Overall Experience

Brilliant service. Everyone very pleasant and friendly.
Arrived unable to walk and am now leaving able to walk
Really good rest
Showering services really good and am cleanest for years plus beard trimmed
Food could be better but I understand that this is in hand

Overall Experience

From the moment mum arrived we knew we had made the right decision. All of the staff are incredible & completely committed to the health, welfare & enjoyment of all of the residents. It's incredible to watch mum making new friends & new memories & taking part in some incredible activities.

Overall Experience

After visiting many homes with a view to my mums residential care, the minute I walked into Brampton View, I knew it was for mum. Nothing is too much trouble and my mum, although suffering with Alzheimers is absolutely thriving. She loves it - There are so many activities and she is so happy at Brampton

View. As a family it's a huge weight of our minds to know mum is so well cared for. Long may it continue

Overall Experience

The care home looks amazing, it has been recently renovated with all new furniture. The staff are lovely & the meals I have tried are very yummy.
It's a very cosy setting and safe which is the most important thing.

2 satisfactory respite weeks after knee op. Staff more than helpful in all situations. Wonderful surroundings which need immediate attention to restore them to their original standard. Please sort this; signage needs dealing with, where is it?
Cleaning of toilets in bedrooms leaves a lot to be desired.

Overall Experience

The whole experience has been wonderful from the start to the finish. My mother went in for respite for eight nights. From the initial contact, subsequent meeting, look around & stay I could not fault it. My mum enjoyed her stay very much & loved all the activities provided and said all the staff were

lovely & kind. I couldn't ask for more knowing that she's happy & being well looked after. Thank you to all involved.

My mother has been a resident at Claremont parkway for 5 years ,the care and attention she has received over that time is truly second to nine, her needs have increased over time as she has become more frail and needy I am aware that at all times she is treated with respect and dignity, any requests

or concerns I have are dealt with promptly ,l am at all times kept advised of any concerns the staff have.Thank you all staff for the excellent care you are truly a second family for her, I am certain so could not have better care anywhere else .

Overall Experience

My grandmother was recently moved to Brampton View and we could not be happier. Visually the facility is stunning it is spacious, clean and very homely. The staff are all happy, friendly and nothing is too much for them. The care they are providing is outstanding, and they treat her like a member of

the family. The personal care is brilliant, the food is so well balanced and looks delicious, and the variety of activities is wonderful. We were extremely nervous about this process but I can safely say Brampton View have been superb.

My Aunt was put to bed in her nighty when I got there at 16.20. She cannot speak with her dementia. No wonder she started to get bed sores! Food not great for elderly.. my Aunt does not eat curry or pasta and both on menu what happened to good old fashion English food. Soup was out a packet!!! Sounds

nice on menu maybe this was just the dementia floor. COD goujon was cheap fish fingers!

Brampton View was straight away an impressive place to visit. We had to move mum from her previous home and what was a very stressful situation became a lot easier due to all the help from the lady carers and staff. We were all made to feel so welcome and mum has settled in well. We cannot recommend

Brampton View enough as they have been so kind both to mum and her family.

I arrived here after spending time as hospital. The welcome I received from all your staff and everything they did for me were absolutely first class.
They were all kind, helpful and charming. I've been so happy here and wasn't sure I wanted to leave to go home. My husband died last year, after a long

illness, and your staff really helped me to survive my dreadful loss. Thankyou, all of you, I will always remember ALL of you with great affection.

Overall Experience

My husband was sent to Chacombe Park from hospital. All staff were kind, respectful and patient, always welcoming with a smile and friendly chat. He received the highest possible care, we were both supported during his stay. Because of the excellent treatment he received he not only recovered but thrived.

He attended planned sessions and met other residents. He was able to access the grounds independently giving us freedom for the first time in many years. He is now home and we miss Chacombe Park so try to attend various sessions when we can. A thank you doesn't go far enough to show our gratitude.
