Dad recieves excellent care and I always have peace of mind that he is being well-looked after at Leonard Lodge. The carers work very hard to ensure that he's comfortable, safe and happy and are prepared to feed him, however long it takes, on days when he can't manage it himself. The staff in all departments
work extremely hard and are very friendly and caring. There are many activities arranged for the residents to bring happiness and enrichment. Thank you to everyone.

My mum reluctantly came here from hospital after suffering a stroke. Within a couple of days she decided that she liked it enough to stay for a couple of weeks. She has now been here 10 days and loves it! Now wanting to stay permanently, the staff and facilities are excellent. Can't recomend it enough.

My husband has spent 6 weeks in the home recovering from an ankle operation. The home has offered all the help he needed for the 1st weeks when he was 'no weight bearing'. It has been a delight to visit with the staff so caring and friendly. Our dog has been made so welcome too and so lovely for my
husband to still be able to see him. Perfect choice for us.

Pine Tree is a superb care home. The staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome each visit.
My mother in law and father in law have had a number of health emergencies since they moved to Pine Tree. I cannot overstate how well the staff responded. The calm and professional manner they displayed
helped the family cope with very stressful situations and reassured us immensely.
We are all very grateful to them.

My sister did not want to go into a care home but realised she couldnt look after herself any longer. This was the only home she viewed and straight away she liked the room, etc. She has been here only 6 weeks but she looks so much better than when she was at home. All her needs are catered for and
I dont have to worry about her any longer. I only wish she had moved into the care home a lot earlier.

I have been visiting and taking a resident our for over a year now. I was welcomed by the then manager, the staff are aways polite to me. The resident is very happy with her care, her room is comfortable with her personal belongins around she feels its home from home. She enjoys the classes for mobility
but sadly she is now on end of life care. The staff are amazing treating the lady with dignity. Other residents I see on a regular basis all seem very happy. I have nothing but praise for this wonderful care centre.

My brother was in a care home prior to going to Paternoster. What a difference, as soon as we walked in, we felt very welcome. The staff from management to the domestic staff were so polite and friendly we never felt we were in the way. The home has a high standard of cleanliness and is always tidy.
It took a few weeks for him to settle the staff helped him through this period. The menu has a good selection of food for every meal. Lots of different entertainment where everybody can join in.

My mum has been to Pinetree on two occasions for respite. The care at the home is outstanding, and the staff are amazing too. The grounds and building are purpose built and very comfortable too.
The management at the home are highly supportive (even of the relations). Loretta, in particular, has been
especially helpful and kind at a time when I was in need of help. A brilliant care home and fabulous staff all round. Thank you to you all.

For the Entertainment team I particularly enjoy all the activities, they are very varied with a different one every day.
The team are very hard working and supportive. I enjoy the yoga classes, music events and I am a member of the choir. Presently we are waiting for some chicks to hatch, it's very

When I booked to stay at Pinetree for respite following a knee replacement I was assured that my needs could be met but there was no one who could do my ice packs so family had to come to do my care. Members of staff did walk with me. Often no carer came to see if I was asleep and in morning after 9
am before carer came so for 12 hours no one contacted me. Could not press buzzer unless I got out of bed difficult after major surgery.
Door would not stay open for 5 days repair man said nothing wrong very dangerous Management said they would deal with it!
Most of the food was awful other resident said it had gone down hill since - Pinetree had opened.
Carers very helpful.
Now night dress still missing - in the laundry somewhere.
? Has door been repaired yet
Has anyone found my nightie.
