We'd like to pass on our sincere thanks to you and your team, with special congratulations to Vincent.
Yesterday was my father's funeral and my uncle attended in our home town.
We know the huge efforts involved to have made this happen and would like to commend Vincent on an outstanding job.
As
you're probably aware, in 5 years of your care, my uncle had never left the building, so this was a remarkable feat with all aspects managed and considered.
We are truly grateful and hoping this will be the first of other trip.

My mother has been at the home in Falmouth since September 2025. I can honestly say that the team there are exceptional. From the initial stages of respite care to moving to resident the office team were so understanding and helpful.
Since mum has been there she has been really well looked after.
Her room, dining and social areas are all new (feels like staying in a hotel). The care team are fun, caring and understand my mum's needs. There are a whole range of social activities to take advantage of and my mother says the food is excellent! I would highly recommend

After just a couple of weeks at Falmouth Court, we have seen a huge change in mum, she is happy, relaxed and now confident enough to join in with some of the varied activities they provide. It was the best decision we have made, mum feels as if she is staying in a hotel and is on holiday in Falmouth!
All the staff including admin, are so caring and definitely have mum's best interest at heart, nothing is too much for them.
Mum told us how she enjoyed the V.E. Day celebrations in the sunshine with party hats and cake. She hopes you will do the same for VJ day. The fact that she took part in the celebrations and told us about it is fantastic. We are so pleased at the excellent care you are giving her so she can at last enjoy herself and we are happy she is somewhere safe where she is so well looked after.

My mother stayed at Kenwyn for 2 weeks for respite following surgery.
From the moment of arrival to leaving we were very welcomed. Mum felt safe, secure and her needs were thoroughly meet medically throughout her stay. All staff, Reception, Care staff, cleaning staff, medical staff were very professional
and friendly.
We thoroughly recommend Kenwyn Care home.

Choosing somewhere for the first time for respite for my husband was made easier due to recommendations from friends who had first hand experience of Falmouth Court.
Having picked up my husband today after his two week stay, Falmouth Court lived up to its reputation. The room and en-suite, outlook
onto the garden were airy, spacious, light and felt more like a nice hotel. The staff exceeded expectations and my husband enjoyed his stay.

From the first contact (on unexpect visit) all of the staff have been warm and welcoming showing respect and kindness, listening and ampathetic to our mum's situation.
Falmouth Court is clean, exceptional well presented and warm, the lengths the staff go to concerning activities for the residents
is truly amazing, the food us plentiful and a feast to the eye's as well as your tummy. And an on an administrative level, the support and guidance is beyond out expectations.

My father suffers from dementia, and moved into Falmouth Court Care Home three months ago when my step-mother could no longer care for him at home. My sister and I both live hundreds of miles away, so it was essential that we found somewhere that we were 100% confident would look after him well. Every
single member of staff is incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. They have all made an effort to get to know not just Dad, but also me, my sister and step-mother. They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The home is stunning and always spotlessly clean. The food is great and there is always some form of entertainment for the residents. Dad thinks he is staying in a luxury hotel and has settled well. The staff really do care for their residents. I'd highly recommend it!

We can not fault the care given to Mum during her time at Kernow House. It was such a relief to know she was safe and so well looked after. Staff were always friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Mum settled in very quickly and we instantly knew we'd made the right choice in care facilities.
The home is situated within walking distance of some great shops and a cafe which we were able to utilize enhancing Mum's quality of life. We'd like to thank everyone at Kernow House for the care and compassion shown to both Mum and family we will be eternally grateful.

On arrival at your nursing home i was always made to feel very welcome.
The open kitchen diner was always very homely with guests watching tv, being asked their own choice of breakfast.
The home always felt clean.
The residents are very well looked after and respected for their individuality.
Every
visit was a special one each with their own memories and take my friends mum out in her wheelchair for a coffee.

After our Mum moved from another care home in Tavistock to Kernow, I can't tell you the difference of care she received. I went from crying every time I left her to sleeping like a baby knowing she was in such good care. I can't Recommend the nursing home enough, the level of care she received on a
daily basis from the cleaning staff the amazing nurses, and the delicious food. We sadly lost Mum Last week and I can honestly say the compassion shown by every member of staff in the home for Mum's last few days was incredible. There wasn't a moment we weren't checked on looked after, offered tea coffees food nothing was too Much trouble. Mum was always kept so clean and tidy and she loved having her hair and nails done in the beauty parlour. When Mum got really poorly towards the end, they even gave us a hand in the minibus to take her down to Garden centre which was one of her most favourite things to do especially at Christmas with all the decorations. Thank you so much for everything.

Every member of staff have been so engaging and in a most natural way. They are caring, respectful, fun and always attentive to needs without being intrusive.
There's a relaxed atmosphere the staff create to make a genuinely warm comfortable and safe place for everyone.
A variety of activities are
laid on with something to suit everyone. Staff are also creative in ideas to enrich residents time . They take the time to get to know who you are and what makes you happy.
As for cleanliness, everywhere is spotlessly clean all of the time.
I am so grateful to you all for the wonderful support and care and kindness. I can't
recommend you enough.

The care that my father is receiving is Kernow House is exceptional. It is a huge weight off my mind knowing that my dad is being so well cared for and is totally safe. The staff treat my father like one of their family and show him so much love and empathy. All his needs are well catered for and he
wants for nothing. From the senior nurses to the cleaners, everybody shows the same passion and respect to the residents.
