Having looked around Burwood Grange as a potential care home for my mother for the future, I was invited to a talk about Dementia which was held in one of the many comfortable lounges. The building is beautiful presented, the staff are welcoming combining professionalism with informality and I have
been immediately given an outstanding and much appreciated level of support and understanding. The journey of a parent into old age and dementia is a very steep learning curve and I am very grateful to have been helped by so much useful information and have been given so much time. I can't imagine a better place for my mother's future care.

I could write a book about how good I think our experience has been at Silverbirch but will keep it concise..
My mother needed some respite care after being in hospital as she is 94 yrs young and has loved being looked after by the team at Silverbirch. She loved the care and attention given to her
by every one and the happy smiling faces that she saw everyday. All staff as so helpful and thinking ahead all the time to make life easy for everyone and she has loved the food and activities and although she is now back home after her convalescence , I really think she will miss the place with all the activities and fun she enjoyed during her stay.
This is a luxury care home in every way and should Mother needed help in the future it would without doubt be my first choice , it's an exceptional care home with wonderful staff led by a focused and caring management team.

The staff, both care staff, nurses & ancillary have been excellent, the care staff showing great kindness to residents & empathy to relatives. Obviously the home has improved since refurbishment though the plumbing in the en-suite in Memory Lane fails to provide hot water more times than not. My husbands
room requires redecoration which I was told by the previous manage would occur. However having met the new manager I'm sure everything will improve

We recently moved my mum into this care home, and one of the key things that stood out to us during our search was how happy and positive the staff seemed ,which made a big difference in our decision.
The whole transition was handled very smoothly by Beaumont, which really helped during a stressful
time for me.
I'm very pleased with the care she has received. The team have been kind, attentive, and supportive. It's reassuring to know she is in such good hands.

Here for a post-operative care. What a good idea!
Loved the room, with its little balcony overlooking fields. Loved the chick hatching and chicks to watch in the foyer.
Loved the quietness of the top floor.
The facilities are top quality, and the staff are so nice and helpful.
One suggestion: There
is nowhere to put soap, a back brush etc in the shower, so some sort of holder would be a good idea.

The nursing home is warm, clean, welcoming, feels like home from home.
The staff are so welcoming, polite, cheerful, professional
One is informed of any changes or/and concerns.
You feel you are listened to, if one has any worries.
Food is good quality and variety is amazing.
Thoughtful of alternatives
if the person cannot eat the usual food as my relative is, who is on pureed food only.
Activities are well thought out. I feel my relative is safe, well looked after. A huge thank-you!!

Silverbirch House was the best decision we ever made for my mother who sadly passed away in March. My mother received the best care in a friendly loving, compassionate environment. The carers were so attentive and dedicated in sometimes very challenging situations. My mother always looked well cared
for and she loved the daily delicious meals and cakes. Silverbirch is one big happy family run by the most supportive of manageress's, along with a fabulous team of carers.
I will miss you all but thank you for everything you did for my dear mother.
