Overall Experience

Dad has been at Trinity Manor for just over one week and we could not be more delighted with his care. He has settled in so well.
The food is of the best quality and he looks forward to meals.
The staff are attentive and always available to help. We are so pleased to have Dad in such a superb care

home.

Overall Experience

The most welcoming home that I have personally experienced. Staff go over & beyond what they need to do both for the Residents & the Residents family's. So much care, warmth & patience shown by all.

Overall Experience

All members of staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. Mum, despite being bed bound towards the end, was always clean and tidy. There were plenty of activities available to the residents and family members. Mum was always treated with dignity. I am very grateful for the care she received.

Overall Experience

Upton Bay provide a very friendly atmosphere in a tasteful luxury environment. All the staff are very curtious and take the trouble to interact with both residents and guests. There are well organised events and activities for the residents. The food and drinks provided are excellent and there is a

lovely private dining room/lounge for residents to spend time with their guests.

Overall Experience

After a difficult and challenging year, my mother-in-law is happy, settled and content.
I am always impressed by all the staff members we have met. They have always been professional and treated us all with kindness and respect.
We are confident my mother in law is in good hands.

We have been very satisfied with dads care and welfare, he is very happy and enjoyed Jo's encouragement and help to come to his chosen activities, sometimes the musical activities are best enjoyed in his room as they are too loud in the bistro as he has hearing aids which exagerate the sounds!

Our Dad has been at Upton Bay recently. We visit very regularly. Dad has always been clean, impeccably dressed is very well cared for. The staff are so friendly and obviously really do care alot about Dads wellbeing. We are so happy he is here, and feel reassured he is definately in the right place.

Overall Experience

Having used the home for respite for almost since opening, mummy is once again in their care. They are extremely caring and compassionate, understanding and professional. It's a delight to know they are always there ready to welcome mummy back with open arms and it has become a home from home. The team

are a delight and make mummy feel valued and individual. They take the time to speak with her and always ensure she has everything she needs. The home is well managed and looked after, the communal space specifically the coffee room is a friendly place to stop for a drink. The food is varied and tasty. The bedroom is spacious and uplifting. Being mummy's main carer (as she lives with me) I am comfortable and happy for her to take time out there as I know she will be treated well and all her needs catered for. Thank you team!

Overall Experience

I would highly recommend Upton Bay Care home. The care is excellent and the residents are made to feel part of an extended family. Recently, my mother-in-law celebrated her 90th Birthday, she was made to feel so special and enjoyed a slice of her amazing birthday cake.

An absolutely outstanding care home. The initial impression when visiting on an open day was brilliant, and my Mum was keen to move in despite being fiercely independent. Overall Experience

My Grandad has attended don't dine alone a couple of times now and has been made to feel very welcome on each visit. The staff are very friendly and made him feel at ease straight away. He was very anxious about going somewhere new but the smile he came out with showed what a wonderful time he'd had.

For someone who doesn't get out as much as they used too, this was the highlight of his week. He said the food was delicious and how nice it was to sit and chat to other people again. He even joined in with the activity afterwards.Thank you for giving him such a lovely afternoon.

The care is amazing.
She had a fall, which she is now walking, thats the care she received. To make her walk. In fact a friend of mine has moved into the sister home.

Overall Experience

The staff have been brilliant. Quickly getting to know Dad and his needs and likes and dislikes. Dad has only been at the home since 3/11/25. The food is excellent. The home is clean and homely. Everyone is very attentive. The manager is excellent and very approachable.
