I have lived at Forester Court since December 2025. The staff there are marvellous and very hard working and the rooms and facilities are all excellent.

I needed to have care for my mum and was recommended Belmont House. I can only thank the staff for the absolute care they have shown, Kelly & Maria outstanding with their knowledge & understanding. Mum has settled well after a few weeks and I know that I can phone at anytime. I and family visit on a weekly basis and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Mum enjoys doing things with Jasmin, she's great.

Evening visiting can be difficult.

My mother moved into Charlotte House in January when we could no longer safely care for her at home. She stayed only for a short time before sadly passing with her condition. She was extremely well looked after with dignity by carers and all the staff were very empathic and reassuring, allowing family to be with our mum overnight. A clean, welcoming and well-run care home in Isleworth area.

My Mum has said many times over the last month that when her time comes she would like to move in to Franklin House. I don't think you can get better praise than that.

Staff get to know residents needs very well to provide best care. There are trips and activities for the residents. Food looks delicious. Hairdresser, chiropodist and GP visits frequently. Dentist occasionally attends. Rooms are comfortable and building is secure.

My mum is very happy and settled after a terrible experience with another care home which was not part of Care UK. We as a family are now confident our mum is getting the care that she needs.

My mother came to Galsworthy confused and angry that she could not go home but the staff have been very patient with her and her dementia. The staff and in particular the activity staff have shown her so much care that she is now so much calmer and beginning to see the benefits of on call staff , medical advice as well as regular hair, nails etc

Dad was in Franklin House with MS for 12 years, and to him it was home. Dad's mind remained sharp but he would sometimes become frustrated because of his paralysis. The staff understood this and were calm, caring and kind and we knew he was absolutely safe with them. Essentially for Dad, they listened to him, respected him and treated him in accordance with his wishes. He had genuine relationships with management and staff, who would go out of their way to help him in lots of additional small ways - whether that was holding his phone to his ear so he could call my Mum, folding and turning the pages of his newspaper so he could read, or adapting his meals so he could still have his favourite vegetables. From our point of view as visitors, the home was always extremely clean and welcoming. Whenever Dad became ill, they were extremely responsive and they were incredibly kind to our family after he passed away in August. We cannot thank Franklin House enough.

I have experience of other care homes though relatives and friends and can honestly say that this one is the best.

Due to my father's deterioration, unfortunately I could not care for him at home anymore. My only option was to place him in a nursing home for 24hr Care. It was the hardest decision I ever had to make. I will be honest I wasn't comfortable with the idea. I visited dad every day and still do since his admission on the 14th of July. Looking back I ask myself why I put myself through so much stress. I couldn't be happier. I cannot fault the staff in anyway. They are all lovely, very caring show empathy and have a great understanding for individual needs. Management approachable and very supportive.

Car park is small so access can be an issue

We had an excellent experience with the care of Dad. The staff are all friendly, professional and went above and beyond to care for Dad (who was often in pain and not in the best humour). Many staff remember Mum (who also received excellent care) who sadly passed at WH earlier this year. We definitely feel part of the WH 'family' and I wouldn't hesitate returning and/or recommending you. Food really not to Dad's taste, WH accommodated as much as possible.

The staff are very lovely and helpful with looking after my mum. It's not easy seeing your loved ones in a care home but it helps to know that they are in good hands. My mother doesn't take part in lots of activities but it's nice that they do things for everybody often.

My brother has been a resident in Foxbridge Nursing Home for 4 months. We are very pleased with the care he is receiving and are particularly impressed by the level of communication between myself and the staff (phone calls). My brother is settling in well after a period of adjustment which is to be expected.

There are always accommodating and the activities on offer are highly appreciated as it helps my service user and I to socialise.

Little Brookhouse has looked after my partner whilst she has been a Resident with Care + Compassion. All staff have been So Professional in everything they do with day to day duties. This has been so comforting to know she is in good hands, and well looked after.

Came to the carnival today - very friendly and easy-going. Met up with other residents, friends and family. Also with members of the band.

Its fantastic everyone happy all the staff very nice and caring always have a smile on there face and the Staff always happy to help and listen to us all love them all.
