The first thing we noticed about Glebefields is the welcoming, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the décor and soft furnishings are tasteful and calming. However, the most important aspect of Glebefields is the professional, friendly and approachable attitude of the
staff. Regardless of role they are happy to interact with residents and seem genuinely interested in their comfort and wellbeing. Everyone is very willing to help in whatever way they can, and the manager always has time to listen to any concerns. The personal and nursing care is of a very high standard, and we feel that our dad is safe and secure - we are kept fully updated about his needs.
There always appears to be an excellent range of activities and numerous events to which relatives are made very welcome We are very happy with the decision to move Dad to Glebefields we feel it has been an excellent choice.

The staff at Southerndown are second to none. My granddad is cared for beautifully and with such dignity. I am kept informed if there are changes when I am not there and I feel very included in his care generally. I would recommend the care home to anyone.

My father has been a resident at Middletown Grange since October 2024. We didn't think he would be with us at Christmas. He has exceeded all our hopes and expectations. This is due to the incredible care provided by everyone at Middletown Grange. Nurses are knowledgeable and proactive but aware of how
difficult it can be for the family. They support us too.
As for the carers, there really are not enough words to describe them. They smile as they greet you. Nothing is too much trouble. My father can't remember names but has his own way of describing them. It invariably involves him describing a smile, a little dance or friendly gesture. The carers always greet him if they're passing by. These little moments are so important. It takes very special people to be carers. Middletown Grange has a lot of very special people.

Looking for a care home for your loved one isn't an easy task but I certainly found one for my husband. The care and loving attention given and the commitment to provide a nurturing environment for all the residents is first class at Middletown Grange Care Home. The staff are just wonderful and I
am so pleased that my husband has found a home away from home. His care is paramount to me and I rest easy knowing that his health and welfare needs are fully met. I can not praise highly enough how the staff not only look after my husband but when I visit they make me feel like I am home as well. Simply wonderful.

My mother has been in Southerndown for over 2 years. During that time the level of care and facilities has been outstanding. Mum is always in clean clothes and a good level of hygine. My mother has been at Waterside Court for around six weeks. During that time she has had outstanding care. All the staff are bright, smart and attentive - from the cleaners to the managers. The activities are brilliant - sit-down keep fit, singalongs, painting, cycling - they even had Easter chicks
hatching. A doctor visits once a week so any health issues are dealt with promptly. Food is great and mealtimes relaxed. I cannot fault the care and service mum has received.

Our mother stayed at Middletown for 5 years whilst living with Dementia. During this time, she received excellent care and was well looked after. We were always impressed with the range of activities available which Mum was able to participate in. There is a high standard of cleanliness and a varied
menu - with choices for meals, all prepared to an excellent quality. The Care staff dealing with the residents daily needs are always attentive, friendly and compassionate. We never felt in the way when visiting our Mum and in the last few days of her life, the Nurses - Kavya, May and Priya were extremely professional and empathetic supporting our needs as well as Mums. Their Open Door policy allowed us to stay with her as long as we wanted to. We are pleased we chose Middletown Grange for Mum.

Joyce is 98 and living with Dementia. I am her niece and full time carer.
The staff and residents at Oxford Beaumont are so friendly and caring, Joyce has made several friends there.
There are dementia nurses to care for Joyce and a qualified medical team available should she need that.
An extensive
schedule of activities are available daily as well as exercise classes events and outings to keep everyone busy. These are emailed to me weekly so I can see what is happening.
I never worry about Joyce while I am away because I know she will be happy, safe and well cared for.
I will certainly take Joyce to Oxford Beaumont for respite care again and regularly recommend
them to other people.

A group of us visit a friend at The Beamount and we are made very welcome , with tea, coffee and biscuits in a private lounge. The home is clean, spacious and seems calmly efficient. Our friend is happy there and comments how friendly and caring the staff are.

Our mother-in-law has spent two weeks with you for respite care following a period of illness and hospitalisation that left her weaker than usual and in need of some "TLC". The whole process from admission to "release" has been excellent. The staff on reception, the management and the entire care team
have facilitated her recovery and have helped get her back to near normal health. Many thanks for all the care and support.

Mum has Alzheimer's. The staff are friendly, courteous and respectful. They spend time with mum and help her to join in activities. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy. Mum always looks clean and tidy and says she is being looked after well. They have varied menus which cover different needs and
the menus change daily. It is always a pleasure to visit and we can get feedback face to face from nurses, carers and managers.

The care provided to my husband has been very good indeed. He is enjoying the meals and the staff are kind and supportive.
It has been a pleasure to meet all the people who work here and to take part in a most enjoyable mix of activities.
We were given a beautifully made & decorated cake for our
Golden Wedding Anniversary & flowers & chocolates as well! The Christmas decorations and events were of a high standard and appreciated by everyone.

Mum was accepted for respite care within days of us making the initial phone call. She has been made extremely welcome and all the staff have been very professional and kind, taking every effort to integrate mum with other residents in the dining room and lounges for activities. The activities are various
and exciting - always plenty on offer each day. Her room is spotless, the food is excellent and the staff totally supportive and caring. We were rescued by these wonderful people at a very stressful time and they have truly helped us in such a calm and supportive way. We are most grateful to the entire team.

Southerndown cared for my 99 year old mother who had dementia & mobility problems for 6 months. The facilities, food & location are great but the most outstanding part of the home is the amazing staff members, not just the carers but every single member of staff was kind, considerate & thoughtful. Wilma
& Mario in particular cared for my mother as if she was their own & Emma on reception was so welcoming & helpful to all the family

Home very comfortable and staff excellant.
Room very clean and tidy.
Meals could not be better.
Service could not be better.
Staff also very friendly and helpful.
