Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Always have a smile on their face. They offer a variety amazing events for families/ relatives of residents so that they can spend quality time with their loves ones organised by Chelsea.

My husband has done so much better here than the last care home he was in. He has mixed alzimers & dementia but I can tell that he has settled in and the staff are all lovely and look after him so well.

The manager Louise came and assessed Mum at home. She was lovely and took time to obtain a full picture of Mum's situation and care needs. I would highly recommend West Oak and the family are very grateful to all the staff.

Stoneham Grove continues to be a wonderful setting for my dad. He is really loved and cared for there. The activities are varied and stimulating, and we have just had a wonderful family evening there at their curry and quiz night. Dad feels safe and we sleep well at night knowing how cared for he is.

Great fun tonight. Chelsea organised a quiz night with curry and wine/soft drinks. Would love to do this again. My Dad enjoyed himself as well and I think he really loved seeing so many people there. Well done Chelsea and the management who entered into the spirit of the night

My grandparents live at Stoneham Grove. It is a lovely place, with a great atmosphere and lots of fun activities to keep everyone happy and entertained. The curry and quiz night was a real highlight, bringing everyone together for a good laugh! Thank you to Chelsea for organising this lovely evening.

It's wonderful to see residents enjoying themselves, socialising, and making happy memories. The staff help create a warm, welcoming environment, and it's reassuring to know there are opportunities for everyone to have fun and feel part of a community.

We are so impressed and so blown away with the effort and care that is made to each and every person in this carehome. Everyone is so looked after and catered for each and every need.

We have just came back from an amazing curry and quiz evening, which was a fun evening with lots of hard work and effort made. My daughter that is 16 came and loved it as did my mum and sister.

My mum was welcomed into Farley Gardens in January, firstly for respite, then as a permanent resident. Her room is sunny and beautifully furnished and her ensuite is always clean. All the staff are friendly, caring for personal needs and health issues with thoughtfulness. Mum looks forward to mealtimes. Food is nutritious and freshly prepared with a varied menu to cater for personal choices. The daily activities programme is varied and interesting; two particular favourites are pet therapy and exercises. It is a pleasure to visit Mum at Farley Gardens, and I am pleased to know she is being well looked after.

Farley Garden Care Home is a fantastic care home, the management are extremely helpful & caring about their residence, as are all the staff. Being that the care home only opened in 2025, it is very clean and everything is new. And housekeeping keep it that way. The food is tasty & plentiful. Can not praise Farley Garden enough.

When I came to West Oak I became part of a family where the staff smiled and greeted me, helped each other and showed amazing care in their dealings with us all. The menus were varied and imaginative. I eagerly joined in with a number of the activities on offer and was privileged to talk to people with interesting backgrounds. 'Bistro' is a brilliant idea! It made all the difference to be able to offer visitors drinks and homemade cake.

My mother has been in West Oak Care Home since January, she settled in very quickly and is happy and well cared for. All the staff are so friendly & welcoming and clearly very passionate about giving the residents the best care. My mother enjoys the food which is plentiful and looks delicious. We are very grateful to all the staff. It is a lovely care home.

Fantastic care home with brilliant staff. My only complaint is the fact the resident alarm/ buzzer reaction time has been very slow on a number of occasions to which this has become more of a concern after a number of falls in her room.

Both of my parents are residents at Farley Gardens. My father has dementia and my mother has been looking after him - but due to several medical conditions has found it difficult so Farley Gardens is now a second home for them. The staff are extremely caring and friendly and both parents feel very comfortable with the carers. They like walking in the gardens and spending time with other residents in the popular cafe. I am so glad that my parents are being looked after with 24 hour care and are safe

Austen House has a lovely feel to it, the staff are caring and very friendly. Mum is struggling settling in as sadly we lost my dad earlier this year and she has spent a lot of this year in hospital with health issues. Having to adapt to a new home is hard for her, but the staff are very helpful and caring and understanding. As her daughter I am happy knowing she is in a safe and caring environment and the fact I can visit her regularly is an added bonus. The food is amazing.
