The services and activities provided by Middletown Grange Care Home are in my opinion, top class. Special mention to Reji for his tireless commitment to ensure that events are accessible to all the residents. The Diwali Celebrations held on 21st October is a prime example of how attention to detail

and kindness and caring of not only the residents but the inclusion of their families and the community bringing everyone together is a special and unique talent. Thank you so much Reji Joseph and Midddletown Grange Care Home.

Overall Experience

I came to Waterside Court for a week's respite care. On arrival I was low in spirits having had a prolonged spell of ill health and resulting isolation. The vast improvement over the week was thanks to: welcoming and caring staff (nothing too much trouble), delicious food which restored my appetite,

a varied and interesting activities programme, all of which made me feel better and stronger.
I can highly recommend Waterside Court to others seeking a safe and happy home from home.

The Oxford Beaumont are an amazing home, they deliver care to its highest potential. Every member of staff are so lovely, friendly and very easy to talk to. Overall Experience

The care my mother receives from all of the staff is excellent. They are there for her every need and always with a smile on their faces.
She never feels a burden on staff as they understand her needs.
The Waterside has a very happy environment where residents feel safe and comfortable.
It's a

huge relief for me to know that my mum is happy joining in with knitting, exercise and singalong classes. Mealtimes are also a wonderful social gathering for all the residents.
The dining room is beautiful with linen tablecloths and napkins. Only the best is good enough!

My dear mother has been a resident at Hempton Fields nursing home for the past four years. She is 101 years old and able to participate in activities if she wishes or alternatively rest and snooze.
All the staff know her well and take time to chat to her even if they are only passing by.
She loves

the food and is cared for beautifully.
I couldn't wish for a nicer place for her.

My husband & I visited my mother-in-law in August. The staff was very kind & very helpful. I appreciated that they made an extra effort to putt a table into the room so we could have supper with my mother-in-law.
The food was ok. I suggest a bit of improvement for the sake of the residents. I thought

there was not enough light. I think my mother-in-law needs a reading lamp. another suggestion: more thorough cleaning.

Overall Experience

We are so happy that my brother is now safe & very well cared for at Waterside Court. The lead up to my brother becoming a resident was beyond stressful with police & ambulance services engaged to keep him at home.
Luckily, the senior general manager was able to do an immediate assessment of my brother's

requirements & within 24 hours my brother was a resident in a lovely room. He has been reinvigorated by the staff & the company of other residents. We could not have asked for more considerate staff attending Ian's needs. Many thanks to all concerned.

Overall Experience

My Dad's health deteriorated to the point that he needed daily care and support and so he checked in to the Oxford Beaumont for 2 weeks respite care. He settled in really quickly and decided to stay.
The Beaumont provides an excellent environment. The residents are facilitated to make their own choices

and supported to live their own lives. Dad has a comfortable room. The carers are considerate, supportive and compassionate and look after him well. After starting to get lonely after his mobility reach the stage where he couldn't leave his house, moving to the Beaumont has given him the chance to make new friends and get involved in the many daily activities. He is comfortable, well cared for and content.

Overall Experience

The care home for the residents with dementia is completely different to the downstairs. The lounge - dining room where residents are left all day has no stimulation. No pictures on the walls, a very small television which most are unable to see. There are no activities to occupy them or for the carers

to use to engage and discuss with residents. My mother was there for 2 1/2 years. Eventually her room was decorated and holes filled in. Items went missing. Cushions bought for her comfort disappeared and I was told it was in the laundry only for a carer after a couple of weeks telling me another resident has ripped it up. Not cross about that but the lack of honesty.
Clothes were always washed but always screwed up in drawers. I weekly tidied and folded them only for next week back to screwed up. My mother was not able to reach drawers so it was not her doing.
At Christmas time, the only decoration was a tree in the lounge. Nothing in corridors no activities for upstairs residents.
