Overall Experience

Mum settled in very quickly with the help of the staff. Everyone has been very kind and made mum feel very welcome and at home. Staff went above and beyond when she suddenly had to go into hospital for a procedure. All of the staff are lovely and mum will miss everyone, even though she's only been here for 2 weeks. Thankyou all so very much.

Kingswood Court has provided an excellent level of care for my dad over the past three months

He is very happy here, which is a great relief for us, especially as I live 200 miles away.

Our mum has enjoyed her stay whilst being in your care.
She has started eating/drinking again and her mental health has got much better.

The social aspect in the home has been excellent and mum has enjoyed it.

My nan has been at Kingswood Court for around 5 weeks. We as a family are so happy with the choice we made as we can not fault it. The staff are lovely, the food is always nice and hot. Nan gets good personal care from staff we know nan is safe here.

Thank you for everything you have done for our grandmother. She has had the best time here and has said she will miss you all when she goes home.
As she lives far from Bristol, being in this facility with all you support and kindness has been wonderful. She feels 10/10.

Mum had a short break stay at Kingswood Court over Christmas, which was very positive. All staff were exceptionally kind caring friendly and proffesional at all times. Me and my family were very confident she was in safe hands and would recomend Kingswood Court to friends & family.

Staff are all helpful & friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Food is freshly cooked & they have lots of choice, tea coffee cakes & biscuits are even available for visitors! Its always clean, nicely decorated & a lovely place. They have lots of activities for the residents too.
