to talk and didn't feel rushed or put aside at all. On my first visit back, Mum had settled in beautifully. There is so much to do there, lots of activities to stimulate & occupy all residents. There is total dignity for my mum all the time. Thankyou for the care.

From our first enquiry to now every member of staff we have dealt with has been very professional but also caring and pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum enjoys the delicious food and loves to discuss what's on the menu. The activities are well thought out and run to encourage socialisation of all the residents. We couldn't be happier with Mum's care at Bryn Ivor Lodge and every time we visit Mum tells us how much she likes the home and how friendly all the staff are.

were empathetic and positive every day. Visitors are encouraged at any time. Communication is excellent ad we always had a warm welcome.

There was a harpist playing in the background which was a lovely touch. Food was plentiful and delicious. Most importantly, the birthday girl and her guests were made to feel very special.

again, the dining room was like walking into a restaurant. The staff were excellent, looked after my father so well which was peace of mind for the family. The overall standard was excellent and in the future, would not even consider putting my father anywhere else.
