Ashford Care Home is excellent place and reliable.

My late mother Evelyn Wendon was at the home for just over 5 years before she died aged 98. She was at death's door when she first came to Reigate Beaumont after breaking several bones and her hip after a fall. But the Staff there nursed her back to life and continued to care for her in outstanding ways thereafter. Many of the staff have become like family to us.

Very helpful in finding my mother a place for 2 weeks respite at short notice. On arrival the receptionist on the Sunday was a little unsure of what to do to admit a resident but the care staff stepped in quickly and got my mother to her room and settled her in efficiently. My mother is not the most social of animals but spoke very highly of the staff, saying how friendly they were and pleasant. Food was of good quality, the place was spotless and bright and airy. The staff encouraged (without success) my mother to go to the public rooms and not remain isolated when activities were on, such as their 1st anniversary of opening. I guess you can't win every battle ... They were however strict about taking her medication, which was welcome, seeing as she is cavalier to put it mildly. This was a temporary fix for a temporary issue and Lotus Manor did their job in an exemplary fashion. I've knocked a point off facilities review as having a riser recliner/chair would have been good.

From first point of contact, I was assured of a safe space for Mum to stay for a month. Although she has Alzheimer's it was agreed she would benefit more from the ground floor 'freedom' and ability to be in the garden, which she enjoyed. All the staff were very friendly - although clearly busy - and Mum's medical needs were met. Everyone seemed to be around to say goodbye and she was quite overwhelmed! Did her good to experience some social activity, I think. If I had to criticise I would say that settling in and showering plan was a little sticky.

My wife has recently become a full time resident at Tandridge Heights care home and is settling in extremely well. She loves the very diverse activities and has established a good relationship with the lovely caring staff. They are so patient with her and always there for her when needed. I feel so fortunate in having found this care home and would be happy to recommend it whole heartedly.

The staff in memory lane are friendly and attentive and there always seem to be activities on to keep the residents happy. Mum seems well settled and greets us with a big smile whenever we come to visit.

I cannot fault this wonderful care home. My dear Mother moved in on February 13th of this year. Sadly, she peacefully passed away last Saturday, September 5th. I need to say a huge thank you to each and every member of staff at Corrina Lodge. All of whom are totally dedicated to their profession. Nothing was too much trouble for them. She was treated with the utmost dignity at all times. I would highly recommend Corrina Lodge. If you have a requirement in the future.

The staff are kind and caring, the facilities are excellent, and there is a happy atmosphere in the home.

Burwood have been wonderful to Mum, they have supported us on Mum's journey. I was in real need of respite for Mum + they were there for us

This my home now. All staff are very kind and caring, and they look after me very well. My family are always welcome here and that makes me happy and safe.

My brother has only been in this home for a short period of time, and I have been impressed with the standard and quality of care so far. They keep a close eye on the people in their care and keep me informed about how my brother progresses, which is very comforting. The premises are very attractive and well maintained, and the meals are varied and look very tasty. The staff are lovely and always seem to be smiling, which is very reassuring as it shows a happy place.

What matters most, though, is the people. Staff greet you by first name, the high staff-to-resident ratio means real attention, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They actively seek feedback from residents and families and act on it. Prescriptions, GP visits and newspapers are all handled, pets are welcome, and the quiet cul-de-sac setting means no traffic noise. Knowing Mum is safe, secure and checked on regularly, is a huge comfort.
