My husband passed away at Marriott House and I have nothing but praise for the way he was looked after prior to his passing. The staff were always kind and helpful not only to my husband but to our family as well. The care he received was the best. I will never be able to thank them enough.

We think Westlake House in Horsham is a special place where 'good' is often 'very good', and more. It is warm and comfortable, clean and safe. The ethos is of care and kindness, dignity and respect. There is a warm welcome at all times, and at any time, for all visitors. Residents' families and their guests are encouraged to be part of the Westlake community, to join in if they so wish, at meetings and celebrations, and also partaking of the House food. People look out for you - I know because I am here as one of my husband's regular visitors, together with his many friends. This inclusive ethos is promoted by the whole staff of carers, maintenance, food, activities, accommodation, cleaning, laundry and management - which at Westlake includes the Nurses and who are all wholly approachable and supportive. We thank Westlake House for looking after our loved ones and for making them feel happy, safe and well cared for.

Garden lovely and parking facilities so easy. Food great and super options.

All of the staff are very helpful, kind and definitely care about the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. The residents entertainment is really good if residents want to join in. The facilities are well maintained & spotlessly clean. I am glad we found Kingsland House. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Westergate Nursing Home for either respite care or a longer-term stay.

My en-suit bathroom could have been better equipped. No decent light for shaving mirror, no place to place soap tablet when showering. Some help with the layout on arrival would have been useful.

I don't hesitate to recommend Westlake to other families.

The busy hardworking staff were friendly and our needs were always met with a cheerful smile. Some refurbishing is needed - ie my shower unit was not up to my standard.

From the moment my Mum moved into the care home in April, we couldn't be happier with the care and support she has received. Every member of staff has been so kind, friendly, and welcoming from day one, making the transition much easier for all of us. I cared for mum at home for eight years, and while it was the right thing to do, moving her here has allowed us to build an even better relationship. Instead of being her full-time carer I can now simply enjoy being her daughter again, knowing she's safe, happy, and receiving the best possible care. The staff are like one big family. They genuinely care about the residents and do so much to keep them happy, comfortable and engaged. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always go the extra mile with kindness and compassion. I can't thank the whole team enough for everything they do. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful care home

The first full month for my father as a resident - staff have gone out of their way to make sure he settles as quickly as practical. Never an easy transition from independent living, they have worked hard to understand what works for him / me,

Hi, I came here on a grant, from the Hospital: this is the first home I have been in. Please, from the initial visit from the Manager, who came to the hospital, I wax put at ease. The place is lovely, clean: the meals are 5. The kitchen staff go out of their way to accommodate our requests. The carers are lovely: the night nurses are friendly, considerate. I'm absolutely amazed at the place basically. We have activities organised daily, which I have enjoyed. I'm really happy here: with real thanks.
