The entertainment is very good always something going on everyday, and the rooms excel themselves can't think of anything bad to say about it.

Every member of staff to be happy, supportive and very helpful and caring of both family and resident.

I have been using Cedars for respite care for 20 months and as usual I was welcomed by the manager and senior nurse as soon as I arrived. All the staff were kind, gentle and caring and very welcoming and attentive. The meals were varied and enjoyable. The room with en-suite was clean and tidy. I have always been happy to return to the Cedars,.

I was asked to attend a care home B.B.Q. I must say the staff and I mean all staff eg carers, nurses, maintenance man and deputy head. The food was marvellous what ever you chose and staff was there for your every need. After the food we were entertained by a duo which were very pleasing to the ears, all in all a very memorable afternoon

I attended the Summer bbq, yesterday @ the Cedars, and was extremely impressed with the effort put in by all of the staff regardless of position. The food, drink and hospitality along with the care of the residents and guests were second to none and a very enjoyable afternoon was had by all. I'm a huge advocate for this care home as all of my experiences over the years have been 10/10 the staff are like family to my Mother and friends with myself. Beautiful surroundings & gardens

I am just about to start my 4th year as a permanent resident at The Cedars Care Home Bourne. Before this I came in regularly for respite, when my daughter went on holiday I always called it my second home and when the time was right The Cedars would become my permanent home. I cannot Fault the Cedars in anyway. Staff are kind caring and supportive and always ready to help. The food is nice with large portions. Activities and trips out are Amazing! but you are not pressured into joining in, if You don't feel able to.

I really love it here. Everything brilliant, staff wonderful, food wonderful care excellent everything here is outstanding. I really love it here.

Currently on respite stay at Maple Leaf following a stint in hospital, I find the staff very friendly and the food is delicious. I enjoy walking round the garden and speaking to the staff. I have everything I want to make my stay comfortable.

The whole team work together and have been so helpful and accommodating

The home is friendly and well appointed. It is definitely the best place for mum. And she is starting to see it as home.

It is early days so I'm not able to comment on the entertainment.

I came into the care home for respite. The staff are wonderful, nothing was to much trouble. I cannot praise them enough. Food choices were exellent entertainment brilliant. I would happily return if I felt the need for support again.

I have noticed how well she is looking. The carers are extremely friendly as is all the staff. She tells me that she enjoys the activities and the meals.

Staff are kind and respectful to residents. Staff work with residents to support and care for their needs. All staff are welcoming and take the time to get to know new residents.

Congratulations to all the people here at Wood Grange. They all work so hard with a smile on their faces. I tell all my family and friends that its like a hotel here in Wood Grange. I thank you all for your hard work and kindness, I also would like to say that the Baptist meeting & Fr Peter & Fr Paul coming into the home is a wonderful treat and I thank you for this opportunity. You always get a warm welcome, when you come through the door. I feel my husband couldn't be in better hands. They reasure him when he gets stressed. A remarkable place.

My mother moved into The Cedars in October 2025. Since day 1 all staff have been caring, professional and extremely helpful. Her room is clean spacious and welcoming with an ensuite bathroom. The food is of a good standard with a wide variety of nutritious meals. The activities during the days are wide and varied and all residents where possible are included. I would without hesitation recommend The Cedars to family and friends. Thank you 5 stars.

We are so happy with the way mum is being looked after. All the staff are wonderful make family feel at home when visiting. Mum has put weight on with all the lovely food she is eating. Thank you everyone.
