Overall Experience

Corrina Lodge has been an outstanding care home for my Dad who is recieving end of life care. My Dad and my family are always made to feel at home and I know that my Dad feels safe. The nurses, carers, chefs, managers and support staff have taken the time to get to know my Dad to ensure his needs are met, the activities team are fantastic and are lovely to be around. My Dad is in the best place to enure he is supported at the end with care and dignity.

I left my mum for three weeks and she was very happy and felt secure. The staff are amazing and made her feel so cared for. Mum also made some friends which was lovely. I couldn't recommend Ashford House highly enough, a wonderful team.

Overall Experience

My husband was in Burwood Grange for one week - as a respite stay, I am his full time carer and needed rest. The management was very co-operating and agreed to take him in for a week as this may be repeated in future. He was happy with the food, room and the care he recieved, carers were kind, helpful & smiling. He enjoyed the food variety different from home. He also enjoyed the social aspect & activities.

Overall Experience
My mother has been living at Cossins House for a year now and has settled in very well. She started with respite care and after a few months decided to stay permanently. On arrival the staff were keen to find out her needs and wishes and did everything they could to make her feel comfortable. They are all so friendly, kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
The food is excellent and varied and is prepared by the Cossins House chef. There is a variety of entertainment from visiting singers and performers and a number of visits to local destinations using the house bus.
The staff have a very good rapport with the local health centre and a GP visits every week.

Overall I think Cossins House is an extremely well run care home with a very happy and homely atmosphere. I would recommend it highly.

My husband has now been at Corrina Lodge for 6 weeks during this time his mental and physical health has improved greatly. He is looking well and appears to have settled in quite nicely. He enjoys quite a few of the activities especially the outings. He has made friends with other residents and is given great care and consideration by the staff. We as relatives also recieve the same care and consideration all the staff are very approachable and friendly and anything you request, or any issue is listened to and resolved promptly. It is a pleasure to walk into the home and be greeted in such a lovely warm manner

My Mother has Alzheimers, and never really settled in her last care home where she spent nearly a year.
Since moving to Reigate Beaumont she seems much happier and content. She has only been there two weeks but was happier straight away. The extensive gardens and freedom to go outside and enjoy the garden is the main reason.
The staff are lovely and allow her to do her own thing, but are happy to prompt and encourage her where necessary.
There are daily activities which she can choose to participate or not.
The overall feeling is very homely and relaxed.

I am very happy she is at Reigate Beaumont.

Very pleasant respite stay for my 100 year old Mother-in-law.
The staff were caring and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Accommodation standards were high with very good furniture.
