Mum was very well looked after here. She looked so well in every way (she beamed). She also loved it and made lovely friends and the staff were lovely to her.

Mum was booked in for 17 nights respite care. Staff and residents were very helpful, friendly + caring. Excellent surroundings + furnished to a very high standard

The staff were courteous, welcoming and friendly and I settled in very quickly. Due to my immobility I sometimes had to wait for over half an hour for attention - toileting etc and it would have been good to have a little more time to chat with the carers & nurses. The nursing care was very good & medication always on time. I am very grateful to you all.

The care given by each and every staff member to the residents is absolutely first class. Nothing is too much trouble and the genuine willingness to help is fantastic

My beautiful twin is being looked after so well in this beautiful care home the nurses and carers are absolutely amazing kind and very caring looking after my sister also the managers are very helpful and caring to towards my beautiful sister me and my sister Tracey are so happy she is in this beautiful home where she so happy xx

Upon visiting a friend we three non Resident's ate in your dining room and cannot praise both the staff + chef. A credit to the home is a credit to the staff. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. THANK YOU

My aunt spent her final days at this nursing home, and although her stay was short, we couldn't have asked for more compassionate care. The staff were truly amazing - kind, respectful, and supportive. They treated my aunt with dignity and made our whole family feel welcome and cared for during such a difficult time; we are incredibly grateful for the kindness and Compassion they showed us, and we will always remember it.

My husband was cared for very well - not an easy task as he is big & heavy - and immobile, speach is very difficult also Everyone on the staff were pleasant + cheerful.

Two years ago, our family made the difficult decision to find a care home for our elderley in laws as they could no longer be left alone to live independently in their own home. We looked at many possibilities of a care homes and we absolutely made the right choice by selecting Juniper. Sadly Nanny died over a year ago. Juniper helped us every step of the way, there were difficult decisions to make, but with Juniper's care, love and help to us all, we succeeded. Since this time Grandad has flourished and he is now better than he has been in 5 or so years. He smiles nearly all the time, because carers and other members of staff talk to him (especially about football). He loves the food and eats well, anything he wants is provided. He joins in the excellent entertainment and exercise programmes despite his fraility. Grandad's extended Juniper family, have given him a new lease of life. He looks well and he is very happy. Friends and family cannot believe the change. All the staff really do make a different and they unconditionally listen and support him and us. Thank you all so much.

Sharing lunch with her, prepared by amazing chef, Glen, was such a nice way to spend the day with my fantastic Mum. Thank you all so much. My father has been a resident at chacombe park for the last week. The welcome and nursing care been excellent my father's concerns and issues have been understood and dealt with appropriately. Very pleased overall so far

Resident under CHC arrangement so cant comment on value for money. No dealings with management.
