Everyone here is so lovely & welcoming. Made my dad feel so welcome as soon as he arrived they do an amazing job of taking care of him in every way his eating and drinking has improved since his been here, they do everything for him nothing is to much trouble they keep us well informed about everything
so we don't have to worry about anything which bring's us a great sence of comfort and peace of mind that his being looked after so well and his happy

Mum has been at Newington Court since Jan 2023 and has been very happy. Her Dementia has worsened and now she has loss her mobility her care needs have increased. The staff have been both professional and respectful to Mum and us as a family which has made the whole process easier to deal with. The
quality of the food is very good and there is always plenty of choice for mum.
The management of the care home is very thorough and we feel very much apart of everything that happens to mums care. Communication is really good and there is regular updates from the management team.
Overall we are very happy with everything and would recommend the facility to anyone looking for somewhere to look after a loved one that needs extra support.

No care home, no matter how extravagant it is, is a nice place to be BUT its the staff that help and make it bearable, with the reality that it is. All staff members on the second floor work extremely hard, from cleaning to personal care, their work load is relentless but I am always greeted with a
smile and updated with my mothers daily health and eating progress. The Nurses are always willing to answer any questions and put my mind at rest. More Health Care Assistants would be an advantage as their time is limited.

My Dad spent 11 days at Emily Jackson House in September 2025, receiving end of life care. I was overwhelmed by the level of warmth, care and compassion shown to him and to me. Every member of the lovely staff there were friendly and kind. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and everyone bent over backwards
to help my Dad feel as comfortable as possible. Although he was sadly there for such a short time, I'll always be glad and grateful that he spent his last days at Emily Jackson.

My wife had 2weeks respite at herne place care home and she loved it, the staff were great, she enjoyed the activities although she is blind and has mobility issues, everyone helped her,the food was good and everyone was friendly from the manager Hadrian to the maintenance guys.The only one thing was
that she has a large bed at home but only had a single bed in the home. Many thanks.

My brother has only recently moved into Sutton Valence Care Home and he has settled in very well. The nursing of the care staff have been very approachable, helpful & kind. The activities team are also doing a great job and very friendly. We found the management and their team to be very proactive after
our initial visit to the home. My brother also enjoys his stay & all meals. Thank you.

Since my mum was admitted her @ Sutton Valence Care I have nothing but positive feedback to give. Everything & everyone from the cleaning personnel right through to the care assistants, nurses, admin, manager, they have all been wonderfully helpful and friendly. You must feel proud of your team here.
It's just a real shame that Mum isn't able to enjoy any of the beautiful facilities as she is at end of life :( Keep up the wonderful work & Thank you for all your care xx

Dad is a fairly new resident at Emily Jackson House Care Home and we are pleased to see him now settled in. Staff are always helpful and friendly, and have made dad feel very welcomed at the care home. The weekly activities are excellent especially the music events on a Thursday which dad really enjoys.

My Father went into Emily Jackson on the 18/10/2023 me and my sister visit our dad twice a week every time we've been the place is spotless always smells lovely the staff are absolutely wonderful nothing is too much trouble for them they look after our dad extremely well we are extremely happy with
