SO pleased with the care, kindness, understanding and professionalism at Middletown Grange Care Home. My husband has been a resident there since May 2024 and I so pleased with the outstanding level of care he is receiving. My husband has vascular dementia and with having the Central East Divisional Winner for Dementia Champion on the staff there is a double bonus. All the staff are so wonderful and I rest easy knowing that my husband receives the best care.

My father has been a resident at Middletown Grange for almost two years. Initially he was very poorly and not expected to be with us for very long. Due to the excellent nursing care and positive attitude of the carers he is still with us. Care is very individual. Residents are treated with respect and compassion. Families are supported and encouraged to discuss care and any anxieties. My father has changed over the time he has been at Middletown Grange. He now prefers to be quiet away from the bustle of activities and people. He is accommodated in this need just as well as he was before when he liked to join in. Middletown Grange cares for its residents as individuals. This is so important to us. I highly recommend Middletown Grange for the quality of nursing, incredible carers and their individual approach to their residents. I am sure there is nowhere better for my father.

I had heard very good review of Southerndown from the local Chipping Norton community. However I was surprised just how excellent they are in supporting my mum. In particular they have gone out of their way to help Mum make the transition from her own home a real success.

All in all shes enjoying her experience there.

It is always a great pleasure visiting Glebefields. The welcome is warm and uplifting, I've enjoyed getting to know everyone here over the last four years and love to see how mum has her own unique relationship with those who are caring for her. I feel reassured each time I visit by the levels of care, the openness to answer questions and ongoing assessments that ensure mum's needs are met on a day-to-day basis. Today we had a music quiz which was a lot of fun - although I scored lower than the residents!!

Really pleased with the choice of nursing homes for my mum! Middletown Grange Care Home goes above and beyond to make the residents comfortable. Lots of activities to take part in and to suit all. I particularly like the fact that residents are taken to the Church next to the Home on Sunday mornings if they so wish. All staff are friendly and welcoming although there are the small percentage who let the side down. The rooms are cosy and homely. Despite my mum not wanting to be in a Care Home, she really enjoys being in Middletown Grange Care Home. A big shout out to the manager and her team for putting on such a fabulous bbq on Saturday 8th August! Lovely sunshine, delicious food, ice cream van, musicians, stalls, what more could you ask for! Well done all, me and my mum thoroughly enjoyed the day. More outings would be nice, visits to garden centres or a coffee shop in Witney etc.

The home is warm & comfortable with superbly caring staff & a manager, Subra who is always smiling. The rooms are fabulous and there is no sign of unpleasant odours. This must be difficult to keep up. Just sat in with a fantastic quiz

The home is so clean, food is extremely good and varied, it is a home from home way of life. There are numerous activities that residents who are able can partake in and the lounges and meeting rooms for this are pristine. The home runs like clockwork everyone is happy to work there which says a lot. Thankyou!

This establishment has just been rated Outstanding by the care team. About time! The staff in this place are and have always been outstanding. Both Lewis (dog) and I have always felt welcome and cared for. The CQC Team only had a day to make their assessment I have been here nearly 7 years and post-Covid have watched the steady meticulous improvement to a standard of excellence unmatched

My mum as been in Glebefields for 6 months. She as had a great standard of care the staff are so friendly and caring. She as been so happy. Since she as been there, we could not have wished for her to be in a better place. Thank you to all staff.

My father has been living at the home for around a month now, and I honestly cannot fault it. All of the staff are amazing, caring, and attentive, and they always ensure that my dad's needs are met.

As a visitor, you're always made to feel welcome by the staff, and my dad's room feels like his own personal space, which has really helped him settle in. We chose to do my dad's laundry ourselves, and the home has been completely accommodating and supportive of that decision.

Most importantly, my dad is happy and comfortable, and I feel reassured knowing that he is being so well cared for. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do.

Since my father has become a resident of the Oxford Beaumont Care Home we have been very impressed with the sincere warmth and care that all the staff provide on a daily basis. It is a very welcoming community to residents and relative alike (and Will's (administrator) memory of all of our names shows a true personal touch).

Our stay at Waterside Court has been an excellent transition between discharge from hospital and being able to return home. The staff are excellent and extremely friendly and caring. All residents are treated with kindness and respect. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone,

He has just booked in for another week of respite for later in the year.

Just one worry for me - the ansence of a grab rail on the shower wall.

It gives great peace of mind to know that my Gran is in the best place, getting the care that she needs from a fantastic team of people.

The staff are lovely & caring and she was well looked after. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to join in many activities but there always appeared to be a lot going on! Can't say enough! Thank you!
