Awel y mor is now my home, i have started to love it here, everyone here is really nice, i am happy to live here forever more. My room is very much my own and my own personal space and is essentially my new flat. I have made some great friends here with the resident's.

My mother in law had a two week restbite at Llys-y-Tywysog Care Home the staff are all amazing Helped Josie through her panick attacks because she gets very upset at home She was very settled very quickly for which we are very grateful, she had lost weight at home, but so lovely to see her eating well again with all the support from Llys-y-Tywysog staff

Will definitely return.

Awyl y Mor is the most caring place .The staff are really amazing . From the minute you set foot in there the warmth is obvious . Our daughter has never been in a care home before. She is 42. This stay has proved to be life changing .Our daughter was treated with such care and respect that we were overwhelmed. The staff are wonderful . Nothing is too much trouble . The food is high quality , the chef is fantastic It is incredibly clean there and the decor is beautiful . There are activities which were one of my daughter's favourite things . The feel you get there is one of comfort and compassion . Rachael and Rebekah have the highest regard for their residents and go the extra mile to ensure that their residents and family are happy . It has restored out faith in humanity . Thank you everyone at Awyl y mor. XXX

All staff are polite and very helpful. The communal areas are very clean and the carers and nursing staff are knowledgeable and helpful at all times

Excellent respite care for my mother post hospital. Lucky to find such a place at short notice and so accommodating.

Lovely care home. My mum is very happy and settled well. Staff are brilliant.

After a tough start I have adjusted well with the help of the staff and facilities. One staff member has become my rock, in fact there multiple. I have also improved after a short time here and am positive about reaching my goal.

I'm so pleased with the care that my husband receiving from Awel y mor. All staff very compassionate and doing their job wholeheartedly. Always got good updates regarding any progress he made. He loves over there

Management have been very good at settling Mum in and explaining all the systems to me.

We have no problems at all with Awel-Y-Mor staff so caring & kind we are so glad we are staying here bot myself & Carol

However, I think the rooms could do with an upgrade.

Food is always commented as 'good'

So pleased to find somewhere that puts the needs of my mother first, we have had an amazing welcome and feel as at home as Mum.

So pleased to see Mum so happy and settled.
