All staff do a wonderful job - everyone is so friendly - welcoming + caring. Everyone goes the extra mile. I couldn't ask for more!

My Mother is on a respite stay and I have found from the first impression from the General Manager, all staff carers and those working in the home, to be professional, friendly, caring and such a good atmosphere.

Mum has recently moved to Upton Bay and the team here have been amazing - helping mum to get settled and nothing has been too much work for them. Mum is settling in well and is very happy in her early days here!

Management and all the team are an absolute delight, very professional and friendly. Always a pleasure to visit the care home. When selecting a care home for Mum, we knew we had made the excellent choice. She is well looked after in a safe, clean environment. Would highly recommend Upton Bay to anyone seeking care for their loved ones.

I have been visiting at least every 2 months since she became a resident at Moors Manor and am so pleased to see her in such a lovely environment with such caring personal. She always responds to me each time which makes me very happy as I travel from Wiltshire and stay with her son.

I only have excellent praise for the staff and Carers at Kings Park. I am made so welcome when visiting my sister. I cannot fault anything . As a family we are very pleased with our choice of Kings Park for a family member.

The whole staff are kind, welcoming and treat all the residents with respect which gives us enormous reassurance. The administration , catering , housekeeping , medical service, and the daily events are all 1st class. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work, dedication, and genuine care.

Short term care for three weeks following an operation. I needed care, and left able to walk out.

All the staff are lovely and helpful when I see them. I think the residents would like to have staff just come and have a chat with them.

The staff have been very good. The meals have been good. Very friendly staff who are caring and they listen, I have built a nice rapport with them. The hairdresser has been brilliant and Daisy was lovely.

I have been here twice, for two weeks respite care, each time I have been looked after very well, which has certainly aided my well-being.

Moors Manor is such a luxurious home we choose it on recommendation and we wasn't disappointed very well laid out and fitted out only with the best internal fitting all the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome when visiting care is very attentive and the nursing care was excellent for my father who had dementia I would highly recommend this establishment

I have just had my 100th birthday and I had a marvellous lunch in a small private room. It was just the right place for my family and we all really enjoyed being together again. It was a lovely day

As always it is a pleasure to visit one if your residents at Hyacinth House. It really does feel like visiting a large home. The staff are very professional and immensely friendly at the same time. The house itself is always in impeccable shape and other residents always appear content and well cared for. The standards never seem to slip.

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Parley Place Care Home, to the Management team and staff for their kindness, compassion and care given to our 'mother' during her six month stay as a resident. Not only did they treat her with dignity and respect but also provided great support to both her and our family. Their patience, understanding and genuine concern meant a lot to us. We are very grateful for all they did for our 'mum' and would not hesitate to recommend the care home to others.

Such a lovely place, Mum really happy, staff so polite + helpful food great + mum enjoying daily activities. She really has gained a new lease of life since being here and made new friends. I have peace of mind Mum is well cared for, and we can have the mother daughter relationship and quality time together.
