The staff have been very good. The meals have been good. Very friendly staff who are caring and they listen, I have built a nice rapport with them. The hairdresser has been brilliant and Daisy was lovely.

I have been here twice, for two weeks respite care, each time I have been looked after very well, which has certainly aided my well-being.

Moors Manor is such a luxurious home we choose it on recommendation and we wasn't disappointed very well laid out and fitted out only with the best internal fitting all the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome when visiting care is very attentive and the nursing care was excellent for my father who had dementia I would highly recommend this establishment

I have just had my 100th birthday and I had a marvellous lunch in a small private room. It was just the right place for my family and we all really enjoyed being together again. It was a lovely day

my mother-in-law has been a resident of Moors Manor since February and is very happy in her new home. The staff are all friendly and kind. We feel reassured that any issues will be dealt with efficiently and with compassion. We would have no hesitation in recommending the home to anyone.

As always it is a pleasure to visit one if your residents at Hyacinth House. It really does feel like visiting a large home. The staff are very professional and immensely friendly at the same time. The house itself is always in impeccable shape and other residents always appear content and well cared for. The standards never seem to slip.

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Parley Place Care Home, to the Management team and staff for their kindness, compassion and care given to our 'mother' during her six month stay as a resident. Not only did they treat her with dignity and respect but also provided great support to both her and our family. Their patience, understanding and genuine concern meant a lot to us. We are very grateful for all they did for our 'mum' and would not hesitate to recommend the care home to others.

Staying here for 1 week respite after operation I found it helped me get on my feet. Everyone was so kind and helpful which made my stay so comforting. I would, definitely recommend staying here to anyone

Such a lovely place, Mum really happy, staff so polite + helpful food great + mum enjoying daily activities. She really has gained a new lease of life since being here and made new friends. I have peace of mind Mum is well cared for, and we can have the mother daughter relationship and quality time together.

My sister is in her third year of residing at Moors Manor and I'm so happy to say that it feels like a 'little family' particularly with all the lovely interaction from the carers. The residents so enjoy the attention. Everyone is kind and caring from Management, to the three lovely ladies on Reception who always make everyone feel so welcome, to the expert care of the Senior Carers, to the lovely staff who keep the Home so clean. The food looks amazing and the garden is looking lovely this year. So lovely to sit in this pretty area, with plenty of shade. Suffice to say, I took brought my sister home one day, but she wanted to bring 'her fiends' too! Said I couldn't manage that in a little Fiesta!!

My Mum, 96, moved in just before Christmas 2025. From that day on, I knew she was in safe hands. When I looked around in November I felt an immediate sense of friendliness, compassion & genuine kindness towards residents and their families. I cannot fault the lovely staff and nothing is too much trouble for my Mum . Thank you all for everything you do.

We looked at a number of care homes before choosing Moors Manor and are happy with our choice.

My father has been in Moors Mannor over three years now, he went in for respite and liked it so much, we asked him if he wanted to stay, and he said yes. Some three years later he is still enjoying the care and support from Moors Manor, all the staff are very caring with his needs and medication, as a family we visit often and are always made welcome, and can ask question on his condition at any time, and feel comfortable he is well cared for and in safe hands.

The bedrooms are well equipped and clean and the lounges are a lovely social area.

Mum is very happy and the staff could not be more helpful. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming.
