The care + devotion of ALL the staff was exceptional + could not be bettered. A wonderful manager who runs a very tight, efficient and caring staff. You could not ask for more.

Although we live 100 years away from Cedars, we would not dream of moving her closer to us.

The management staff are all very approachable and ever ready to listen and take action to resolve any problems brought to their attention

Mum did not want to live in a care home. I was travelling constantly for 6 hours to look after her at the drop of a hat. Due to health, she moved into the Cedars Care Home after recommendations, close to me, but left her life of 80 years behind. Day 1, mum was anxious and tearful. The staff were wonderful, caring and now does consider it her home. Mum can't say enough positive things about the staff. They smile, chat have fun together, they really are her friends and support. To me the staff are professional and update me but again fun and friendly, I find the atmosphere wonderful. Her room is clean and thanks to the wonderful nursing team her health has improved massively. I have peace of mind, spend quality time chatting or going out. She loves the entertainments in house and has recently visited a zoo and a Farm. Mum considers herself very lucky to be at the Cedar and so do I having her living close. Thank you.

I had previously arranged to stay at Tennyson Wharf after my right knee replacement surgery took place at hospital 01:07:26. A very pleasant driver came from TW 02:07:26 to collect me. My arrival at TW that day was most welcoming. Everything was put in place quickly to make me feel cared for & relaxed. My room was large & comfortable. I suffered quite a lot of pain during the 1st week, but the care I received was first class & nothing was too much trouble. The beautifully home-cooked meals served in the pretty dining room overlooking the horizon we delicious & well presented. Being so well cared for definitely helped me recover from the operation more quickly as I was able to concentrate on physio exercises (so necessary) walking & mobility.

The entertainment is very good always something going on everyday, and the rooms excel themselves can't think of anything bad to say about it.

I would recommend the Cedars to everyone who ever needs it

I have been using Cedars for respite care for 20 months and as usual I was welcomed by the manager and senior nurse as soon as I arrived. All the staff were kind, gentle and caring and very welcoming and attentive. The meals were varied and enjoyable. The room with en-suite was clean and tidy. I have always been happy to return to the Cedars,.

I was asked to attend a care home B.B.Q. I must say the staff and I mean all staff eg carers, nurses, maintenance man and deputy head. The food was marvellous what ever you chose and staff was there for your every need. After the food we were entertained by a duo which were very pleasing to the ears, all in all a very memorable afternoon

I attended the Summer bbq, yesterday @ the Cedars, and was extremely impressed with the effort put in by all of the staff regardless of position. The food, drink and hospitality along with the care of the residents and guests were second to none and a very enjoyable afternoon was had by all. I'm a huge advocate for this care home as all of my experiences over the years have been 10/10 the staff are like family to my Mother and friends with myself. Beautiful surroundings & gardens

I am just about to start my 4th year as a permanent resident at The Cedars Care Home Bourne. Before this I came in regularly for respite, when my daughter went on holiday I always called it my second home and when the time was right The Cedars would become my permanent home. I cannot Fault the Cedars in anyway. Staff are kind caring and supportive and always ready to help. The food is nice with large portions. Activities and trips out are Amazing! but you are not pressured into joining in, if You don't feel able to.

I really love it here. Everything brilliant, staff wonderful, food wonderful care excellent everything here is outstanding. I really love it here.

Currently on respite stay at Maple Leaf following a stint in hospital, I find the staff very friendly and the food is delicious. I enjoy walking round the garden and speaking to the staff. I have everything I want to make my stay comfortable.

The whole team work together and have been so helpful and accommodating

The home is friendly and well appointed. It is definitely the best place for mum. And she is starting to see it as home.

It is early days so I'm not able to comment on the entertainment.

Resident after several years and I could never wish to live anywhere better. Carers are wonderful and who could wish for a more friends. I would be happy to give any help to this amazing care home, which offers love to everyone. Pam

I came into the care home for respite. The staff are wonderful, nothing was to much trouble. I cannot praise them enough. Food choices were exellent entertainment brilliant. I would happily return if I felt the need for support again.
