was only here for 2 weeks respite while I had a short break. I couldn't be happier with the care he has received. All of the staff have been so helpful, caring & friendly. I cannot praise the care home enough, the rooms were beautiful and the facilities excellent. My husband has been very happy. Thank you.

My husband was at Braeburn lodge for 5 months. After caring for him at home for many years knowing he was safe & well cared for meant I could be his wife again. Everyone was so caring, always had a smile + time to chat. The meals were good + any requests taken on board. All his visitors were made so welcome + commented on the friendly, homely atmosphere. Staff often made time for extra touches + made our Wedding Anniversary so special. Sadly my husband died shortly afterwards but I have happy memories of our time there + their care + support for me has continued. I have nothing but praise for Braeburn lodge.

There were not many people in residence I could converse with consequently I felt isolated. The staff though were very friendly and talkative.

She appreciates the attention she receives from the carers.

The carers are always excellent and profesional and always very helpful.

Up to now I can't fault the care provided to my parents.

We cannot praise the team enough, from the carers, cleaners, maintenance, activities etc. Everyone goes above and beyond to look after my mum and make her life worthwhile. They all show endless kindness and compassion in what has been a very difficult time for our family. Sarah has been a great comfort to Mum and Jenny & the activities team are amazing and include Mum in trips when possible. Thank you all !!

I always feel very welcome when I visit my mother.

The staff are friendly,warm and will stop to speak with you.

They have a range of activities for all residents, even those residents whom are bed bound.

All staff are welcoming, the residents are all treated equally and with dignity and respect.

The activities that are held for the residents are varied and interactive.

Residents rooms are spacious and cleaned daily.
