After visiting various care homes we decided that Braeburn Lodge was the one for Mum. From the very first time we stepped inside there was a warm friendly atmosphere, every member of staff smiled and spoke to us as we looked around. This approach happens everyday, all the staff are amazing, friendly,
and kind. The home is exceptional clean and well maintained and a pleasure to visit. Mum has settled in extremely well and is happy at Braeburn.

My 91 year old friend has been at Hampton Grove for just a year. First off, she is very happy there. She has a room that she absolutely loves, it has a great view & keeps her occupied all day people & traffic watching. The carers are all lovely and I have nothing but respect for the job they
do. She is very well looked after & all her needs are met. The Senior Management are always available and take the time to listen or just simply stop to have a chat with you.

My mother was required to have respite care at Melbourn Springs at the last minute due to her husband's illness. From the appointment to view the care home, and all stages of care the manager and staff were 1st class. The management of her medicine, food services and facilities available are excellent.
Thanks to everyone, we will definitely be using Melbourn Springs ago if needed! P.s communication is so important and this was also excellent.

The care provided for my mother, who had vascular dementia, during her 3 1/2 year stay at Longueville Court, was always excellent. Although a difficult patient at times, she was always treated with dignity and kindness. I cannot praise the staff of this home highly enough, from the reception and admin
staff, to the care staff and nurses. I would be happy to recommend this care home to anyone who needs the first class care it provides.

The care home is absolutely beautiful, very well-appointed, with a calm and very well-run atmosphere. The level of care is exceptional, with Mum checked on every hour during the night. Currently, I am visiting Mum, who is completing various customer finance information forms, which at first appear to
be complicated, but I'm beginning to understand the process. A property company appears to be used by Barchester to determine the market value of Mum's property, which may conflict with the estate agent's evaluation. The property must be sold at the market validation. I'm not sure how this aspect of the process will be resolved, but other than that, we as a family wouldn't want Mum to be anywhere else.

Melbourn Springs is a beautiful home with hotel comforts/ Staff are very friendly and always approachable.
The entertainments offered are amazing, my sister-in-law loves to join in, and goes on outside trips too.
Enid was recently very ill and one gentleman was so good staying with her (and myself)

getting her temperature down and re-dressed. Spoke to the ambulance crew etc. I think the homes atmosphere has improved since the new manager has taken over (Vimu)

My mother stayed at Braeburn Lodge for three weeks respite. The teams welcomed her with a warm, caring and respectful welcome. She settled in extremely well and very quickly. She seemed to enjoy her time there and was encouraged to join in with all the activities, this was vital to her recovery and
greatly assisted with her strength building. Living alone and with dementa. Thanks to all at Braeburn Lodge, she is home safe and stronger. We would not hesitate to return if it was necessary!
