The bedrooms are well equipped and clean and the lounges are a lovely social area.

Mum is very happy and the staff could not be more helpful. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming.

I would highly recommend Moors Manor Care Home to anyone looking for high-quality respite care for a loved one.

Every effort was made to go the extra mile + provide as individualised care + entertainment as possible to Mum. We will always be grateful for all that you did.

Trinity Manor is a welcoming home and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The home is always busy with activities happening and lots of residents getting involved and having a nice time, there is always refreshments available and the cake is always delicious!

Best decision to check in here that I have made in years. I should have come here a long time ago. My daughter and I looked at a number of care homes but we came away from all of them where she said "that is not for you Dad". Then she phoned me to say she had found a place I would like, and she was coming to pick me up and she brought me here. I immediately had a good feeling when I stepped into reception and was greeted by a cheerful face. I then had a few questions to answer followed by a guided tour of Trinity Manor. Having made a number of six star cruises with my late wife, I likened the accommodation and facilities to that experience. My daughter said it was the right place for me and I agreed. I have been here almost 6 months, and every minute has been very much appreciative of the wonderful staff who have made my life so easy. They can't do anything about my condition, but they have certainly made things as good as is possible. I recommend this place to everyone.

Sadly, Mum died in May; we were relieved that she was able to die peacefully and comfortably there. My only regret is that Mum didn't move in earlier. Trinity Manor gave Mum quality of life - and us assurance.

Mum looks forward to her stays which are regular. Her family appreciate the care and attention and know she is in safe hands. We can relax. Thank you!

What a cheerful and happy Care Home! Mum came to Hyacinth House initially for 2 weeks respite care following a fall. Aged 94, she was living independently and was reluctant to enter full time care. However, within 3 days she decided she didn't want to return home ever again. She is so happy to be part of the 'Hyacinth' community, enjoying the cheerful staff, delicious food, comfortable lounges and full entertainment programme. She has made many friends, as have I, amongst the residents and staff. Her care is exemplorary, cleanliness standards are faultless and the entire home is efficiently and professionally run. Quite simply, I cannot praise 'Hyacinth House' highly enough and am delighted that Mum's care is in such good hands.

Would highly recommend, the care my mum recieved was very high along with the amazing staff. Due to the warm welcome we recieved it became a place we would like to visit knowing our mum was recieving the care we expected. The staff are a credit to the Barchester group.

Main issue, please staff wear masks when they obviously have an infection.

I have been treated very well all the time I have stayed here.

The care home itself is very warm, is immaculately maintained and cleaned, and there are regular activities held both on and offsite, though my parents didn't take part in them to any great extent. As a visitor I can attest to the quality of the coffee and cakes, and the residents' food looks varied and well-presented. I can strongly recommend Hyacinth House.

My mum arrived here just over 3 years ago. Very quickly, I noticed a positive change in her; she became engaged again with life, thanks to your amazing team at the home. This, for me, was a delight to see and confirmed that I had made the right (difficult) decision. Having visited many care homes previously, I knew that this one felt right for my mum to make it her home. The home is much, much more than a showpiece. Whilst high standard of fixings, it is the staff who make this home stand out. They have all been kind to my mum and treated her and the family with dignity and respect right up to the sad end of my mum. Thank you everyone. I shall miss you.

My mother is experiencing a real dip in mental health at the moment and the continued perception of inadequate staffing especially at night is not helping. Requested 'key' lightfitting maintenance has still not been fulfilled a month on and the proliferation of drinking receptacles in the room on an increasing basis is not a positive indicator of regular interaction. I cannot rate the food and drink as can only ever visit at the end of an evening meal. A weekday visitor had to sort out my mothers breakfast the other day as there were no visible staff. I do of course accept that a very mobile person with mild Alzheimers can be difficult to deal with (as am I - with certain expectations as a private fee-payer). Currently looking for a 'busier' environment that I feel sure will better suit my mothers changing requirements and personal wellbeing. She has been at this residence since December 2023
