Kingswood Barchester were excellent in their care for my Dad. From the first moment he arrived everyone knew his name and all the colleagues showed genuine care and commitment to him. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a care home

Nothing to much bother Thankyou

Barchester is a lovely home its improved greatly since Altila took over, but 99% of the staff are lovely & friendly (I dont know the night staff) Lee is lovely too, deeply cares about the residents and makes wonderful food for the residents!!

Mum settled in very quickly with the help of the staff. Everyone has been very kind and made mum feel very welcome and at home. Staff went above and beyond when she suddenly had to go into hospital for a procedure. All of the staff are lovely and mum will miss everyone, even though she's only been here for 2 weeks. Thankyou all so very much.

Excellent care & service

Since being here I feel realy at home and so relaxed and feel realy safe.

He is very happy here, which is a great relief for us, especially as I live 200 miles away.

The social aspect in the home has been excellent and mum has enjoyed it.

My nan has been at Kingswood Court for around 5 weeks. We as a family are so happy with the choice we made as we can not fault it. The staff are lovely, the food is always nice and hot. Nan gets good personal care from staff we know nan is safe here.
